2023 UPDATE: I TOTALLY RECOMMEND RAY BROCK & BROCK PLUMBING! After 12 years, he’s still my “go to” not ONLY for plumbing, but concerns and questions about anything in the house. He’s got great contacts and they all respect him as he’s responsive, professional, honest. Dude has saved me THOUSANDS in repairs. Thanks Ray!Brocks Plumbing has been my go-to for 10+ years, during which time Ray Brock has installed sump pumps (and replaced ones under warranty at no cost), backup water-driven sump pumps, water heaters, toilets, faucets, and much more in my house. Hes totally upfront, fair, and knowledgeable far beyond just plumbing - he and a colleague saved my furnace several years ago for minimal work after I was told I needed a NEW furnace by a big HVAC company. Great guy, great company, great service... I call him first about anything home-repair related; hell always give me great advice. TOTALLY RECOMMENDED!!!

Mr. Brock installed a new hot water heater for me. He assisted me in the type of heater that I should purchase. He picked the heater up from the store, brought it to my home and installed it. I was very pleased with his service. He was polite and very professional. He took time to answer all of my questions and made sure that I understood the work that he was doing in my home. He had to turn my gas off, so he made sure that all of my gas appliances were working properly before he left. It was a pleasure to have Mr. Brock take care of my concerns with my hot water heater. He also took the time to take care of a leak under my kitchen sink. I am senior citizen, who lives alone, I was very comfortable with Mr. Brock, working in my home. I would definitely recommend him. His prices were reasonable and fair.

My grandmother was in desperate need of a plumber, she previously had some work done. She was OVER CHARGED and they made the problem worse than it originally was by breaking a cable off in the sewer line and never disclosed that information to her. I was referred to Brock’s plumbing by a friend. My worry was that she would be ripped off again. Mr. Ray of Brock’s plumbing came in and ran a camera through the sewer and told us what the problem was. He explained everything so that my grandmother and I understood. Not only did they show up on time, Mr. Brock and his employees were professional and they got the job done!!!!!! Thanks again Brock’s plumbing.

Ray has been coming to our rescue for the last three or four years. Hes always friendly, personable, and professional. He has performed a number of plumbing jobs for us from the very small - like replacing a toilet flipper or garbage disposal - to more intense jobs like having to cut and repair a main drain that wasnt properly installed in the first place. He does a lot of jobs in a day, and the nature of plumbing is that not all jobs go according to plan; so if hes running behind, he stays in touch so I know when to expect him. Id recommend Brocks to anyone in the metro area needing a good, honest plumber who charges reasonable prices for quality work.
