    We had such a great experience with A Perfect Plumber. Our water heater was broken and they sent Dale Sacry over to fix it and it was fixed within the day- not only was Dale extremely kind and professional, he also worked with sufficiency and was clearly very knowledgeable and experienced in his job. I was very comfortable having him in our home and couldn’t recommend him and A Perfect Plumber more highly.

    In my opinion, A Perfect Plumber is exactly as advertised…. Perfect. I have had several different issues with pumps, valves and thermostats related to my boiler and radiant heat system. Todd has swooped in and come to the rescue every time. The service is friendly, efficient, and most importantly, very competent. Highly recommend!

    Casey installed a new vanity and toilet for me, and removed the old pedestal sink and ancient toilet. He did an excellent job and was very lovely to work with! He also went above and beyond and helped me get my vanity the way I wanted it even though I did not prepare the room (there was trim that had to be removed). I will definitely hire A Perfect Plumber again and I hope that Casey is the one who does the work next time too.

    These guys are marvelous! Professional, cordial, they dont suggest more than needs being done but they make sure everything is working well before they finish. They also make their charges very clear regarding labor and parts and they dont overcharge for them. Honest! Thank you, you truly are the Perfect Plumber!

    A Perfect Plumber came out to replace my pressure reducing valve in September 2024. The technician arrived on time and worked very efficiently. The price turned out to be within the range I had been quoted, which was very reasonable. I would definitely use them again.

    This is my second experience with A Perfect Plumber. I previously had them perform some warranty work on my Navien on-demand hot water heater and that was a great experience. For this service visit I had a failed 3/4” shutoff valve that leads to my irrigation system outside. Dennis came out and replaced the valve. He did an excellent job and used a quality replacement part; moreover, he was incredibly efficient and charged a fair price. It was really nice chatting with Dennis as well. A Perfect Plumber will definitely continue to be my go-to for plumbing needs and I recommend them to anyone looking for plumbing services.

    Another superb job by A Perfect Plumber. Dale Sacry did a fine job checking out the humidifier, which had been leaking. He made a few adjustments and explained how I should adjust the humidifier as the seasons change. Dale also noted that spare parts for my humidifier may be difficult to find.Therefore, if there are further problems, Ill ask A Perfect Plumber to install a new one. This is the third time in recent months I have relied on A Perfect Plumber. Their work is excellent and fees are reasonable. I recommend A Perfect Plumber to others.

    Id had other plumbers out that said my water heater was operating normally. I finally ended up with A Perfect Plumber because the local manufacturers rep recommended them. The second Dale walked in the door he showed me the part he brought that he was predicting I needed. And that was exactly what it was. He got it fixed right away and after 9 months of having water that took between 7-15 minutes to heat up (if at all), it now gets hot in about 10 seconds. It has made a WORLD of difference. And I am so grateful to have gotten a plumber out that actually knew what was going on and didnt blow off the issue. The office was also really pleasant to work with to get scheduled. I would absolutely recommend them.

    We were lucky to find A Perfect Plumber in 2017 when gutting the basement. We interviewed a few plumbers, and A Perfect Plumber stood out in such a positive way that they earned us as customers for life. We basically had the entire basement infrastructure redone due to the settling of the basement slabs over the years and drain pipes slanting the wrong way (uphill, not good!). We also added a bathroom, moved the laundry hookups and a small wet bar. 6 years later, we have had no issues with their work. We recently have started a kitchen remodel and I immediately called A Perfect Plumber for the job. They have shown us the exact same professionalism and quality of work as they did years ago, and without a doubt we will have the same success with their plumbing.     In the almost 20 years we’ve been in our radiant heated house we’ve gone through a lot of boiler people. Therefore I am confident that A Perfect Plummer is the perfect name for this company. They really are wonderful. We have a boiler and when it’s working it’s great, but we’ve had one issue after another with it- go the point that I’ve nicknamed it The Other Woman since my husband sometimes spends so much time with it.So, their prices are reasonable, but the absolute best thing is that Todd, who came out last year as well as last week, actually knows about boilers and is willing to figure out the problem and fix it rather than telling us we need a new boiler. (Our boiler is less than 10 years old- but that’s a whole other thing.)When I called their office to pay our bill I spoke with Susan and she was so genuinely kind that I hung up the phone smiling.Finally, we recommended them to my parents as well (so you should definitely trust this review!) when they were having sink issues and my parents were so pleased that they sent their plummer home with a plate of homemade cookies…

    I have used A Perfect Plumber on my various single family and multi-family properties since 2009. I am a licensed real estate agent and I was first introduced to them when I needed a sewer line clean-out for an inspection objection on a property sale. As I moved into acquiring multi-family properties, my plumbing needs included a sewer line replacement, a boiler installation and all of the corresponding plumbing services, support and maintenance. Recently (2022) I was preparing to sell one of my holdings and I brought in their boiler team to insure my boilers, side-arm water heaters and ducting were all up to code and in excellent operating condition. They made recommendations which were substantial in nature. I had small cracks I had not previously noticed in my ducting that could have been leaking carbon monoxide into my boiler room. They performed needed repairs and replaced all of the ducting prior to me putting the property on the market. I subsequently sold this particular complex and the new owner commented on the excellent condition that the boilers (4) and the ducting were in. It is difficult to find a company with the expertise, reliability and ethics that A Perfect Plumber has demonstrated.     Replaced gas piping to bring to code.I had another company come to my house prior to A Perfect Plumber, the company was A Brighter Glow. I had them come and service two fireplaces to make sure they were ready for use during the winter months. They did a shoddy job. Did not clean the glass properly and left what appears to to be mice droppings and poison (from previous owner) The gas main piping needed to be replaced according to code, so I had them quote for the job in addition to servicing my fireplaces. The quote was fair and came around $2000. After they left, the weather was warm, so we had no need to light the gas fire.When the time came, we could not get one fire place to ignite. We did all the youtube videos, had competent friends come and advise...nothing. When I called and emailed the company, they said there would be another charge for coming out to light the fireplace. Now, I did not want it done instantly, but at their convenience when they were next in the area. But No. So, I went and got another quote for the bigger job.A Perfect Plumber came in $10s less, so not a huge deal, but they came on time, were clean, courteous and efficient both for the quote and for the actual job. Once the gas line was done, they went to light the ignitor and seemed to have issues too. But, they fixed it and I now have a very nice clean and safe fireplace! Brighter Glow gets 1 star from me! A Perfect Plumber get 5 stars. The crew by the way were polite and not intrusive in my day, they worked hard all day without any fuss. Thanks guys.

My memory is hazy on the details (sorry!) but I remember the comment being good and I remember being glad to hear it.

    Just moved into a new to us but 40 year old condo and had the perfect plumber team come out to investigate all the pipe rattling and dripping we found after move in. They fixed what was cheap and easy right then and there, and provided knowledge and or reassurance for the rest for us to decide on. They gave us a great baseline to start learning and growing as homeowners so that we could recognize these sounds for ourselves in the future.     We have had Dale out twice for the yearly service maintenance of our tankless boiler/water heater combo and we wouldn’t trust anyone else. He arrived on time, summarized the work he was expecting to do, how long it would take, brought extra parts in case and all the necessary tools, including a shopvac to clean up any mess. The extra part was not needed nor was the full-service flush. He explained when we would know that is needed (it will flash “SERV” once we reach the 4,000 hour mark) and how much time we have after that code appears.Dale had a death in the family over the weekend but still arrived on time for the service when I would have expected him to reschedule (understandably, under the circumstances). To me, that says A LOT about his work ethic and character. Our new rescue dog that is usually scared of men would have happily jumped in the van and gone home with Dale when he left! Our rescue was underfoot, chatty and definitely wanted Dale’s attention for pets, even sitting “pretty” asking for attention. Dale was very patient and sweet with our special boy. Dale is 5 stars!
