The basement floor drain was backing up. I called Bryant and Sons Plumbing Company. They quickly answered the phone. After telling them my issue they set up an appointment for later that day. The techs arrived on time. After they investigated the problem, they were able to give me the best and worst case scenarios. As well as pricing. I decided to move forward with their recommendations. They started to work immediately. The techs were very knowledgeable and polite. They were able to resolve the issue and we were able to start running water again. I would recommend Bryant and Sons Plumbing Company for any drain issue. I didn’t use their plumbing service. But I would be confident they would be able to handle any plumbing scope they are presented.

They came the same day! Within hours of my call. We were flooding, ceiling in basement falling down. They found the problem with icemaker water leak. It happened while on vacation causing the damage over time. We were impressed with how conscientious they are and returned the next day with the water line that will never fail. I would hire them again!

Excellent service, got me a technician for the morning after I called. Called ahead when the technician was delayed, even though he was only 5 minutes late. Diagnosed the problem and fixed it, while walking me through what was wrong. Also gave me free advice on how to maintain my pipes as a homeowner. Overall very professional, will go them for any and all future plumbing needs.

Mr Bryant and his staff were very professional. They booked my appointment within minutes and were on site solving my problems in a little over an hour. They showed me what the problem was, how they rectified it also made some other suggestions for future things I could do to improve my plumbing and prevent problems.A very pleasant experience really professional guys. The team from Bryant and sons showed in impressive level of professionalism that I really appreciate. I was grateful for their dedication and providing a quote before starting the job. Despite encountering some challenges, The plumber put in a lot of effort and even asked for help from a colleague to identify the issue. While the job isnt finished yet, Im still hopeful for a solution. However, I did run into an issue as they left my bathroom in a bit of a mess.

I had Bryant & Sons Plumbing install a new gas water heater after my old one of 20 years started to leak and the plastic flush valve that was spewing water broke off when I tried to replace it myself.Bryant & Sons provided a reasonable price and assisted me in deciding on a replacement gas water heater that met my needs.They had be up and running with hot water in a couple of hours on New Years Eve.Although I had hot water there was one final touch Mr. Bryant had to install once he retrieved the part.He said he would return that night or the following morning which would have been New Years Day.I figured he forgot it was New Years Eve and it would be New Years Day the next morning so was thinking more like Jan 2nd.But true to his word Mr. Bryant came back on New Years Day and completed the finishing touch on my water heater.Bryant & Sons really are professionals, pay attention to detail and provide exceptional customer service.They are my go to plumbing company from now on.Thanks Bryant & Sons Plumbing
