Denise, the office manager, was receptive to our problem, and was able to work us into Kellys schedule so that he had our problem resolved by 5PM that afternoon. Exceptional company. I had two issues that needed to be looked into, one was a busted spicket and the other was my hot water heater making weird noises. The plumber came promptly when scheduled, he was easy to talk to and got right to the issues. He was honest that I didnt have to incur any cost on the hot water heater issue, instead of trying to sell me unnecessary services, and he fixed the spicket promptly. He really went above and beyond. I trust Knight Plumbing and will continue to use them for all of my household issues that they handle. So glad I found them, they came highly recommended on Nextdoor as well. When a pipe burst in my home. Knight Plumbing came out to do emergency on the evening of Christmas Eve. Additionally, due to the water damage, I was told by my mitigation company that my water heater needed to be removed in order to repair damage to the wall behind it. The estimates that I was getting to remove and reinstall my water heater from other plumbing companies was over $7,000. Knight Plumbing actually told me that my water heater was past warranty and not up to code, and they were able to replace my water heater completely for almost half as much as other plumbers were going to charge to remove and reinstall the same one. They were attentive and very communicative throughout the whole process. I would totally rehire if I need other plumbing repairs. They are familiar with my HOA and are able to adhere to any guidelines that they require. Im very satisfied with their work.

Highly recommend Knight Plumbing. We have used them before and they have always been professional and timely to go along with great work. But this last week they truly went above and beyond -- we called them with an emergency situation and they responded within an hour (the only company out of 3 calls to do so) and were at our house within 3 hours. Jeremy came and was great -- not only did he fix the issue quickly, but he took extra time to fully explain everything in detail, answered every question even beyond the current job, and took extra steps beyond the current job to make sure our pipes were safe in last weeks freezing temperatures. Small things like wearing clean shoe covers every time he entered the house goes a long way and is a good example of the professionalism and mindfullness they have shown every time. Its hard to find work of this quality.

When I went to use the faucet this morning I realized that we had no water flow at all. I assumed the pipes had frozen due to the negative temps weve been getting this past week. I was unable to locate the main valve to shut it off, or see if it had a crack. I called Knights Plumbing to see if they could assist or give me some advice. Kelley answered and stayed on the phone with me the entire time. He walking me through finding the main shut off and what to do for the future to help prevent this from happening again. After I located the pipe Kelley talked with me about trying to shut the valve off and or using space heaters or a hairdryer to hopefully thaw the pipe. I placed 2 space heaters on it and within minutes, we had running water again! I cant thank Kelley enough for his patience and kindness while helping me with this. I would HIGHLY recommend Knights Plumbing to anyone looking for a reliable plumber.

Kelly worked with me over the phone to figure out the issue and address costs while I was busy at work. He finished the work for a very fair cost and saved me thousands, as the company who previously came down did a poor job of troubleshooting the issue and gave me a quote for $3000 for a repair that wouldnt have fixed it. They came out the day I called and replaced the pump, then found the reason why the pump went out and quickly came up with a solution, and fixed that too! My Grandparents had a leak by their hot water heater at the same time our sump pump went out, I had Knight Plumbing to their house and they ended up finding a leak in a pipe vs needing to replace the hot water heater like my Grandparents were worried would need to happen.
