    Rocky Romo is a great plumber, honest guy, and even greater human being. You never see individuals this thorough with their work. Ive used 99rooter since 2011 and never realized it. They do great work, theyre clean and efficient. Ive never had a call back or have anything negative to say. Plumbers have the toughest jobs on this planet respect them.

    There are so many shady companies out there so was very refreshing to learn of 99 Rooter from my handyman friend. It’s always a good sign when a company is referred by another trusted contractor. I was able to get somebody to come by the same day. The very nice and professional gentleman identified the issue and immediately took care of it. No upsell, just straight to business and solving the issue. Also, cost was very reasonable. Highly recommended.

    I dont recommend the $99 Rooter. Its really $1/foot because they only go to 100 ft. Then if you want to know if your sewer is over 100ft you have to cam @ $150 and then pay an additional $50 for another 100 ft. Ive used a $99 Rooter for years, and cams show that every elbow in my sewer is cracked - not from roots, but from rooter blades and cables. Also, massive roots at 101 ft - the extent of their service.

    Ive been using $99 Rooter for about 15 years. Yesterday, Kalob and Maggie came out for sewer line maintenance. What an impressive couple! They are friendly, knowledgeable and extremely competent. They cleared the tree roots out of the main line and for the first time, I had a scope done. Kalob handed me his cellphone where I watched the camera going through the drain pipe. It was good to see that the 63 year old pipe is still in good condition. Ill definitely ask for this couple for all future drain maintenance.

    Very happy with the service from 99 Router. They listened to my description of the problem over the phone first to be sure it fell into their problem space. James was on site within a couple of hours. He was super professional! Came in, (wiped his feet first) and quickly set about diagnosing.     As the owner of a four family apt building dealing with the occasional clogged drain is a regular occurrence. While there are dozens of companies in the Denver area to choose from $99 Rooter has been my go to company for more than a decade. My most recent experience best explains why I use this company.Promptness: I called $99 Rooter on a Sunday afternoon to schedule a service call for Monday. Much to my surprise, the dispatcher indicated that he could have a tech here in less than 2 hours. As promised, Rocky ( the tech assigned to my job) arrived precisely at the agreed upon time. Such promptness is a rarity in this day and age and greatly appreciated as my time is valuable.Professionalism: The professionalism exhibited by $99 Rooter began the minute that they answered the phone. My call was answered immediately without having to listen to a long litany of phone options or being placed on indefinite hold. The dispatcher was notably upbeat and enthusiastic as he gathered the necessary information and set my appointment. Upon his arrival, master technician Rocky , who was neatly dressed and well groomed, introduced himself, asked me to describe the problem in detail. Rocky set up his equipment and went right to work. As a property manager who owns lots of tools I was highly impressed with the state of the art equipment that Rocky brought to the job.Pride: It was readily apparent that Rocky takes genuine pride in his work. One is less likely to find an honest politician than someone who takes pride in their work these days. After clearing the drain Rocky tested it repeatedly and on the final test invited me to observe. After confirming that the work had been done to my satisfaction he explained the warranty and encouraged me to reach out to $99 Rooter if for any reason I was less than 100% satisfied.     My main sewer line usually backs up every 6 months because of the big tree I have. I use this company every time it happens. Today Kaleb came out and did the work. By far the best technician I have delt with. He went above and beyond to explain everything and even let me watch the camera he was using.     I cannot say enough great things about Paul, a master plumber at 99 Rooter. He was at my house within an hour of calling for a basement backup and not only did he take care of the issue (tree roots in the pipes) he showed me the scopes and talked me through the entire process.     We hired Dennis to give us a second opinion on our sewer drain when we were selling our home. The first company, hired by the buyer, told us we had to do a total replacement for thousands of dollars. Mind you, our house was under 10 years old and we had no known current or previous issues. Dennis came in and did a thorough job, was professional, showed us the camera footage and explained it in a way we could understand. Needless to say, we did not need to replace our sewer and his diagnosis was confirmed and approved when our home was sold. I have recommended him to several friends and they have had positive experiences with him as well!

    I have used $99 Rooter in the past on several occasions. This last service was performed by Dustin Reed. He called ahead to indicate an ETA. He parked on the street vs driveway, very respectful. He listened carefully to the issue and made some recommendations based on the info provided. He ended up snaking three locations to ensure the affected areas were all clear and confirmed this afterwards. Each area was left clean. I own a home service business with 15 employees and have high expectations to say the least when it comes to the quality of service provided in homes. Dustin exceeded those expectations with his communication and professionalism. He is an asset to the company for sure. My company does not offer drain cleaning services but if we did, I would have tried to hire him away!! Dustin keep up the great work!

    Caleb came out to our apartment to solve a routine drain clog in our toilet and ended up helping us with that, peripheral issues with our tub clog, letting us know about a missing piece in our toilets installation, and diagnosing an issue that affects our entire apartment complex. We were so lucky it was him who came out. He was friendly, he explained everything in laymans terms for our benefit, and he even cleaned up our bathroom after the job was done.     I had a blocked drain that resisted Liquid Plumber and another plumbing companies attempt to clear (for which they didnt charge me and recommended $99Rooter). 99 Rooter was able to clear it after a number of attempts and using a pressure gun which began to clear it, then fully cleared using a standard snake. Some years ago, I had a problem with this same drain and used a different company at that time and they charged me 3 times what 99 Rooter charged. I definitely recommend them.

    My toilet stopped flushing on Sunday so I called my usual plumber first thing Monday. They were booked until Thursday. While I was trying to find someone else, I used my washer and when it drained, my bathtub backed up with nasty things. $99 Rooter was suggested to me so I called. Same day service. Elric was super professional and helpful and fixed the issue and it was still $99. I was really impressed not only with him, but the really polite person who took my call.     Skeptical and cautious customer.I am always nervous about using one of these teaser price outfits only to be pressured to spend a lot more once they are on site – I was Wrong. This place was professional when I called, they were able to schedule me the same day. They called 30 minutes out just like they said they would. I used this service for a rental; so I never met the technician; but I had been at the unit and knew there was an issue. So once Fred was on site the dreaded call came, of course he found additional issues, the bathroom sink drain was also backed up and he would rooter router this drain for an additional $69.00. To be fair this house is over 100 years old so getting the bathroom drain done as well only made sense and I did not feel any pressure more of a professional courtesy. My only suggestion would be to tell me what was causing the clog but I have to take responsibility as I was not on site, did not request this information, and did not follow up with the company to ask. Landlords just want this information always. I am adding this company to my preferred list for future reference.Tom

    We had a particularly difficult mainline blockage that required a specialized water jet treatment after standard rooter failed to clear the line. A third visit was ordered to clear the basement bathtub drain that remained clogged. The guy who was dispatched found the drain already clear and did not do anything. A charge for his work appeared on our creditcard statement and, to their credit, they quickly reversed that charge.

    Our kitchen drain was clogged for days. We triedseveral drain cleaners and ended up calling 99 rooter.. They were able to come out within hours and diagnosed the problem being a hardening of grease and food buildup.. They had to use a special roto tool to grind up the build up and the jet cleaned the line.. The operator was very knowlegable and got the job done swiftly.. And at a reasonable fee.... Ive used them once or twice before and they can even run a camera line down the main line to the street which is very important when buying an older house!!! Mike H.
