    We had a major leak in our bathroom, and it was quite a way to kick off the new year! Thankfully, one quick call to Dean, and Eli was sent over to help us out. He not only fixed the immediate problem but also discovered a bigger issue and guided us toward a solution. Eli was so polite and friendly! He explained everything he was doing and even asked for permission before going into our room and checking other areas. It was super helpful, and we now have all the details we need to move forward.     Shawnee provided outstanding service! We were preparing for new appliances to be delivered. Our old stove had been hard wired. She was professional and explained everything. Had the necessary equipment, inspected everything thoroughly. Managed our expectations with our pending new aStove installation and offered to come back to troubleshoot any issues. Everything works great! We really appreciated the prompt service since we were on a deadline.

    Josh S. did a fantastic job on clearing our bathroom drains. It was amazing what he pulled out of the shower drains. Shampoo, conditioner and soap built up so much that it prevented the water from draining. Iā€™m so impressed with Joshā€™s work and highly recommend him! Thanks a million, Josh S.!

    The quality of the work that Deans did was great. They came out very quickly when I had water coming in from an unknown source. Alan was very impressive in diagnosing the problem. He was thorough and explained everything he was doing. Plus just a nice human. He gets 5 stars. My one caution is to understand how the pricing works. In my opinion they estimate high so as not to come back and ask for more but I was stunned by the cost of what ended up being a 2 hour job. The customer service when I called to inquire about the cost gets 1 star.

    We had Eli D. Today working on our bathroom plumbing and it was a huge project overall because we needed so much help with it! He was extremely informative and patient while I asked so many questions about our issues with clogged drains/pipes, he addressed them all and exceeded expectations when it comes to excellent service. Not only did Eli D. Give step by step guidance through the process he was working on but showed progress videos and before-after photos which was really good to see. Eli D. Really went above and beyond, making it a comfortable and confident experience. I highly recommend Deanā€™s Home Services, but even more so recommended requesting Eli D.     I was having major electrical issues and Humberto came out, diagnosed my issue, located the parts, and scheduled the work for the next day. The job was completed as discussed, on time and for the price quoted. Both Humberto and Dillon were knowledgeable, polite, hardworking, and took the time to explain details related to the work being done. Even better, Deanā€™s arranged the inspection so I didnā€™t need toā€”-I just need to be on site when it occurs.I am very happy with both the service and work completed by Humberto & Dillon on behalf of Deanā€™s, and not only would I use them again in the future, Iā€™d recommend them to others without hesitation.

    Tom was very helpful in reviewing our water softener and drinking water situation. I never felt rushed or pressed to make any decisions. He was extremely informative. We have had multiple companies come assess our situation over the past week and Tom provided an experience that will lead us to have Deans be our go to when something needs to be replaced in the home.

    We called for same day service of our sump pump. They came quickly. Fixed during continuous rain. Aaron was our tech. He was knowledgeable and cleaned up after himself.     I never leave reviews but feel compelled to mention the excellent service I received from both of the Deans Electricians that worked on my baseboard heating. Humberto E. diagnosed the issue last week and also took a look at a separate light fixture issue. He fixed the light in minutes and didnt charge for it. Today, Bryan P. replaced the baseboard heater, was very knowledgeable and thoroughly explained the process. Both technicians loved my cat and he certainly appreciated the pets. I will definitely use Deans in the future.

    Tom was great with providing a comprehensive estimate and assessment of our plumbing repairs and replacements. We needed to get our draining up to code from our sink and he explained what needed to be done with a few options as well. Would recommend with only a $49 service charge.

    Today we found ourselves in a bind and Deans came to our rescue! First Chris came to handle disconnecting and capping a gas line. Excellent service. Then he was followed by Luke N, who i cannot say enough great things about. He was knowledgeable, friendly and went way above and beyond. We definitely will be using Deans again.

    We had a great experience with Deans. Allen was extremely helpful and responsive. We appreciated that there was next day installation so that we had hot water again. Our hot water heater wasnt the easiest to get out, but Allen and his team made it work. Thank you for your service. I highly recommend them given their timely response and great customer service.

    Eli came out and helped us fix our floor drain issue. He was very polite and took the time to throughly explain everything that was going on, and what was needed in order to fix it. He also caught a huge bundle of roots in our septic main line, which we wouldnt have known about otherwise and was able to clean it out for us! I definitely appreciate his help and recommend Deans to come out and help you with your repairs.

    So, some crossed wires meant that we werenā€™t going to get our heating systems repaired as we thought the day before we were heading out on a weeklong vacation. Denise (I think) at dispatch was very empathetic and went above and beyond to track down Steve to make it out on Friday evening to troubleshoot our boiler. Turned out to be a very quick fix, and Steve walked me through how to fix it myself if there was a next time. David (I think) also came out with Steve to assist. Definite 5-star service.

    Excellent service. I highly recommend. Josh identified our sewer backup problem and offered a range of solutions and price points ranging from just get it going again to insuring it doesnā€™t happen again in the future. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient.Tony was brought in to inspect areas of concern in the cleaned line with his higher resolution video. He was also pleasant to work with, knowledgeable, and offered options ranging from do nothing now, to replace a section of the sewer line.Weā€™ve had our sewer line unplugged multiple times in the past, but this is the most thorough inspection itā€™s received, and based on the extra steps taken to clear it, it my be the last for a long time.

    We met Brian B who was going to do some plumbing work for us, and we knew immediately we wanted to work with him. He was neat, clean and presentable. He showed respect for us and our home. He was very kind, and a joy to work with. He came to do the plumbing for our new sink, and install a spout for the bathtub. He came back a second time as we decided to change out a toilet. He did a great job on everything he did. He didnā€™t rush through, he did the job right the first time.     Eli D was very helpful today. He explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. Our drain is flowing as expected now.Update: We did receive exactly the service we needed, but now we have a case of ā€œbuyerā€™s remorseā€. It was very expensive for the amount of time spent and actual services provided.We did have a conversation with the customer care team a few days later. They explained that the flat rate pricing was appropriate for the services we received. They also gave us a coupon and saved us $100, but the visit still cost us more than $400 per hour.

    I ultimately ended up not using your service and just paying the trip charge. Decided to save $750 and watch some how to YouTube videos. Fixed my whole system with a $12 part and about 15 minutes. That being said the technician that came out was incredibly professional and respectful. I would recommend him to anyone that asked. The receptionist I spoke to on the phone was very helpful and polite as well.

    Service person was excellent. he was so friendly and helpful. at first I wasnt qualified for loan. so when he left he came back and told me I was pre-qualified for alone. I thought that was so nice of him to go out of this way and help me through this. I dont know what I would done without a water heater. there was no other choice for me to do to get a water heater. I have my three grandkids and one great grandson and my daughter living with me. I am so so grateful for him I dont know what I would have done if he wants to help me the way he did

    Alan Farr came to my home to discuss a number of plumbing issues in my hundred+ year old home. We thoroughly discussed everything that was on my issues list. He discovered a silent leak coming from the old cast-iron stack in my bathroom that proved to be the cause of damage to an adjoining wall. The stack would have to be replaced. There were a few other related issues, but that one for me is the ā€˜biggieā€™.Iā€™ve had to deal with other horrible plumbing problems in the past, so I had already mentally prepared myself for the worst. Alan reassured me that the work will be done to meet my expectations of quality from experienced professionals and at a fair price. A big plus in these times when waiting seems to be part of the deal, I can get the job started tomorrow at 8am. Thanks to Alanā€™s knowledge and experience, I feel comfortable moving forward with Deanā€™s to do the replacements and repairs to bring my homeā€™s plumbing into the 21st Century. Since the work has yet to be done, comments on the outcome of the job will be coming.

    This is the second time within about a month we have used Deans now. First time we had a tree go down in our backyard that took power lines with it. We had electrician, mathew come out and was absolutely amazing! They made a big scary situation feel like a breeze! Now this time- we bought our house 3 years ago and have been dealing with plumbing issues ever sense. We finally gave in and called deans for some help, the very next day they had someone here helping us. Eli was absolutely amazing! Talked us through everything and gave us helpful tips how to avoid this going forward. He cleaned as he went (which is a huge bonus in my book!!) He was very professional and caring. After two major scary events within a short amount of time being a first time home owner, I will be calling deans ONLY going forward!

    We had a pipe/drain inspection that caught some issues. Alan came out to review the initial findings and dropped a camera down our main sewer line, which revealed some corrosion and the very beginnings of tree root intrusion. Not the best thing to hear in the morning but sometimes it do be like that.I am extremely glad we caught these things early!     While there were some challenges in freeing up a technician to come over despite the fact that I had an appointment, I appreciated the scheduler taking the extra steps to get a technician here.The technician was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and very helpful in educating me about the functionality of smoke alarms and carbon monoxide alarms.     The rating is for the job done by the DeZiel technician. He did a very good job. He was meticulous in checking the furnace and changing the Aprilaire air and humidifier filters.However, Im unhappy with the way Deans has handled the buyout of DeZiel. There was no communications prior to the transition. I found out when I called customer service and was connected to a Dean representative. It was very confusing and the representative didnt have access to either my DeZiel account or my upcoming appointment. I was told twice that a representative would contact me to go over the new service contract and answer my questions but, to date, no one has.My rating for Deans at this point is 1 star.

    Incredibly happy and impressed by the mainline service I got from technician, Eli Dahl. He did a great job diagnosing the problem, walking me through what what wrong and what my options were. When it came to the actual repair, he completed them no problem and demonstrated the results to make me feel ultra comfortable that the job had been done (and done right). Will be calling them again for any future problems!

    Zac B has made me a Deanā€™s customer for life for any electrical needs I may have. I called Deanā€™s to install a Level 2 charger for a newly purchased electric car. Zac not only gave a reasonable quote for that, he went on to look at several basic electrical jobs (light installation, fan wiring) a handyman had recently completed for me. He patiently righted every horror the handyman had created, and, when the charger needed an additional component he hadnā€™t accounted for on the first day, he went out and got it and came back the next day to finish the job, all within the up front quote. Customer service was top notch, the results are perfect, I canā€™t recommend Deanā€™s and Zac enough.

    Deans was on time and very polite. Colin was about to put boot covers on, I stopped him and said thats OK. He did what he could. He got the main line in my house unplugged, and fully explained my options. The next day I had 2 guys show up and put cameras down my drains and explained my options as well. I brought their membership and plan on using them in the future.

    Im a club member and recently bought a whole new HVAC/AC system. Deans installed it a few months back. The only reason its not 5 stars is they took almost 3 months to figure a solution to a wiring issue. This is the only time Ive ever had to keep calling them to remind them and push the issue. Otherwise theyve always been great! Matt got the problem sorted out and Jack finished the wiring to code perfectly!

    Corey did a great job installing the Northstar water filter. He went over filling the pellets into the box of water filter & the new drain set up for the Iron filter. He also recommended my putting a vinyl protection sheet on the dry wall near near the drain field. The speed & volume of the iron filter water waist release creates a small spray. To keep this excess spray from contacting the adjacent dry wall this vinyl protection should secure this area.
