Outstanding service and efficiency from Mile High Drain! They replaced the wax ring on our toilette. Chris arrived within 30 minutes of me reaching out to the company, and the work was completed 1 hour after. Very fair price for the work that was done. Usually don’t write reviews, but I was pleasantly surprised at how great their service, speed, and value was.

Layne and Johnny with Mile High Drain, came to my home after I had already 4 other plumbing companies that came which cost me $100s of dollars. The problem wasnt fixed. Then one of them said it would cost me $8000 to excavate. Well then I got referred to Mile High Drain from a family member. They were so professional, so caring, they explained everything to me and even showed me on the camera step by step. I have lived in this home for 29 years and have had backups but never knew where the clean out was, Layne and Johnny, found it within 10 minutes of their arrival. I will never use any other company but Mile High Drain. Not only were they genuinely kind and caring, they werent out to take my money. They were here to get my nightmare resolved and they were the only ones that were able to accomplish that. The charge was more than fair plus was way lower than any of the other ones that came out. I recommend this company to everyone I know. This company, the professionals sent out, deserves recognition. Good people, an honest company, Which is very rare in my experience. From their office personnel, Angie plus the others, to their plumbers, what an awesome team that just made me feel very comfortable with them. Choose them 1st, when you have a plumbing issue, to get it done right the 1st time!!!

Mile High Drain (specifically Chris) literally saved us. It was 11pm and about 8 hours before we were set to leave town for the holidays. Our main line had a blockage and started backing up into the room with our water heater - inches of water and other “matter”. I called literally about 12 other “24/7” plumbing places, none of which were able to help us until morning. When we called Mile High Drain, they sent Chris and he arrived around 1 hour later. He worked diligently to solve the problem and truly went above and beyond. Chris is a hero. We genuinely cannot thank Chris and Mile High Drain enough for helping us out in what felt like a hopeless situation. You all have gained a customer for life and we hope you have the happiest of holidays!!!

We had a silly little sink backup and after installing a new garbage disposal, decided to call Mile High Drain since our installation did *not* solve the backup problem. They arrived same day at 4:30PM (window was 4-6 so we were thrilled). Our plumbers were so nice and got the job done quickly! It was such a relief to have experts address the issue at a reasonable price. They saved our holiday weekend for sure. Thank yall so much!!

Johnny came out and cleared out our mainline within an hour of placing the call. Another company quoted us almost $7000 to replace a belly in the line that was not causing us an issue. Highly recommend!

My issue was with a basement floor drain backing up. Without boring people with all the details, I will just say I called them after business hours on a Thursday night, a live person answered the phone, and two guys were at our house the next morning! They were hard workers, good at communicating and excellent at customer service. It took a few hours but they fixed the problem and left the area cleaner than they found it. The price I was charged was extremely reasonable. I will definitely be calling them in the future for any plumbing or drain issues. Thank you guys!

Just wanted to give a shout-out to Joel and his crew. I had some major issues with my water supply line and other plumbing issues. He and his team were very professional, courteous and assured I was happy with the results. And on top of it they were almost half the cost of any other companies bids. Highly recommend Mile High Drain

Had a weekend drain backup unexpectedly from roots blocking the way. After disappointing interactions with competitors we got a hold of Mile High Drain. They were quick to respond, on time, and a fair price.We had a premium experience with the two guys that came out, Tim and Willie. They were efficient, great to talk to, and very knowledge. I had Layne and Johnny out to my house for a snake and camera-ing. I’ve had ongoing issues with the drains in my 70yo house and I’ve had multiple companies out to service them. Layne and Johnny provided the best service I’ve had. They were on time, communicated effectively and professionally, provided a service I cannot doubt the value of, and gave me helpful advice based on their expertise.

I am so glad they were recommended. Willie came and made sure everything was working properly, coming back twice afterwards when the initial repair didnt work. I am very impressed by the professionalism and dedication to his work. Also not charged for extra work as he had thought it was fixed. 5+PLUS stars for these guys!!! I called yesterday to have my kitchen sink drains unclogged. The gal who answered said that someone could be there that same day in the afternoon. I wasn’t able to make the appt but called back to reschedule and they were to do that. Today Tim-the plumber called about 3o minutes before he arrived to confirm. He arrived right on time and efficiently worked and he was out the door in 30 minutes. He was very professional and timely and cleaned up after his work was done!! Hands down this company is dead serious on doing the job right and keeping their customers happy! Where have you been all my life??!!!!! The best company I have hired in years!!!

Mile High Drains is spectacular. I called Saturday morning and they were here within a few hours. He unplugged almost every drain in my house. Two bathtubs, the sink, the main line, and the drain in my laundry room. He was very knowledgeable about every large task handed to him. He was so thorough and left no mess. Had them out for routine 2-year clean-out of our sewer line. Its 160 ft so a bit of extra work. Willie did a fantastic and professional job. No issues at all. Cost was FAR less what I paid last time with the national chain vendor. I highly recommend this firm instead!!

Mile High Drains delivered service above and beyond expectation. I contacted Mile High Drain with an urgent plumbing request and they were able to schedule a service call later that day. Chad, the service technician, was able to diagnose the issue and quickly address the problem. He was professional and the quality of his work was exemplary. I also appreciated that he explained what he was going to do before proceeding with each step of the process. He also took time to recommend steps we can take to avoid similar problems in the future.

I called Mike High Drain recently to fix two separate, unrelated plumbing issues. On both occasions the folks who assisted me did phenomenal jobs. Everything from speaking with Angie to set up service calls, to working with Bobby and Jesse was superb. Bobby and Jesse were professional . On one occasion they were able to even fit me in early, but they were always prompt and responsive. They were honest and fair, fixing a problem without going overboard and charging for unnecessary work. They completed the job on a timely fashion too. All the folks at Mike High Drains made these stressful occasions so much better. HIGHLY recommend.

We tried MHD based on a very positive referral from a neighbor, and they more than lived up to that. We discovered a leaking (pouring, actually) disposal in our kitchen sink. We called them first thing in the morning and were on the schedule for noon that same day. Scott, their technician, called on the way, and when I told him about the disposal he said he didnt have one on the truck, but would grab one and call me back. I had a call and an estimate within 30 minutes. Scott showed up and worked his magic, and we were good to go. Everything about everyone at MHD was top notch - totally professional, punctual, responsive, and courteous. Put em on your list.

I recommend using Mile High drain for all of your plumbing issues. There are 2 gentleman in particular I want to recognize: Jim and Bob or aka JimBob. I had Jim and Bob at my house on several occasions to fix my plumbing issues and each time they provided excellent customer service. They was also very knowledgeable and professional every time they came to my house. I give 4 stars to Jim, Bob, and Mile High Drain !

As of now I cannot find your invoice to reprimand the specific technician for these actions. Are you positive it was Mile High Drain Cleaning Inc.? There are several companies that represent the Mile High Drain name. We also typically stand behind the quote given, as it is reviewed through 3 levels of qualified estimators. Mile High Drain is set up in such a manner as to provide a check and balance system. Our end goal is to provide the best price and services on a per job basis without selling ourselves short. I will say that sometimes there is a major issue that are unforeseen on the initial walk and a quote will change from time to time as we cannot always see what is behind walls or under slabs when walking a job site. We value each and every client and it is our belief that Mile High Drain is not here to nickel and dime our clients, because it is simply unethical and not our intentions if this happens. Our goal here is to provide a quality quote and service in order to maintain a happy client base to further our growth. I will continue to actively search for this invoice in our system. We had a blockage in our mainline. I called Mile High Drain at 7am and someone answered right away and booked an appointment for that afternoon. Jesse G arrived on time and was knowledgeable, efficient and so friendly. Problem was resolved in under 30 minutes. Highly recommend!

Super friendly and helpful and honest!!! My water heater said a sensor wasnt working, but it turned out to just be the pilot light was out. I am not a handy person and wouldnt have known if theyd told me it was something else. Instead they told me not only what the problem was, but how to fix it in the future by myself!!!! I will always be using Mile High Drain!

Wow! Is where I will start this. I called these guys the other night we got there number from my wifes friend. Our main line had backed up with sewage all over our basement. I called Mile High Drain and spoke to a very courteous gentlemen who had told me that he would have somebody there in 1-2 hours. They were there within the hour and the two men were very clean cut and very professional. I highly recommend using these guys to any one who has any plumbing issues.

Wow, our last drain service we had with DIFFERENT company left me unhappy this time we used Mile High Drain and I have no regrets. They sent out Jim and Jeff and they were very nice and professional. I explained to them that the last company that came out got sewer splattered all over my walls and said nothing about it leaving me to do a deep clean in my bathroom after they left. They both assured me this would not be the case with their service and surely as they said it they moved and replaced all they needed and left my bathroom clean and my drains clear.I highly recommend this company as their employees care about their customers and communicate with them about the work they did. Jesse from Mile High Drain came by on a Saturday morning to repair a leaky pipe. Theres very limited access under the kitchen sink that also serves as the access point to the bathroom piping, so I was worried this was going to be a bear. First of all, Jesse was a super nice guy. He told me right away this would be an easy fix, and it was. He replaced the pipe quick, easy & clean. I will surely use them & hopefully Jesse again.

I needed my drain cleaned quick for an upcoming sale. They scheduled me for an appointment the next morning, and they called ahead. The tech was quick and answered all my questions, cleaned up, and the office helped me with a payment issue and then called back to confirm my payment went through.
