I am so glad we found Altitude Plumbing! We had a leak in our water line that was in a tough spot, and Phil not only gave us a competitive quote for the repair, but he also worked to get our job scheduled and completed within a few days. The excavation crew was careful and thorough, and Phil really went above and beyond to finish the work and restore our service - he even spent extra time explaining the details of the repair to us. We were so happy with the service and the work done. We will definitely be calling Altitude again in the future!

Phil was great, he added a hot water circulating pump so I have hot water at any fixture within seconds. Should save me 12.000 gallons per year and we don’t have to wait several minutes to get hot water! Great company that I recommend to anyone needing plumbing services.

Phil was amazing. He came the same day and took the time to problem solve what was going on vs another company who didnt even open my pit to see what the real problem was and had to send out a different plumber for sales and wanted to charge $7500. Phil and Altitude plumbing were timely in their repairs at 1/4 of the cost. They didnt try to upsale me anything and offered different prices of how he could fix the problem.

Altitude Plumbing was great to work with. I was able to schedule an appointment quickly because I had a leaking water heater and needed it fixed quickly. They arrived on time to assess the problem and promptly scheduled next day for repairs, where they again arrived on time and completed the repairs. Would definently use again.

We called Altitude Plumbing for our water heater that was leaking. We got prompt service and when Phil came out, he discussed the issue with our heater and other causes in our piping. He gave us a quote on site and we had many issues fixed and a new water heater in one day. We cant recommend Altitude Plumbing enough.

We hired altitude plumbing to fix our vacuum breaker pump that froze during the winter. Phil noticed that we didn’t have a way to drain the pipes between the water main and the vacuum breaker pump. He suspected that was why the pipes froze. He installed a different valve with a drain hole and when winter came we had no more issues with frozen pipes. Phil was knowledgeable, honest, and worked quickly. I was so impressed that I referred him to my father who had a similar issue. Phil is great! We highly recommend.

Ive been lucky to work with Phil at Altitude Plumbing a couple of times (so far). Once was to diagnose and repair an in wall leak, and once to repair a service line leak. On both occasions Phil was quickly responsive to my questions, took the time to explain the issue and the resolution simply to me, and was very honest about what I did and did not need rather than oversell me.I found Altitudes prices to be fair and really trusted the quality of service I received. It can be tough to find good people nowadays, but Phil is one of the good ones.I would highly recommend taking a chance with Phil at Altitude, you will have a reliable expert for life once you do.

Phil came to install a Flo by Moen water shut-off system. He tested our water pressure first, noting that it was 50% higher than recommended. So, he added a pressure reduction valve, as well. No getting around it. But Phil was competitive and his wok was excellent.

He and TJ installed everything in a very short period of time and added a couple of additional safety features. We are happy with our updated system and will be calling on Altitude Plumbing again for future plumbing needs (although we hope to not need them for a good while.)
