    MileHi HVAC is an affordable and professional company. My technicians, Steven and Angel, were very pleasant and explained everything in detail. They gave my family a chance to ask questions, and they answered all of them in detail before and after the work. The job was very nicely done. I bundled the furnace and AC together, and they completed all the work in one day with no mess at all. They are very clean and detailed in their work, and they are very knowledgeable and professional. I am very pleased with my new units. I gave them 5 stars.

    Excellent company to work with !! Tracy makes it easy on the organizing and Vladimir is an amazing technician , he had to install my water heater which is above a closet in my condo and had no problem taking the old unit out and replacing it with a new one in two hours time !     I originally got a quote from three different HVAC companies. MileHi HVAC came in lower than the other two, but they were just as knowledgeable. I looked into the quality of the American Standard unit they would be putting in to ensure I wasnt just getting some low end unit.It was an easy process to determine what was needed and give me the best estimate they could for what the job would cost. We were in no rush. So about a week later Chris came out to install our new AC unit. Just arrived on time, was very professional, and the best part is I have air conditioning in my house again.I know HVAC work is very specialized. Im very happy with the work Chris did and would definitely recommend MileHi HVAC.A big thank you to MileHi for taking care of us.

    We just installed a new furnace and AC unit with MileHi and the sizing analysis, pricing, and install were all great. Shaun was very analytical and experienced in designing/sizing the system and was responsive from start to finish. Our installer, Steven, did a very clean install in a full days work and spent extra time with me to make sure the ducting path was the best possible. I will be using them again on our other rental properties.

    MileHi HVAC is fantastic. Full stop. If you need anything done with your HVAC system I would highly recommend giving them a call. We were having some issues with our HVAC unit rebooting randomly during the night that was causing the temperature to drop drastically. Normally that wouldnt be a massive issue (more a general annoyance) but we have a newborn at home so it made solving the issue more urgent. The technicians from MileHi HVAC came out and spent a good amount of time diagnosing every potential cause and ultimately came up with the appropriate solution. The technicians were prompt, polite, and professional. Had a truly great experience with MileHi HVAC and intend to use only them for any HVAC needs in the future.

    I had Steven and Angel stop by from MileHi HVAC to have a look at my furnace system as I could not get any power to my furnace.     Steven and Jesse did a magnificent job of installing the new furnace and AC unit in our home. They showed up on time, worked hard and diligently all day and stayed until the job was done. Then they walked me through the important features of the units and made sure I didnt have any questions. Very thorough job from beginning to end. Their work was done with high quality and professionalism, and they did a great job of cleaning up when they were done.Shaun was very knowledgeable and thorough in his examination of our needs for HVAC systems. He provided good options for us to choose from and helped us come to a conclusion on the best solution for us. He provided a competitive proposal in a timely fashion.

    Highly recommend for customer service and professionalism! Our AC went out at the beginning of a Colorado heat wave, and we got several bids from different companies. One company was VERY expensive, and one company had an unscrupulous salesperson who tried to bully us out of $600 for nothing, But MileHi bent over backward to provide us with service that was trustworthy, professional and more affordable than any other bid. Not only that, but they moved schedules and products get us help as quickly as they could. Joanie, Chris, Steven and Angel were all remarkable! Special shout out to Joanie, who really made us feel valued and cared for, and to Steven and Angel, who were at our house fixing a problem much longer than they probably anticipated, but were never anything but gracious, sweet, polite, and professional. I cannot recommend this company enough! Why would you want anyone else?

    Steven and Jesse were super professional, clean and polite. We needed our A/C and furnace replaced at the same time, they went above and beyond to make sure all lines, ducts and drains were secured well, looked tidy and the whole system functioned properly. They even fixed a duct on our water heater because they noticed it wasn’t up to code AND tested our old humidifier and made sure it was operating correctly with the new system. They did a great job protecting our hardwood floors from foot traffic and cleaned up really well on their way out. They took the time to walk us through the system details and operation, including some helpful tips for maintenance. We couldn’t be happier with their work, 10/10 would recommend! Thanks guys!

    I worked with Tracy to get the new water heater when mine started leaking. There was a problem with the venting. Milehi looked at options and we went with a heatpump version that gets me 2600 in rebates. Electrical was installed and today Steve and Jesse installed the unit.     I was in the market for a full HVAC overhaul and got quotes from multiple contractors for a new water heater, furnace, and A/C. We settled on MileHi because Shaun, the initial guy that came out, gave us a very good quote and explained everything to us, including the limitations we were up against. Something none of the other contractors did.When it came to the actual day of the work, we unexpectedly had to attend a funeral. I was really worried about being away all day while the work was done.Steven and Angel were the two workers who came out to do the work. These guys were punctual, professional, and assured us they would have everything handled while we were gone. This ended up being true, and we came home to everything being done and ready to go. They walked us through everything, and even took our old cooler off our hands.I am very pleased with the service provided, and will recommend these folks to anyone looking for HVAC work. Thank you!

    Bottom line: would I use MileHi HVAC again? Yes. They were straightforward and direct when they came out to quote a new furnace [which definitely leaned me in their direction even before seeing all the quotes]. When they installed my new furnace, there was a little hitch in the giddyup, but they stayed with it until all was good, even stretching their regular hours a little bit to make sure. I was impressed that they apologized it took longer than usual - it made me feel like they are willing to take ownership of a problem, whether or not they are the cause of a problem.

    The office, Tracy, was responsive and scheduled QUICKLY. She accessed and got us as many discounts as possible. Vladimir, the installer, only had to be shown where the water heater was located and he went to work with a singlemindedness that only showed experience, desire to get the job done and done right while still friendly. To say he was fast is the understatement of the year but he went the extra mile of tidying up drains that were not even associated with his job.I have never been impressed with todays service people. They usually have excuseitis, try to upsell or are generally incompetent. MileHi HVAC brought back some faith that there are still some who care about what they do and satisfy the customer with quality, efficiency and value.

    Had a great experience recently with MileHi HVAC. They came in most reasonable on an AC/Furnace combo. The install crew, Jesse and Steven, were pros; The install is clean, its obvious they took extra time to layout all the lines and make sure the installation was done right. They were polite, courteous and respectful of our house. They covered the floors, carpet and stairs with drop cloth for protection and left no trace when they were done. First class service.

    Great experience with the MileHi HVAC team! Steven & Jesse replaced and installed 4 new units at the house. They were knowledgeable, respectful of both myself & the house, punctual and easy to work and communicate with. They handled problems as they arose & answered all of my many questions with patience and detail. We had multiple scheduled visits since so many tasks were involved and they wrapped up by bringing the GM Shaun on site to tie any loose ends.     Hired MileHi HVAC to install a new dual fuel heat pump system. Steven and his helper Jesse were exemplary in their install. Lines are run very cleanly, sheet metal work is good, exterior penetrations are done well. They cleaned up the area they were working in better than it likely was to begin with. Steven walked me through everything when he was done, explained how to service unit and what to watch for.Cant recommend them enough as far as three install goes.The only drawback is that the office can sometimes take a while to respond, but given that they are a smaller local company that is understandable.

    I hired MileHi HVAC to replace my parents furnace, AC and hot water heater after they were recommended by my realtor. I have nothing but great things to say about this company.I contacted them on a weekend about getting an estimate. They promptly sent me a preliminary quote via email, and since it was within a reasonable price range for me, I asked to have an in person estimate scheduled. 48 hours later, Shaun came over and completed an in person estimate. He was extremely detailed, spent time with us answering questions and wasnt pushy at all. He was miles ahead of other estimators who came over in his knowledge and attention to detail.Once we accepted the estimate, our work was scheduled a week later and took just under a day and a half. The installers, Steve and Jesse, were both fantastic. They were knowledgeable, personable, hard working, took pride in their work, and went above and beyond cleaning up afterwards.Billing was straightforward and without any surprise costs. We are very happy with the quality of the installation, and the new systems were a huge improvement. I plan to hire this company in the near future to replace my own furnace as well.This company should change nothing about their business model and pricing if this is how well they treat all their customers.

    MileHi HVAC to the rescue! I still cant believe how quickly this all came together. My kitchen flooded, with piped gallons of water down into the furnace completely destroying it. That same day they had a team member out to inspect the damage. The following morning they were on site removing the old furnace, and installing a new one. Steven and Donny were fantastic. Personable, knowledgeable, and they made quick work of the task. I forget the name of the tech who initially came out(Paul?) and the lady who handled the scheduling but the entire team was great to work with. 10/10 would recommend!

    Great company to work with! We’ve been shopping around for a new 50 gallon water heater/installation for several weeks (to replace a 14+ year old unit).     Wow! What a great experience with MileHiHVAC! We needed to replace our water heater and Tracy was quick to get us quotes on a few options. The pricing was fair and inline with quotes we received from the big box stores. The installer arrived on time and and finished the job almost an hour faster than the communicated timeframe. Super professional. Tracy made sure all the proper permits were pulled with the city, and followed-up afterwards to make sure everything was perfect with us.     WATER HEATERBecause our water heater was 20 years old, I decided to replace it before I had problems.I called a number of plumbing companies and several even came to give me an estimate- others accepted photos and gave me estimates over the phone.I was amazed at the estimates I got as the difference between the highest and lowest was close to double, for the same product.One of the companies I called was Mile High HVAC.     I checked with 4 different plumbing companies about replacing a leaking water heater, before I came across MileHi HVAC. Its a simple and quick process. Much easier then the other companies I called. I contacted MileHi on Wednesday, they were out to my place by 11am Thursday and done by noon.     Ive never reviewed anyone on Yelp before but I thought this experience is worth sharing. I shopped around and had 3 reputable HVAC companies come to my house and look at my Heater and AC systems and provide bids. While all 3 had nice representatives come to my house, Shaun from MileHi HVAC was the most thorough. Heres the kicker...they were SIGNIFICANTLY lower priced than the other two bids. That raised a red flag to me that something was off...like perhaps they were quoting inferior systems or might have some hidden fees. That said I reached out to Shaun with questions about his bid, he responded back quickly and spent good deal of time making sure everything was answered and that I was fully comfortable moving forward. He was professional, friendly, patient, and spoke in terms I could understand (I dont know much about HVAC systems).When I chose to work with them, their scheduler and the technicians (installer and electrician) were both extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and communicated well. Chris, went out of his way to set up my new Nest thermostat for no additional charge and showed me how to use it etc. All in all they went above and beyond my expectations for a great price. I cant recommend them enough.

    I had same day response on May 11 2020. It was the BEST price for a 40 gal gas water heater. They came out an hour after my call. The technician was in and out quick. No issues. I would recommend paying cash because they do charge a 3% convenience fee for card. My water heater replacement service also had to be up to code because I didnt have an extra 2 gal hot water thingy which protects from getting too much pressure, it added on an additional fee, which wasnt an issue because in my city limits there is a requirement for your water heater to have it up to code. When you go with professionals they will make sure you meet code. No big deal. Speedy, friendly, and economical service. Tracy I believe helped me over the phone, nice customer service as well. An added bonus was that their fees are up front. Unlike some people I have dealt with in the past who charge trip charge and other hidden fees at the end of service. Not these guys. I had an invoice itemizing my service emailed to me promptly before the tech got there so I knew what EXACTLY I was paying for. Good old fashioned up front servicemen/women. Thanks guys.

    I got very lucky today when I found Mile High HVAC! I woke up and found my water heater leaking water. UGH!!! After searching for new one ( NOT FUN ) Thinking Ok, Ill install one myself I stumbled on the MILE HIGH HVAC website. So glad I did! I mean it guys. Everyone else I spoke with quoted me sky high money for a new H2O heater. Mile High did offer the general off the shelf Big Box store heater. Ok fine. But I did read the reviews about the experience people were having with any ole heater. Even if it was NEW I didnt know what to do. Buy new junk and jump into the pool with everyone else hoping to get a good H2O heater.Well MILE HIGH HVAC also offered the same kind I had in my home. It was an industrial H20 heater. For just a few dollars more MILE HIGH HVAC sold and installed the exact industrial heater I had. Only thing is that this new one was upgraded from the old one.Get this...I called around 10am. At about 12pm heres the technician at my door. He installed the new industrial heater. Yes. The job was flawless! I mean this guy did an excellent job. Quickly! His Box truck was nice. It was organized inside. Very clean! He was finished in about 45 minutes. Hauled away the broken heater. Showed me how to operate my new heater. I am very happy with the COMPLETE process from talking on the phone to having a new heater working again in my home. Same day and all in about 3hrs from call to install. I cannot believe this was not a two day or week long wait!!!Mile High HVAC acknowledged that the H2O heater was a good upgrade from the average heater. I was told they are not out to gouge people for as much money as possible. They just want your business and believe you should not be punished for needing something broken to be replaced. Hey guys I am not kidding. Stop looking around. Call Mile High HVAC! You get every pennys worth of value. They are friendly on the phone and the technician is friendly expert installation. What I thought was going to be an extremely expensive day turned out to be a fair price for a fix to my homes H20 heater. Under $1500. NOBODY could come close for what I got!CALL MILE HIGH HVAC.

    These guys are top notch Im highly impressed. We bought our first home which is always terrifying especially when you have repairs to do. Well the house had no ac and with these 90 degree days and my health issues this isnt doable for me. They came out gave a quote and were out a week later to install ac and a new furnace.     Joanie took our call at 4:30pm on a Friday, when we came home to a hot house with our two young children. She was so empathetic and got Steve and Angel to come out first thing Saturday morning.     Tracy went above and beyond to see that my elderly mother would have running hot water after 5 days without. Tracy made sure that the existing area could allow for a 40 gallon tank. She explained that it would require an expansion tank along with a pan at the bottom. All parts and everything promissed, installation- hot water heater....next morning complete! By Vladimir. He did such a great job and did not leave a mess to clean up afterwards. And the old heater? They hauled it off too! We all have those times in life when you entrust in someone who you do not know or are unsure of. Their technician Vladimir replaced it super fast and replaced it fast and cleaned up more than he should! It ended up leaking that night but I called in the morning and was told he wouldnt be able to make it til the next day amd he showed up today a d fixed it right away! We have 6 people living in our home, so hot water is definitely important! If anyone ever needs any work done, contact these guys!!!     I hired Milehi HVAC to install a new furnace, A/C and hot water heater in my 120 year old home. I had a lot of communication with Joanie before making the decision to move forward (I had 4 other companies competing for the job). Ultimately, the value and trustworthy feeling I got from Joanie, Tracy and Milehi HVAC made the decision easy.Today was installation day and Steven and Donnie did an amazing job from the start. They communicated very well and gave me confidence the job would be done right. Steven brought me outside to the new A/C location and asked my permission to go above and beyond to make sure our new A/C unit would be completely level. This required extra work that was not originally accounted for, but they did not charge anything additional. This made me feel even better about our decision to work with Milehi.Donnie was very helpful and communicated updates all throughout the day. He talked me through the updating of our thermostat and went the extra mile to make sure I understood what was happening throughout the day.When the job was done, Steven walked me through every bit of the job they did. I don’t know a lot about HVAC systems but it was very obvious he took pride in his work and did things the right way. Before he left, we had one last call with Joanie to talk through the job and made sure we felt good about the work.This is one of the biggest jobs we’ll ever have done on our house and therefore made it a very stressful decision, but Milehi has been amazing to work with every step of the way!

    A1 service! From the front office (Joanie) to their experts (Shane) to their installers (Tucker & Vladimir). Great bunch of professionals that know their trade. And you cant beat their prices either. Today, I had a 2.5 ton AC unit installed by Tucker. This young man is a quality individual. Explained what he was doing and at the end he walked me through the project. He asked if I had any questions and explained both the install and manufacturers warranties. AC works like a charm and Im completely satisfied. I highly recommend this company. Forget Lowes or Home Depot, MileHi HVAC is the way to go!

    Mile High HVAC is awesome!We recently had them upgrade our water heater (50gallon) - which was not only very competitively priced, but they were able to do it the within 2 days of our call!Also, Jeddy (Jeddy rocks!) came out a day later and was able to quickly upgrade an outdated saddle valve that wasn’t functioning correctly and make sure our humidifier was working correctly. This guy knows his stuff and these guys are definitely not going to yank your chain or charge you an arm and a leg! They are able to provide a swift resolution to any HVAC/Plumbing problem! We highly recommend them!
