I had a great experience from NRH plumbing for replacing our water heater. Matthew was knowledgeable with the questions we asked, friendly, and cleaned up after himself when the job was done. The customer service was also really helpful with scheduling. They were quick to answer and had someone out to service within a couple hours of our initial call. They also have fair pricing for their work. I would highly recommend for any plumbing needs.

Had the crew at NRH out to my building to rough in a hair salon for me. Guys did an excellent job. Got in got the work done and then clean up was spectacular! The office staff has been great to work with on setting everything up and getting permits taking care of. Highly recommend!

Trey came to install a new water heater. He was on time and very pleasant. I threw in a garbage disposal in the kitchen which I had bought. He didnt blink an eye and both were up and running within an hour. Next plumbing job I am going with NRH Plumbing.

Austin did an excellent job of determining the problem causing water in our basement. Very patient and wanted to solve the problem. Trey came to replace the sewage extractor. NOT a pleasant job! Also very patient, and focused on getting the job done well. NRH has been there to help us with more than one problem and always does an excellent job

We bought our home in October of 2020 and NRH plumbing had installed a water heater for the previous owners in June of 2020. When it went out due to a faulty part, NRH honored their labor warranty even though we werent the purchasers. I could hear them on the phone with the manufacturer getting the runaround, but they did an amazing job getting us back up and running despite having to swallow the labor costs. They were so good about working with our schedule and communicating information as they were getting answers. I am so glad the previous owners chose this company and will use them for any future needs in a heartbeat.

I live in Ramsey and worked with Deb ( office manager) on fixing our iron in our water. She recommended testing the water first before suggesting any solution. I really appreciated the due diligence that she suggested. Our solution turned out great. We now have cleaner ice, drinking water, and cleaner clothes. I was in a bind when the bottom of my tub cracked. NRH quoted me half the price of Deans plumbing with the same exact shower! I was also able to set up a payment plan WITHOUT opening a line of credit, which is what Deans wanted me to do. I highly recommend NRH and Dave was amazing. No gimmicks and no hassle. Thank you NRH!

I had NRH Plumbing hook up my new washer and dryer a couple of years ago and never gave them the 5-Star review they deserved at the time!Recently I heard a story about a Water heater breaking open and flooding a finished basement. I called NRH Plumbing and spoke to the owner Nick, I asked him what the life expectancy of a water heater was he asked how old mine was...20 years I said. Nick’s reply that old and most likely seen it’s better Day the problem is when they go, they go and it can be a disaster.I have also been having issues with my water softener using tremendous amounts of salt Nick’s reply a properly operating softener uses a modest amount of salt ...if your filling it up every 45 days there is an issue.Long story short, Nick made recommendations for new equipment based on my request “quote what you would put in your own house!”I called on Friday(PM) had the quote on Monday the new equipment H2O Heater and Softener we installed by the end of the day Tuesday.I believe the Technicians name was Matt he did a 5-star job neat clean and re-routed some of the messy plumbing lines from the originalConstruction ...new stuff looks custom.I couldn’t be happier.... you get what you pay for!Thanks For the unbelievable response and quick completion !!!

No hot water! Our tankless water heater was beeping, flashed code 90. I reset, still no water...over the weekend! Called NRH. Sarah answered the call, took my info about the trouble. Got back right away that someone would be here with the hour.I had a feeling it was a ice clogged vent which comes out of the roof. David S. was very professional (safely masked) and explained there was a $250 call out fee. I agreed and he went to work. Ladder, roof, blower to de-ice the vent (he made sure the furnace and drain vents were also cleared of ice.Highly recommend...service and especially the responsiveness in this frigid weather.

Had them out to install a new sump pump, battery back up and also check out our water softener that we were having issues with. They scheduled me right away and sent out their tradesmen Trey a couple days later. Trey was super nice, showed up right on time and walked me through everything prior to getting started. Went and got the parts and completed the repairs in no time with no issues at all. Trey was happy to educate me on everything and show me some tricks as well that I can use moving forward. Highly recommended due to their communication, friendly and honest approach and overall great value.

I had a gas leak near my outside meter so the gas company abruptly turned off the gas and told me the problem was on my side of the line. I called NRH and they sent someone to my house within hours to fix the problem. Nick, Sara, and Trent were professional and understood my need to get the house back up and running asap.
