Curt Russell is an experienced electrician, and it showed. He is also a good salesman, fluently knowing what his company offers, he got me to buy a $99 add on VIP membership, that I am still deliberating. Curt was able to clearly identify, and express to me what was needed to bring our two exterior outlets and two exterior lights that all had just been covered by James Hardie Cement Board inaccurately by our siding company, up to code. Furthermore, he had to actually drill away some of the new siding in order to properly access and place extension boxes for all four units. This proved difficult as James Hardie siding is tough as, well, cement. Curt pulled through with flying colors, mounting the lights and outlets flush to the siding properly. and up to code, so our house wont burn down. Overall, great experience, but must add, expensive!!!

Plumbline did a major job for us, sewer line and tap. From the very first contact, on the phone and with Xena attempting to clear the line, they were helpful and professional. Supervisor, Faran, came out to scope the line and deliver the bad news. Carl and his crew did the huge job while following all required permitting, inspections, safety procedures and more. They were prompt, informative, and professional. Plus, they were careful not to disturb our landscaping as much as possible. The asphalt crew came later and again did a great job. There was some miscommunication after the fact to get a final invoice but Lee and Faran helped me get that resolved. If you want a job done right and properly call Plumbline, they will take care of you.

Jeremy converted my range outlet from a 240v to a 120v to handle the new gas range purchased. His work was exceptional and the small job reasonably priced ($200).The things I appreciated most about Jeremy was his quality work and the detailed estimate he gave prior to his work.I recommend Plumbline greatly to do your electrical needs work. This wasn’t the first nor last job I’ll be glad to contact Plumbline to do with service reps like Jeremy. A+ company per past big job (replaced 45,year old panel with a needed bigger one and installed a level 2 car charger station in my garage) and this recent small job.

Excellent Service. We had an emergency this summer and they stepped up and completed an air conditioning install much quicker (almost immediately) than I would have thought possible. We were having guests in and the house was nice and cool before our guests arrived. When we need them - they arrive and are dependable. The technicians are very professional, they take good care of our house, and they clean up after each job and/or checkup. We will continue to use them as they have not disappointed!

Five stars for our plumber, Richard. Richard serviced our hot water heater and resolved an issue we had with cloudy hot water. I received a 30 minute heads up that he was on his way, and he was very thorough in his diagnosis and repair. The deal I received on Google was unbeatable as well. I would work with this company again.

The technician who provided the heater service was very knowledgeable and explained what she was doing and why. She was also very friendly and respectful throughout the entire process.The only minor issue I had was with the scheduled appointment. I paid for the premium service, but the first appointment was rescheduled by Plumbline for two weeks after the original appointment. I understand this was during the holiday season and emergencies to come up, but since I paid extra to have prompt service, I was a little disappointed. Especially since I had to rearrange my schedule to accommodate the delay.There were no other issues.

Rich Haberle and Bradly Kimball replaced a 22-year-old water heater and installed a water filtration system in my home, in addition to re-working the plumbing underneath my kitchen sink. Rich did a thorough job of listening to me and explaining various options. Rich and Brad worked hard, worked efficiently, and left their work areas clean and neat. Needed a main sewer line clean out. Standard cost of $93 is VERY reasonable. When they had some questions about structural issues in the pipe, they also did a no-cost inspection/scope of the line. Prompt and reliable. Ill definitely continue to use these guys for this and other plumbing needs in the future.

We had a year end water emergency with our shower. We had used Plumbline previously and had a great experience so we called them again. We received stellar service and the technician who came out, Garrett, was profession and very friendly. He had to go get the parts to make the repairs and once he had them he was able to fix our shower. Plumbline is 2 for 2 in the win column for service and support. We will be calling on them again for other services they offer to try and head off future emergencies, but should we need a plumber, they will be called.

Ive had nothing but good experiences with Plumbline. This is the second residence, of mine, that theyve worked on. Both times, the crews were courteous and professional. Have they had to cancel an appointment, yes. But theyve called to let me know whats going on and rescheduled. After they left, this last time, I had issues with my garage door opener, and they sent someone to take a look. They dont do garage door openers, but he helped me fix it. I would definitely recommend and will call again.

When Chris from Plumbline came to work on the problems I had with plumbing in my home he immediately made me feel comfortable and I was aware that he knew what he was doing. He was able to check out what he needed to do quickly. He did a walk-through in the crawlspace to find the water cut-off. He quickly took care of the main problem I had with a leaking waterline and then asked if there were any other concerns. He was able to help me out with us slow draining sink. He also informed me about what to do if I had further problems. He was a joy to work with, and I would I would like to call on him again, if needed. When I scheduled my service, I said the water heater was 11 years old and dumping rusty water out the bottom, and likely needed replacement. Today, Jose Terrazas arrived at the beginning of my time window, had a water heater on the truck. He was very thorough in reviewing the current situation, explained each cost I would incur, and upon my agreement went to work. 2 1/2 hours later, the heater was in, the work was very neat, he cleaned up after himself, was a great representative for Plumbline. Customer Service was excellent. Derek, the service technician, was professional, friendly and is a great ambassador for Plumbline. Although I am quite satisfied with the work done on my small project, the price for the work was on the higher end. I would recommend competitive bids from additional service providers to get the best value. Plumbline appears to use a standardized pricing scheme for projects that does not allow for nuances of individual projects. Again, excellent customer service, excellent technician interaction, but higher end of the pricing scale.

We had an issue with our reverse osmosis system not working a few days later due to a faulty filter, so I texted Kevin and he had someone out to fix it the next morning! Amazing service! Our service personal (Brad) was direct, clear, professional and handle the issue within an hour. Will be using for all my future issues.

Plumblines service was exemplary when my 9-year old Carrier furnace recently developed issues. I felt reassured from the time Jayla answered the phone and got me a next day appointment. She facilitated my texting screenshots of the thermostat messages to share with the technician Communication as to when to expect the arrival of MY HVAC Service Professional, Kendrick Sipple, was immediate and via phone, text and Email.Troubleshooting the problem wasnt easy. Kendrick ran diagnostics and consulted other company experts; so when the problem and fix were identified, despite it being not covered under warranty, I was confident in the plan and was fully informed of the costs to me. Kendrick arranged to pick up the Inducer Motor early the next morning and went above and beyond before leaving; helping me light the pilot light on my fireplace and educating me on my furnace programs and status on the thermostat.Kendrick completed the repair this morning, verified that the problem was fixed and the system was functioning properly before leaving. He also performed routine maintenance including to the furnace and humidifier; which was originally installed along with an air conditioner by Plumbline. He left me with his card, making himself available to me if future problems or needs arise. If that isnt great service I dont know what is!I will be a Plumbline customer for life. They stand behind their work, product warranties and people. Every person I have encountered has made sure I was receiving the highest level of customer service.

Still using Plumbline to this day! We just moved into a new house and the inspector said everything was working fine. The A/C didnt work for days so we scheduled an appointment with Plumbline and they sent Tim out the very next day! Tim immediately found the problem, a bad dual capacitor, replaced it and now we have working A/C again! He didnt try selling us a new unit which was greatly appreciated! He just replaced the cheap part that came with the unit, which was original to the house, with a better unit and got it up and running! Tim was very knowledgeable and kind and he made sure we were well taken care of! I will never use another company because I know things will be taken care of the first time every time with Plumbline!

Extremely professional experience! We had an electrical short in our meter box that took down half of our electrical panel. Plumblines dispatch team explained what the initial symptoms could mean and potential resolutions. We scheduled and the dispatch team stayed in touch with updates on technician arrival. Our technician, Isaiah Wallace, was knowledgable and articulate. He explained the issue and the options for resoling along with cost estimates, and importantly with his professional opinion and recommended course of action. I never felt oversold, and was in agreement with the plan. A few weeks ago, when the temperatures were approaching 100 degrees, our A/C system stopped producing cool area. We talked to more than one company about a replacement of our 22-year-old system, and Plumbline was by far the most professional from the moment Jay Sohn walked through the door to the moment the last of the installation crew left the house. Jay did not just come in and give us the cost. He checked out the house and the current A/C and furnace and asked questions about our usage and how many people live here. He then presented options and explained the pros and cons of each without any pressure to make a particular selection. The process to take care of the financing was quick and easy. Our work was scheduled for just a couple of business days away.The installation crew (Evan Miller, Parker Webb, Jesse Lopez) was equally as impressive. They arrived on time (always a bonus) and completed the job within the expected timeframe. They were all friendly and professional. When finished, they gave us a complete explanation of the system, how everything works, and how to set up the app on my phone to control and monitor everything. They cleaned everything up so well – inside and outside – that you wouldn’t have even known they were here – other than the fact that we now have a working HVAC system.The installation also involved some electrical work. Plumbline’s electrician, Corey Wilifley, discovered our electrical panel was not up to current code. That was not too surprising since the house was built in the early ‘70’s. Rather than just telling me that it needed to be replaced and presenting me with a quote, he explained in detail specifically what was wrong and why it mattered. He and another electrician, Sean, came out the same week to replace the electrical panel. They even took the time to label the circuits and provide an explanation of exactly what they had done. Another very professional Plumbline crew.I highly recommend Plumbline. I will certainly be calling them again if we need any of the services they provide.

I recently received estimates from Plumbline Services, 7000 S. Potomac St, Centennial, for the replacement of our aging HVAC system. I chose Plumbline because of their reputation and the fact that they recently replaced our entire sewer line with excellent results. Within a day, the estimator, Jay Sohn arrived and spent 90 minutes with me analyzing our existing system and proposing several solutions, tailored to fit our needs. Jay was very professional and knowledgeable, very easy to communicate with and made us feel completely comfortable. He disclosed all aspects of a new system, the lifetime warranty, and all of the rebates we would be eligible for. Of course, for a large project such as this, we did decide to get two other bids. We found that Plumblines quote was very competitive, and the final decision really came down to a coin-toss as to go with Plumbline or the other well-known company. For whatever reason, we did decide to go with the other company, but again there was no specific reason to do so...it was just a matter of having to make a choice between the two. I would highly recommend Plumbline Services to be on anyones short-list as a company to consider for experience, quality, and reputation for a project such as this, for either HVAC or major plumbing.

Testing found the compressor was shot too, probably due to the damaged capacitor. Freon system in a HVAC 18 years old, so smarter to replace entire system that will be more energy efficient. I really appreciate Erfan’s patience with far ranging questions pertaining to a new HVAC system. Geoff, the salesman, is on his way over now. I was pleasantly surprised by how efficient Plumbline Services was in responding to my needs especially as late in the day that I placed the call. Jordan had an appointment scheduled for me sometime between 5 and 6 and I was pleased with the fact that they could get me in that day. A young man named Dylan showed up as soon as he could, mapped out my drain system and we discussed all the issues that might have caused the clog that began at my kitchen sink. He brought in a snake and proceeded to run it through my clean out under the kitchen sink. He was very clean about everything. Nice guy, very sociable and very efficient. He had completed the clean out and checked for any leaks or issues under my sink. There was not one thing that I did not like about the experience I had with Plumbline Services. Pricing was very fair and they even gave me a 30 day guarantee! I strongly recommend this company.

He was thorough, explained everything he saw and found, and with this summer looking to be one of the hottest we’ve seen in a while, he got me all set up to ensure a cool house to beat the heat.
