    These guys are awesome from start to finish. Salesman was very knowledgeable in all the products and made selection easy for us to understand and feel confident in. Installation services were on time and answered all my questions and everything came out perfect. Educated us on the new digital thermostat which is great. We have done a lot of things to our house recently and this was an awesome improvement. This contractor was absolutely the best one of all to work with.

    New Century Service replaced my furnace recently. The process of working with them was fantastic and easy. Jake came out and gathered a comprehensive bid for me. He was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. I emailed him a few times with questions and he was very prompt with thorough replies. The installers were also very kind and courteous of my home and belongings. They cleaned up after themselves. They helped set up my Wi-fi thermostat app and made sure the furnace was working before leaving. Unfortunately, there was a minor error made during the install, but you know what...mistakes happen and when I called NCS, they had someone out to correct it within 1 hour of my call. All is working perfectly, and I couldnt be more satisfied and content with my decision to go with NCS. THANK YOU!!

    Paul was Awesome! I have had 3 other companies come out to look at a plumbing issue I had in my basement none of which could figure out what the exact problem was but quoted me up to $2,000 to “fix”. Paul was able to diagnose and fix the issue within 10 minutes of being at my house. I highly recommend New Century for any work you need done.

    We just had the absolute best experience with Nolan Harris from New Century Service- From here on out, we’ll be calling NCS first for any & all home services! Our furnace is working perfectly and they saved us thousands of dollars.Before we learned about NCS, we had three other companies look at our furnace. All three told us it should be replaced. Nolan quickly determined that a dirty flame sensor was to blame for our furnace problems. Now it’s working flawlessly and Nolan saved us thousands!On top of that, he figured out that a terrible smell we’d been trying to get rid of and thought must be due to mice was actually caused by stagnant floor drain water. He even poured fresh water down the drain for us which immediately fixed the smell. Nolan is an absolute class act and the real MVP.I can’t recommend New Century Service highly enough. Their experts provide service with integrity and kindness!

Our facility plant is operating better than it has in years related to the competent staff and recall from one visit to the next.     Our 128 unit condo is now 15 years old and many of the residents wanted to upgrade their furnace/AC units. NCS was chosen as the preferred vendor, to do the work, by the HOA board.All of the residents of this close knit condo have been very pleased with the work in their units. NCS was on time, clean, friendly and professional. The project, from the initial resident presentation to the installation follow-up was professionally managed.Our furnace unit, for some reason, had some manufacturing issues. Bill Gay pulled a tech team together to evaluate the issues and after troubleshooting the unit, it was decided to pull the unit and replace it. It was an expensive fix for NCS but Bill wanted to do it right and did a full replacement. The unit is now working beautifully.We are so pleased with these folks and their professionalism. We cannot recommend NCS highly enough. NCS are good people and definitely stand behind their product and installation.Virgil & Pat Leih
