    I called a bunch of plumbers in the area. PS Plumbing was the first to call me back with availability. Kevin arrived quickly and was able to fix our clogged kitchen sink, no problem. Price was reasonable, too. I would definitely recommend this company.

    I had called at least 5 other plumbing companies and none of them could fit me in today. Due to water coming up from both my drains in the basement. I called PS plumbing Services LLC.     Amazing service. Called a couple other guys and they thought they could be here tomorrow morning. Called PS and they said they could be here in 45 minutes. Their man Will was here in 19 ! He cleaned out our sewer main line in about half an hour and left us with some great advice. Top flight ! Their number is going in my phone for sure.

    We moved in at the beginning of august to a new home that had been vacant for sometime due to renovations. Soon as we moved in we started having issues with the main drain and others in our basement.I found PS online and through word of mouth from some friends. THEY ARE THE ABSOLUTE BOMB!!! The guys that have come out have been nothing short of phenomenal!! Prices are very reasonable and won’t break the bank. Extremely satisfied with their work!!Paul, the owner, has come by during our job and was very knowledgeable and up front on everything, no BS at all. Quick response and services.We plan to continue to use Paul and his team anytime we have issues.If you are lucky enough to get Chill as your technician, trust me, you are in great hands!!!! Kudos to him!!

    I was very happy with the work William did. I used PS Plumbing Services in the past and the work was done correctly the first time. They are also affordable. He took lots of pictures and explained everything in a way that was easy for me to understand. So happy I found a company that knows what their doing.

    Paul and his boys were everything I expect from a professional contractor. I had issues with my basement backing up after heavy rainfall and they came out same day, resolved the issue in less than 20 minutes and explained everything to me upfront as well as what to expect moving forward (I would eventually need a trap replaced to resolve the issue permanently). Price was very reasonable and all 3 gentlemen were extremely professional.

    This guy was great! He was on time and service was excellent! He came to unclog my drain in the basement and did a phenomenal job. He also went above and beyond making sure everything was perfect and professional. Recommended him to a family memeber or 2 and no complaints so far! Im big on customer service and Mr Washington was the true definition of great customer service.

    We had a sewer back up on a Sunday morning. Amazingly, Kevin was out within an hour and had it fixed in no time. Great service and reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend them and will give them my future business.

    We called them in the morning and they were able to come by within the hour to assess what needed to be done. The access panel was not large enough for them to repair our shower at this time, but they were able to repair a leak under our kitchen sink quickly and I couldnt be happier with the work done. I am beyond impressed and will be using PS Plumbing in the future!

    I woke up to a basement full of water today on Sunday morning before church. I called PS and within 45 minutes Will showed up and saved the day. Because I am having a kitchen redo, the sink was disconnected, but the valves were not shut off completely which means water was running 4 days. 10 Minutes, the problem was discovered and solved. I paid for a little extra work to be done, so the water was totally reconnected, dishwasher and drains AND, I still made it to church on time. This a 5-star business.

    Yes... I went with this company because of the online reviews... THANK YOU.. they were accurate. I didnt have a simple snake drain problem. DiY rental didnt work. First guy said, call another plumber. I googled and called these guys. Man, Im thankful. A little floor tile had to be beat up but Im so grateful he didnt give up like the first guy.My only regret... I didnt have a lot of cash so I could only give him a $10 tip. They deserved more. I will surely lock them in my phone.GREAT JOB

    I needed my toilet replaced and Mr. Washington was available and ready when I called. His work is great and he made sure I knew exactly what he was doing. He was also cheaper than a few other plumbers I called before him. Great service! Very Recommendable!

    Awesome and very respectful and professional gentleman all three guys on time very cheap and fast service they know what theyre doing anybody who calls them will not be disappointed by any means necessary they know what theyre doing they will be in and out and have the job done and no time and they do multiple things from snaking drains replacing toilets replacing faucets as well as hot water tanks and if you dont have a car not a problem they will go pick up the parts for you me my self I have had my drain snaked toilet replaced and now my bathroom faucet. Next month I will be calling Paul and his guys to come back out and replace my hot water tank next month. They are very dedicated professional respectful and dirt cheap recommend them to anyone I know.

    Paul is AWESOME!! I am so grateful to have been lead to this company. I feel it was Divine Intervention because not only was he prompt but gracious and competent. And as a single woman homeowner (not trying to use the gender card but have been THOROUGHLY taken advantage of in the past) I know he was fair and honest with me. I cant sing enough praises! I recommend this company to EVERYONE! And will do business with him for all of my properties in the future!

    The high ratings are well-deserved. Paul and his team are a prompt, courteous and extremely knowledgeable band of professionals who take ownership of the call, investigate and educate you on the issues and solve the problem at an extremely affordable rate.I bought my family a beautiful red brick colonial in the grandmont area almost four years ago and we have never been able to get the tub to drain right. Warrantee on the house, plumber after plumber, snake after snake (no insult intended here) and the problem just never was fully solved until I gave them a call.     We called Ps Plumbing after two unsuccessful attempts to get our drain open. After a long day Paul told us he would come the following day. He starts at 7am and would call us when he’s on the way. 645am i received the call reconfirming our address and 650 they were in our basement with SMILES!! It’s the little things that count and they totally impressed me. Unknowingly they had a big job on their hands, but they handled it like the pros they are, still WEARING SMILES!!!! I’m so so so so impressed with them and would recommend them to anyone looking for a plumber. #supportsmallbusinesses

    When called for emergency service on a Sunday morning they immediately responded with professionalism and courtesy and resolved the issue. The owner took pictures of worked performed and clearly explained the issue. I would highly recommend their services and are reasonable price.

    Note: even though they was not able to solve my basement flooding problems...I still think they deserve 4 stars. They gave it their best shot but could not open the drain up ...best thing THEY DID NOT CHARGE ME! They tried but I think they were worried about breaking their equipment or something. I have had a basement flood one other time since living in this house. That was 5 years ago, I have lived here 6 years. There was a father and son plumbing team that had service this house 20 plus years. The previous owner referred them to me back then. Unfortunately, the father pass away and the son stop doing plumbing due to health problems, so I could not call them. They got the drain and flooding open by going in my backyard to a hole in the ground, not sure what it was but they snake it out and wa laa my drains were open for 5 years! PS plumbing make the second plumber out to my house. The first one 2 weeks ago came out and open up drain stuff in the basement to the toilet problem and gave me 30 day warranty, but things plug back up again. He wont honor his 30 day warranty so that is why I call PS plumbing I saw their good reviews. I wish they knew how to locate the cleanout drain I think its called in my backyard and snake it...but I dont know where it is and they did not either but even if did find it they was ready to go and was not about to mess up their equipment...so yeah I get it. I do appreciate them not taking my little money for I am disabled on a small fixed income and its a struggle...that is why I give them 4 stars...they tried snaking in the basement but that did not work and they did not take my money so I thank them for that. Have had other plumbers still want a fee and nothing got fixed but not them they tried and did not ask me to give them a fee for coming out...very good people and thank you!

    Good job. First guy ran the snake as far as he could and feared a broken sewer line. A second, more experienced guy came and ran a bigger snake with a bigger head and cleared the drain all the way to the main line at the front of the house. That saved us a basement tear up and big expense.
