Hands down, the best sewer and drain cleaning company I have ever had work on my home. From the very first phone call to the work being completed, RMSJ was professional and knowledgeable with everything. No unnecessary up-sells at all. Art spent 30 minutes on the phone with me listening to my issue and what was told to me by another (larger) company and he guided me to the correct course of action for a far cheaper price. The technicians, Guy and Erik, came out and performed the work. Extremely knowledgeable and friendly. They explained every single step to me and educated me through the whole process. I would, without hesitation, recommend Rocky Mountain Sewer Jet Inc. and will be passing on their information to anyone I know that needs work on their plumbing. Thank you, guys! John did a fantastic job replacing some corroded out water shut off valves, came in under estimate (which was already under competitor bids) - even replaced the drywall and put our painting back on the wall. Cant recommend em enough.

Came back from camping and tried to do laundry/dishes and the main floor drain was clogged. Called these guys before 8 the next morning, and a service tech arrived a little after noon the same day. Erik was awesome! He was very knowledgeable and unclogged the drain in about 15 minutes. He stuck around and tested (ran kitchen sink, utility sink, washer, etc) to make sure the clog was fixed. Total job was complete in under an hour. Price seems reasonable and the service was excellent. Would highly recommend

Highly recommend This company! We were in a pinch and needing a sewer scope on a house we were buying. After many calls to different companies none of them could accommodate us right away until we called Rocky Mountain sewer jet. They were out at the house the next day! We had the opportunity to work with Guy who was very professional and knowledgable. Hats off too Guy and Rocky Mountain sewer jet. I will be recommending them from now on.

I own a restaurant on castle pines and I hired them to fix a complicated drain problem. They went way beyond the call of duty to ensure I had no problems. Very professional. It is very clear customer service and satisfaction is a top priority for this company. The office staff, the field techs, supervisors, everyone is awesome. Wish I could give them 6 stats.

They came out today and jetted my sewer in 15 degree weather. They had me back in business in 30 minutes. I had been waiting since Friday on Roto-rooter. They wont send their sewer jet out when its below freezing. Although they advertise service 24/7 I guess thats just when the weather is nice. RM Sewer Jet are going to be my first call for sewer service from now on

One of the few companies I spoke with that actually understood what I was trying to do. We have 14 downspouts that flow into PVC they were able to clear the PVC underground system. They were really fast and economical if you need PVC cleaning you found the right company

RMS-jet is the best drain service of Colorado. Having excellent owners that maintain high customer service standards and take your buisness serious. They use up to date equipment and technology to fix/maintain your modern or old drains at a acceptable cost and standing by thier work with warranties. Extremely highly recomended.

Superior service in a world where even sub par service is hard to find. They answered the initial call with a living human on the line. What a concept... Real people on the phone to answer my questions. It was amazing. They responded quickly and did the job as they said they would. Days after the job was complete I needed more documentation and again a helpful friendly person answered the phone. My questions were answered and the docs were provided in my email before the end of the day just as they said it would be.

Great to find an honest company that isnt all about taking your money. I called to have them investigate some sewer smells in our evergreen co house. The owner, I assume, said they do a few things when they arrive to diagnose the issue. He explained those to me so I could do it myself so they didnt waste my money. I sent a photo from under the sink. I got a call back shortly after, suggesting I just need a new studer vent, and that they didnt need to come out if I just bought one and put in myself since no skills were needed. Great company!
