Ive got to give this outfit a full 5 stars. I was in a real pickle. The kitchen sink was on the fritz, my garbage disposal was spewing water, and there was no hot water for the dishwasher. I dialed up this proficient crew and got Calvin on the line. After I laid out the disaster, Calvin dispatched a service technician - Wyatt, who was already on patrol, to my Detroit home in no time. I pointed out the issues to Wyatt who promptly went out to his van and got down to business. Wyatt got on the horn with the boss who headed to his supplier to fetch my brand spanking new goose neck faucet, handles and soap dispenser. The boss himself swung by my place to drop off the new Delta Faucet and gear. Wyatt wrapped up the job with the highest level of skill and professionalism. Ive never experienced such stellar customer service and delivery in all my days. Id put this crew and their plumbing service above any others in detroit. Hats off to you for coming to the rescue!

Usually, I pen down my thoughts after availing a service, but this time its different. Were in the middle of acquiring an old property and were informed that the water heater was faulty. On a suggestion, I reached out to Aggressive Sewer & Drain Services for an estimate on various water heater replacement options. But instead of pushing a sale, Calvin told me the heater seemed perfectly fine and didnt require a replacement. He still provided the quotes I requested, assuring me hed be ready to assist if any issue arose. Its not often you come across such integrity. I believe I made the right choice and will undoubtedly rely on them for any future plumbing requirements.

Over the past year, Ive had Wyatt from a local plumbing company visit my home for various plumbing issues. During this time, I also had a bathroom renovation done by a separate contractor. After the renovation, I forgot that Wyatt had come out to work on my toilet. Later on, I noticed a leak and assumed it was the other contractors fault, as I thought they were the last ones to work on the toilet. So, I called Wyatt to come out and investigate. During our conversation, I was quick to blame the other contractor for the problem. But Wyatt, being honest, corrected me. He checked his records and reminded me that he was actually the last one to work on the toilet. He then fixed the leak free of charge, as it was covered under warranty. Wyatt couldve stayed silent and I wouldve willingly paid him to fix the issue, which has been resolved ever since. Its quite rare to find such integrity in the plumbing industry these days, and thats one of the many reasons why Ill continue to rely on this plumbing company for all my future plumbing service needs.
