    Noah, from Brothers Underground, is super knowledgeable and personable. From coming for the initial site review to the final installation of our underground system, Noah was fully engaged in our project.The most important aspect, beside the water mitigation, is the comfort level with the people doing the work and Noah certainly gave us that confidence.The end result is that the water problem is now completely resolved and we feel confident that our home is safe from further flooding.     Brothers Underground was exceptional to work with in lining my clay sewer line! They did a great job educating me on the process, working with the city (helping us with financing through the city), and were very professional when doing the work. They also were very competitively priced and I would highly recommend them!

    They installed CIPP sewer liner to repair sewer line at my residence.Their price was the lowest of the 3 estimates I received. But I didnt base my choice of company on price, more on price and gut feeling.They were very responsive from start to finish. Very friendly and easy to work with. Also they got along really well with our dog :).They were in and our in about 4 hours and called me (at my request) to watch the more interesting parts of the process.I heartily recommend them.

    From quoting to final result, we were delighted with Brothers Underground! We needed a liner installed in our existing clay sewer pipe. Brothers Underground explained everything clearly, quoted us the best price, and did a superb job: on time and with clear and consistent communication throughout the process. They were able to push their camera past an obstacle a previous inspector couldnt, allowing them to offer an informed quote rather than a speculative one. Highly recommended!

    FIVE STARS IS NOT ENOUGH STARS. We needed to have our sewer line repaired before finalizing the sale of our home and our purchase of forever home. We received 3 bids on the work, and Brothers was the best price. Brothers gave us a very reasonable quote for our sewer line to be lined. They were able to meet our tight timeline for sale, in addition to our limited budget. In order to fit us in, they were willing to start at 6:30 in the morning and have the work was all done by noon. This allowed me to have the work done while I worked from home that morning. They organized the permits and had the city inspector there just as the work wrapped up to have permit closed out. They gave us the option of paying through the proceeds of our home sale or by check the day of the work. I could not recommend them more. We will be having them line our new homes sewer line in the near future because they were such a pleasure to work with.If you need to have this work complete (which is never a fun thing), trust Bothers to be considerate, affordable, flexible, and willing to get the job done in a way that fixes your problem and stays in your budget.

    I needed a sewer pipe lined. Of the three estimates, they gave me the least invasive option- the others wanted to dig outside the house or break out a hole in the floor. Brothers was able to go through an access panel in the wall- no digging! They were also very fair on pricing coming in a bit under the other two. On top of that, every interaction was professional, kind, and personable. There was a small issue but they were responsive to the concern and helped address it right away. Im really glad that I found Brothers!

    I had Brothers Underground install a sewer liner at my home, and I couldnt be more pleased with their service. Jesse was knowledgeable, efficient and took the time to explain the process in detail which I greatly appreciated. He also coordinated well with the city to ensure compliance. Brothers Underground is independently owned and offers fair prices, especially compared to their private equity owned competitors. They completed the job on time and left the area clean and tidy.     For years our water came into our 1911 house through a piece of weeping galvanized pipe sticking out of the dirt in a pit at the bottom of our basement stairs. When a (young) plumber was barely able to turn off the water so he could do some repairs, we thought it might be time. Caleb came out from Brothers Underground. Weve been in this house for 40 years and have done a lot of work on it, and we both agree that we have never had such a thorough estimate from anyone. We were given city records, photos, explanations, recommendations, and options. We were steered away from unnecessary work and told before the fact some of the problems that could occur. Some of which did. We went into the project with a detailed plan and a set price. We have since referred Brothers Underground to friends who had gotten bids that implied scary uncertainty and an open-ended cost. The team who did the work were prompt, competent, thorough, professional, and personable. Were happy to give them highest marks.

We’ve had them as subcontractors on a number of different sewer lining jobs and I’ve been able to see their process first hand. They have it down to an absolute science, if you have had another company tell you that you need a liner, give these guys a call. Prices are extremely competitive.     Roto rooter told us we had a broken main line and would have to dig up the street. Brothers Underground ran their camera and said we should try to water jet first. It turns out the main line wasnt broken it was packed full of roots. They were able to waterjet the roots and clear the line. WELL DONE GUYS!!
