After waiting around all day for one of those big plumbers who advertise like crazy and then being told they cant make it until Monday, I called Modern at 4:00 and they were able to send Vince out within an hour And he was able to get me taken care of. Super respectful of my situation and very helpful and now I dont have to deal with a clogged sink the week of Thanksgiving! Thank you, Vince and Modern plumbing!

We wanted a new sink, faucet, and large soaking tub. Modern Plumbing came over right away, They gave us a very fair estimate with no sales pressure whatsoever. They scheduled very quickly and offered fair financing options. The guys were very friendly and professional. I would call them first for any plumbing project or issue.

My 30 year old garbage disposal finally went out on me. I also noticed a bad clog. My sink was old too so I made the decision to replace it all. Modern Plumbing was recommended to me so I called. Nate came out and said the clog was real bad and needed a drain specialist (Jared?). It needed a power blow-out it was so bad! Nate came back a couple days later with Jared and they got it done in 90 minutes!! They just left and I’m so happy with the products and service. They were also prompt and they cleaned up after themselves. Today before they left I got a quote on another smaller project. Thanks guys, I will be using you again and recommending you!

We had a sewer back up and were unsure who to contact after a local outfit cleared the blockage but had numerous delays in their alerting a sub/contractor to repair a broken section of the line (voicemails to wrong numbers/ receptionist saying she would get hold of someone, etceteras-but no contact-and we couldn’t keep waiting!).I then found a website for a contractor who specialized in sewer repair and called them on a Saturday (after their ‘business’ hours and ‘Vince’ the owner actually answered phone!He was very helpful stating he would send his inspector out, and his Customer Service manager came next morning to do a video inspection of the line and create an estimate. This person was extremely courteous and professional, patiently explaining there was a large piece of the PVC line broken apart and would require a dig to replace the section. His name is ‘Devin’ and he was great!The crew members who did the digging were also very courteous and able-kindly and thoughtfully suggesting I leave the garage door shut to keep out the large amount of dust that would result from a deep dig in the sandy soil. Those two crew were ‘Jordan’ and ‘Ben’, and they were also great!The entire job was done in a single day, and the entire process made me smile with how professionally it was performed!Vince; Devin; Ben and Jordan were all Excellent!Modern Plumbing Rocks!-Dennis P.

Modern Plumbing replaced the leaking waste pipe from behind my kitchen sink down into the basement for a very reasonable price relative to what large corporate plumbing services were charging. They were willing to give me a general cost estimate over the phone (which most plumbers arent willing to do), which turned out to be pretty much spot-on. I spoke with Vince over the phone initially and ended up having Nate come out to look at it. They had already communicated the issue between each other and Nate gave me a great explanation of the issue and then prompt replacement of the leaking old pipe with PVC after looking at it. He worked through the logistical challenges of accessing the piping in the least invasive way. Would highly recommend.

Great guys!! I had a toilet leak and running toilet from a horrible installation through Home Improvements, Home Depot renovations. These guys came out and took care of it within an hour. Great guys!! Also, I have three little ones, and they were so nice with my curious little ones who kept peeking every five minutes. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
