Definitely recommend this company. If your needing work done I would recommend Ismael. he came out to our town home because one of our pipes burst. He was very knowledgeable and reliable. He made sure to let us know what was wrong and what was going to be replaced. He was fast and efficient. We didn’t need to wait for hours and had our water back up and running in no time. And at the end he showed us the completed work we were really satisfied.

I had the most amazing experience Friday and Today (1/06/25). VT serviced my baseboard heating system. I had been without heat for about two weeks. He was thorough and efficient with his troubleshooting. He was able to determine what the problem was quickly, corrected the problem and then checked back in to determine if the system was operating correctly (it is, the solution was a transformer). He is very professional, demonstrates high skill level and has great people skills. It shows that he likes his job and career. VT is a huge asset to his company considering the challenges of finding employees that are motivated, patient and engaged.I can’t say thank you enough VT. It has been a pleasure meeting you and I will be referring you to my realtor friends as a go to option for heating issues

I once lived in a house before premier building services LLC and it was always either too hot or too cold. After their services my house has a climate that is always where I need it to be at the tip of my fingers. It does get confusing when HOAs are involved..Ive experienced that frustration too...but honestly I havent found the problem to be on Premiers end.

I got to my condo and saw water leaking from the storage closet. I could see water spraying everywhere from the hot water hose on top of my hot water heater. Through a friend I was put in touch with Cesar and he directed me over the phone how to turn the water off. He came that evening at 5:30pm which I greatly appreciated. He put a quality copper pipe in versus the braided stuff. His price was affordable and I mostly appreciated his willingness to come late after a long day. I will use this company again.
