Great local company. They have helped our ac company out of a couple pickles when water lines were punctured, always prompt and fair. They were prompt and fair doing our back flow testing for our shop, and have helped with water filtration and hot water heaters in our staffs homes. We are happy to finally have a plumber worth recommending when our Englewood clients ask. Thanks for all the help guys and gals (Leah in the office is awesome and really compliments their awesome plumbers)

It was such a pleasure working with Kirk Bouffard Plumbing. I worked with Steve, Leah, and Eric. Everytime I called, Leah would keep me informed on scheduling and what was going on with my job. Steve came out right after hurricane Ian to give us a quote to get our house fixed up so we can make it livable again. He was so helpful and sent our quote over in a very timely manner. Eric was also very kind and you can tell very passionate about his work. He was very detailed and walked me through everything he did when he was at our house working. Thank you to everyone at the Kirk Bouffard Plumbing team! I will always recommend them to anyone who has plumbing issues.

I received my water bill on-line today and it was $2650 (usually it averages $65 a month)!!! When I called the water company to see why the bill was so high, they said there must be a leak (probably resulting from Hurricane Ian) and that it was my responsibility to call a plumber to find the leak and get it repaired. I was flabbergasted! I have heard friends talk about Kirk Bouffard Plumbing and the great job they had done in the past, so I decided to give them a call. I explained to them what had happened and the sense of urgency of my situation and within a half hour, a plumber showed up to start digging in (literally) to the problem. He was very understanding of my situation and worked quickly to find the leak and fix it. It is so hard to find good, honest help these days and Mr. Bouffard (yes, the owner) came out and repaired the leak and gave me a fair, honest price. Thank you to Kirk Bouffard Plumbing for the great, timely, professional work you did on such short notice, well, actually no notice!!! I am truly grateful!!! :)

During renovation and addition, we had our entire house re-plumbed, which was a labor intensive job but the team at Bouffards were terrific, very responsive, kind and trustworthy. When the main waterline to our home was damaged during the hurricane they were quick to come to the rescue and help setup a temporary line until we figured out what we needed to with the rest of our repairs and insurance. Leah is wonderful, we have always had a great experience.

Kirk Bouffard Plumbing has you on the schedule in a day or two, shows up on time prepared and doesn’t dawdle around trying to milk the clock. Cost has always been reasonable which is very much appreciated with inflation going on. They have replaced our interior shut off valves, the expansion tank on the water heater, added a valve on a dishwasher at new purchase for in-laws and replaced outside leaking spigot. Definitely recommend them. We will be calling them for some change out and other repairs as renovation of in-laws new home moves forward.
