Eric from Pristine Plumbing was great. He was able to come within 24 hours when our hot water wasnt working. We suspected the shower cartridge, so we sent him a picture to help him identify what replacement wed need. He arrived, showed us that a gasket was indeed blocking the inlet, and replaced the cartridge within 30 minutes -- giving us lots of helpful tips along the way. Thanks Eric!

We have used Pristine Plumbing several times before and keep returning because of the quality of their customer service and skill of their technicians. When we called about having a leaking drain pipe fixed they were able to have Gabe look at it the same day. He provided an estimate for the work, explained everything that would be involved, and said Id receive an email with the attached estimate and information about scheduling. After reviewing the emailed estimate a quick call to the office locked in a convenient time to have the work done. Gabe showed up when expected, did a great job, and finished faster than he originally said despite it ending up being on the more work end of his estimate. I received a detailed invoice in my email and liked the easy on-line payment system. Well definitely continue to rely on Pristine for our plumbing needs.

Eric, the technician who installed our new water heater, was courteous and professional. He arrived during the projected installation timeframe window. He answered every question I asked while he worked here in our home. When he left, the project was completed and cleaned up. The water heater has been working fine.Donn, the owner, was helpful and responsive. His bid for the installation was lower than the 2 other companies I contacted. He stopped by our house and introduced himself while Eric was installing the water heater. He followed up with our citys permit application and the permit fee had been included in his original bid.I would use Pristine Plumbing again.

We were very impressed with the demeanor and expertise of Donn, who arrived in a very timely way and who then quickly identified the source of a leak under our kitchen sink. He advised that a part needed to be ordered and advised that once the part arrived he would contact us to set up another session to complete the repair. He told us when to expect the followup visit. Overall this was a totally great experience and without hesitation we would go back to Pristine Plumbing as our first choice for any future plumbing issues and repairs we might have.

With a minimum number of access holes cut in the drywall, they were able to locate the source of the plumbing leak in the wall behind the commode in our hall bath. The repair was made and they clean up the debris resulting from locating the source of the leak. The price was very reasonable and I would highly recommend using Pristine for your residential plumbing needs.

Despite the late arrival, Donn quickly and thoroughly tackled and completed two plumbing issues: replacing a garbage disposal and an ancient bathtub drain in about 45 minutes. Donn has been out to the house twice. The first time was to replace a 30-year old boiler. He and his apprentice arrived on time and worked diligently through the day to replace the boiler. They did a wonderful job with the boiler and all of the ancillary plumbing that needed to be done. They cleaned up after themselves and removed the old boiler. Their price was more than fair, they were friendly, and I think their work was exceptional. The second time Donn was out to the house was to correct a loud water circulating pump. He was here for about an hour, troubleshooting the pump and was able to significantly reduce the pump noise. He did great work, arrived on time and he didn’t even charge me a service call . Donn and Pristine Plumbing have all of my future plumbing business.

I called this morning and Gabe was able to come this afternoon. The toilet needed to be reseated, but needed a double wax seal (he knew that right away). The original installer only used one (which is why it leaked). First attempt still had a little leak, but Gabe redid it (second wax had slipped). Works great. Price was a bit higher than I expected, but its been a long time since I had plumbing work done so maybe OK. Had a sink that also needed some attention. Gabe knows his stuff. I called Pristine due to their reviews on Google and Yelp. I would definitely use Pristine again.

I have had some terrible experiences with plumbers in the past, but my experience with Pristine Plumbing was the exact opposite of what Im used to. From the beginning, they were professional and reliable. I had to replace my water heater over the holidays, and they were able to get me an estimate over the phone in just a few hours and sent someone over within a day. Their estimate was much lower than the other plumber I contacted, and at every turn they were looking for ways to deliver value and save me money. I will never use another plumbing company. Wow, got a referral to call Donn and he had one of his team come to my house the following morning after my call. I needed my vintage 1958 water entry valve replaced and PRV added. The gentleman that was here got it done in like 45 minutes total and was able to give me some advice on a few other questions I had. Great experience and the fact they got it done the next morning is incredible in these times. Only tip, remember to put back the main Denver Water meter exterior cover. Not a big deal as I put it back easily myself.

With three toilets in need of service and upgrades, we called Pristine Plumbing on the recommendation of our Realtor. We were not disappointed. Scheduling a service date and time was fast and efficient. The plumber arrived on time and followed all COVID protocols. His work was expertly done, and the pricing was quite reasonable. Pristine even honored my service with a military discount. We called Pristine a few weeks later for some follow-up work. This time, the owner Donn Botzum handled the call. Donn was incredibly friendly and efficient and took care of everything on our list. Most surprisingly, Donn refused to charge for the follow-up visit or even for the parts and labor. Most incredible. Have been a Donn Botzum customer for over maybe 30 years. Most recently, we had a contractor do a full tear-out of our 1926 houses main floor bathroom, including concrete backing the floor and wall tile. The design intent was a full replication. Pristine Plumbing was sub-contracted, and had as work scope, complete removal and re-plumbing of sink, shower, toilet, main and ancillary drain lines. The work was mainly performed by Gabe, Donns son, and it was all quality work. Only negative was that the contractor wrongly specified the toilet location by several inches, from which the toilet rough-in was completed. When I insisted on the location that I had marked and noted with the contractor, he got Gabe back out for re-plumbing, which was done promptly. I never learned who ate the extra cost, but it wasnt me. Donn Botzum is a very straight shooter, and I recommend him (and have many times recommended him) highly.
