Alex was able to chat with me on the phone to dictate exactly what kind of service I needed, and then scheduled me promptly. I had a jam packed lateral system that he and the septic company werent sure it could be removed, but he was able to get it clear and save me a lot of money. I would recommend him to anyone that needs rootering service.UPDATE: A year later I had backing up into our house. I called Alex in the morning and he chatted through it with me. He showed up mid afternoon same day, and was able to rooter out a clog. Still good at his job, still quick to show up, and still affordable!

Called to ask some questions about a Toilet issue, very knowledgeable and offered great advice for cheaper fixes before he would come out to look at it to save me some money. A lot of places will just come out and charge you a lot of money just for a simple fix, this guy will actually try and help you fix it before he comes out so you wont be charged for a big fix when its actually a small fix.

He Really Cared Of Not Getting Water On The Flooring Underneath The Kitchen Sink And He Didnt. He Was Very Polite And Told Us Our Price Up Front. Alex came out to our house as we had water in our basement. He did a very thorough inspection and monitored our floor drain closely. After being unable to find any further issues he suggested we buy a water monitor and gave us his card - all at very reasonable fee.
