The water heater was expected to be delivered in 5 days and it was.Price: competitive with the big box stores who would probably use drop shipping too.Communication: top notch. They replied prior to my order and after. There were also good updates on the shipping and delivery.Top notch h service. Well done!

We have ordered several large gas heaters from them. Every time the process is smooth. The guys answering the phone are very helpful and easy to get ahold of from purchasing, to tracking and even after we received it. You call they answer. They are also very knowledgeable about the equipment they are selling. Also they deal with local vendors do you dont have to wait 2 weeks to get your order from Detroit. We are located in South Florida and received the 100 gallon 800pound gas heater the day after next with free shipping. We will definitely use them again!

Phenomenal experience. The customer service was really impressive and it looks like we got a water heater delivered directly from the factory. When we ordered the water heater it turns out we ordered the wrong one for our region, Chris, their customer service person, gave us a call to let us know that this wasnt the right one for Texas and we needed another more expensive one. Thats fine, just a few hundred bucks no problem.Heres where he really shined. There was a small delay with our delivery and Chris informed us of the delay, reason for delay, and next steps for us to contact the delivery people to get this scheduled in moving. He was really high touch when it came to communication and ensuring the water heater got to us in a timely matter. All in all it was maybe 2 days late but I really appreciate the communication from Chris. He even made sure we had all the main parts needed for install and everything went well on the back end. Would definitely recommend buying from here again.

Hello and good day I cant say enough about this wholesale plumbing company I had ordered multiple things wrong and two things twice I was having a hard day and Id placed my order and then Noah the very fine gentleman instructed me and we went through each order and canceled most of them and ordered the proper ones in gas I dont usually make these mistakes but I was in a hurry because my system had crashed and I had no other choice but even though I made a mistake Noah made it right and he made sure I had everything I needed to complete this task I couldnt be happier five-star review polite courteous considerate informative knowledgeable and what other adjective can I can put in here to say this guys a superstar if I was still in business Id try to steal him lol somebody buy this boy a steak dinner

Bottom line: Definitely order your plumbing and water heater supplies from this company!I had done a self-install on a Rheem tankless water heater and wanted to add recirculation & a bypass valve (this is necessary when there is not a dedicated third line, but needing to use the cold line for the return), avoid wasting cold water when turning on the hot.After checking Home Depot and online for Rheem products, I finally found wholesale water heaters. They were so helpful returning my call the next business morning, shipping out my order that day, & delivered from Michigan to California via UPS in 4 days!Best prices out there, very reasonable shipping, and wonderful customer service. I ordered 2 rheem 100 gal commercial water heaters at 1/2 the cost of my supply house, which tells me Wholesale water heaters are very honest people and not looking to gouge a dairy farmer👍 Or any other business owner! Also one unit was damaged in shipping, which is not wholesale water heaters fault and the literally had the issue resolved in under 5 min with no arguments gave me a discounted rate of 500 dollars and free shipping on my next purchase because I need 1 more unit yet that I have to order! They also offered to take the unit back and send me a brand new one free of charge! I took the first option. I’m telling you it is hard now days to find a company this great to deal with!
