Our 2024 kitchen remodel came together very well, thanks to Adaptive Living Renovations. Our goal was for them to design and build an open and more updated kitchen. We are very pleased with the results. After extensive research, we knew that working with Jake Whitelaw would be a good fit for us. Before committing to this company, it was clear to us that he was a good listener and provided information that was relevant to our vision, even down to the smallest detail. We also met with Keith Howard, the CEO, because we wanted to ensure that this was a company that we could trust with such a large financial commitment. After signing the contract, Jake went above and beyond to provide comprehensive support. We were always able to reach out with our questions and felt free to touch base along the way. The excellent crew, lead by Paul, were very dedicated and diligent workers from start to finish. We truly appreciated the continual open lines of communication, their hard work and meeting the vision of our now open and more updated kitchen.

I love my therapy tub! The tub placement was a bit of a challenge because we were not just replacing a regular bathtub, but a large garden tub. Keith helped us through the whole process, even demonstrating one in his showroom. Pasha made it look like it belonged in that space -- looks very elegant! I have plantar fasciitis and lots of arthritis in many areas of my body. I love the hydrojets for my feet and legs, and the back jets for my back pain. I would recommend this tub for relaxing and therapeutic relief of pain and discomfort! Also, note that the tub drains very quickly, in just 2 minutes, and we did not have to get a bigger water heater. The circulating jets and the heated seat keep it warm for at least 20-30 minutes.

It is hard to put into words just how excited I am about my new American Therapy Tub – – it is absolutely wonderful and probably the very best investment I have ever made. I am 82 years old with osteoporosis and arthritis, and the tub has made an enormous difference in my quality of life, reducing the pain in my joints, muscles, etc..Also, Keith H was terrific when I initially explored the possibility of purchasing the tub, explaining everything and being straightforward about the cost and the options.And for anyone who is lucky enough to get Paul and Victor as the installers, you have hit the jackpot, as I did. They were professional, knowledgeable, kind, patient, incredibly, hard-working, going above and beyond. They left my bathroom immaculate when they completed the job. Thank you American Therapy Tubs!

I had a walk-in tub installed to replace my existing tub. The service, workmanship, responses to my questions were all an excellent experience. I have only had the opportunity to use the tub a couple of times thus far, but it has been great. I would highly recommend this company and its partner Tub Safe. I am really pleased with the look of the new tub and the estethic appearance of it with the rest of my bathroom.

I would like to applaud local Elk Grove company Adaptive Living Renovations/American Therapy Tubs for renovating our bathroom. One of us is 78 years and the other is somewhat younger but not telling. We needed to upgrade one of our bathrooms for safety for when we get old (wink, wink), and we got great advice and information from Keith Howard, the general contractor. He gave attention to our needs and priorities that we didnt get from any of the 3 other remodeling companies we talked to. If you are aging, other-abled, or simply planning ahead, I heartily recommend this company. The crew was on time, fast, skilled, detail-oriented, and friendly. Project was completed on schedule and budget.

Lawrence Pace provided some alterations to my bathroom to prepare for an upcoming knee replacement. Lawrence kept me apprised of arrival time, presented himself in a very professional, friendly manner, completed the tasks promptly, and cleaned up the work area very nicely. I would certainly recommend American Therapy Tubs based on Lawrences job in my home

American Therapy Tubs located in Elk Grove, CA has done impeccable work in our time crunch. At the last moment we had to purchase new floors, because flooring would not match up with existing damaged flooring. They were very accommodating for us getting all the old flooring taken up. They installed the new flooring in a very professional and timely manner prior to our company coming from out-of-state.It was a pleasure working with Keith & Raul with the two of them being very accommodating to us. When we added additional items we wanted done or changes made. Keith & Raul kept us updated on costs of our changes & Raul routinely e-mailed us to keep us aware of costs of our project keeping us on track. All workers ended up working with care for our home. They all cleaned up after themselves prior to leaving at end of day. I Love my new shower & bathroom each day I go in it.

After being schmoozed by other walk-in tub sellers I very much appreciated the honest and direct sales approach and the range of options presented. The installation, to me as a layman, was a lot of work and much more involved than I envisioned. The two-member installation team was very, very good. We love the result. Very good value.

Lawrence Pace kept in touch with us every step of the way. We had an ADA ramp installed in front of our house over the existing steps and it’s worked great, especially in the rain. It’s made it so much easier for my mom to get into the house with her four wheeled walker (rollater). We’d definitely go with them for any other home accessible alterations to our home.

Keith and his guys did a wonderful job making my home wheelchair accessible. By widening the doorways, lowering the countertops, replacing the floors and lights, installing a ramp and completely redoing the master bathroom. He has affordable rates and gets it done in a timely matter. I would highly recommend American Therapy Tubs to my friends and family.

Everybody is accommodating and courteous. Responds in a timely manner and straight to the point when presenting services and products. Workers always left the workplace clean and orderly.Products and work done were exactly the way my husband and I wanted them.
