Eric is a master at his craft and is detailed oriented to a degree that makes even plumbing look like art. He installed a tankless water heater in my house 3 years back along with installing new lines to a couple radiators and adding more to the rooms we were adding to the house.Most recently he stopped out to repair a gas line that we had hit at our job site ( I am a contractor as well) and was in and out in just over a hour.Great guy, reliable, and knows what he is doing. He doesnt gouge you pricing wise was like some of the bigger companies do if you are in a pinch and is upfront if anything arises during the process.Thanks Eric!

Eric is a Master Plumber, and his workmanship is excellent. I called and left a voicemail Friday, but found out a text message with pictures is faster and better. After I talked with him on Saturday, he got here within the hour, replaced the broken shutoff valve with a better valve and new copper piping, made the connections with the state-of-the-art battery operated piping tool, and was done in 30 minutes. No soldering, leaking, or other issues, and he charged $250, which I thought was reasonable. This is the second time I used him, the first was to install of whole house water filter from the well, and both times he was excellent.

Eric replaced our old water heaters, one was used for in floor heat, with a Combi-Boiler system for our house and had a new boiler installed in the shop as well last year. Eric was very knowledgeable and provided options to help us make the proper choice for our situation and was the best decision we have made!We just had Eric out to do the annual service.Aune Plumbing and Heating is the most professional, prompt and honest company! We highly recommend!

Most recently I had a failing combination water heater and water softener and Eric did a great job of explaining my options and helped me make a good decision. He installed a new combi-boiler for my in floor heat and domestic hot water and a water softener. Aune Plumbing will continue to be my first call for plumbing.

6 months ago, our 20 year old water heater was leaking. We needed a new one. We havent had good luck with plumbers around here so I was hesitant to call another one. We decided on Aune. He was prompt in getting a quote and helping us choose the best heater for our familys needs. He was able to install the new one within a few days. Installation went great. He even let my curious son watch and gave my husband some pointers on how to maintain the new water heater. Everything went really well. Very professional. After 6 months the water heater is still running great. I will use this companys services again. Great experience all around. Finally, a plumber I can actually trust. Old fashioned service in a modern world.

On a scale of 1 to 5 I give them a 10! Eric Aune was recommended by the boiler distributor and from the first contact he was accessible, knowledgable and prompt. After Excel Home Service Plus took a month and a half trying to fix my boiler they gave up and said I needed a new unit. Eric came and cleaned the unit, diagnosed the problem, ordered parts, and repaired the boiler; all within about 10 days, including 7-10 days to get parts. I did get a price of about $10,000 to replace the entire system, but Eric was able to get it up and running for less than $1000. He is the best repair service of any kind that Ive ever worked with.

Eric is extremely knowledgeable about his trade.When another company told me I needed to replace my boiler due to issues I was having with it kicking off I contacted Eric for a second opinion. Eric was immediately able to tell that my boiler was fine and that instead the piping was incorrectly laid out. I hired Eric to re-pipe the boiler saving a bunch of money and it has worked flawlessly for over a year.Since then I have hired Eric for multiple other jobs and they are always done promptly with high quality. Eric was vary professional, is driven on details and doing the job right.We had a gas boiler along with a wood boiler from sometime in the 1970s it was a nightmare of pipes! The new install of the boiler/water heater went great but when he turn it on to test it we found we had NO heat to any of the bedrooms, turns out the guy who installed the systemback in the 1970s didnt know what the heck he was doing, he had supply lines and return lines for different zones cross over to name just one of the mistakes.Eric went above and beyond, he was able to figured it out and fixed it.Thanks EricKen OlsonElk river, mn

Eric was very helpful in educating me on what a quality boiler does vs mass produced big box store options. Let me preface this review by saying, this was my first time ever having work done by Eric. I didnt know Eric and had never heard of his company before now. I went with Aune Plumbing solely based on the positive reviews and the fact that he was close by where I lived, and Im glad I did!Eric is a super nice guy and extremely helpful. I needed some minor plumbing work done and he was very responsive when I first reached out and was able to stop by within a couple of days of my initial call. Eric was extremely knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions about the plumbing work I needed done.
