    These guys are very friendly, professional and prompt.We woke up early on a Sunday morning and discovered our water heater was leaking out the top.They came out within a couple of hours after I called to replace the leaky water heater.     This is the 2nd time we’ve used AM/PM Plumbing. Very reasonable. I had a leaky toilet and had turned off water to it. They had a cancellation and was able to come out that day. Professional. Knowledgeable. All is good!!

    I had a great experience yesterday and today awith AM/PM plumbing. I had another local company come out to see why my water heater wasnt working. They had lots of good google reviews but when you got to yelp you saw the true story. Told my wife it was shot and we needed another one. I didnt believe them so i called AM/PM while on the road to a drs appointment. They said they could send someone in the afternoon to check out what was going on. The water heater wasnt completely shot, there was a problem with a power valve. And he confirmed this by getting the waterheater to light infront of me, but there was alot of scale in the system due to its age so he explained we could fix this one, but consider its condition he recommends replacing it. And thats what i wanted, honesty. The other company made me pay 136 dollars looked it for 10 seconds and said it was shot. Fast forward today and my new water heater is installed, everyone in the house gets a nice fresh shower except me. I get in there to check out my new purchase and i notice it has a small water leak. Im not overly concerned but i do call there after hours to get something set up for the next day or something. Brian himself answers the phone and basically says nonsense and goes a picks up a truck to head over. Brian Got everything straightened up and good to go.Bottom line, these guys get it, they stand behind what they do and if there is a problem or a mistake they take care of you. I was blown away by how kind and understanding Stephanie was when she took the appointment and listened to me banter about the other company, how doug was very professional when understanding why i wanted to know what was wrong and working with our schedule to get it replaced, and to brian who came in after what must of been a long day to fix a seemingly small problem to make sure we were satisfied. I appreciate them for making sure we were taken care of and thats really all that matters. This is a company you want to do business with, they take care of you so you wont need to go anywhere else. Would absolutely recommend.

    I have used AMPM plumbing several times and think they are awesome. Brian the owner is a super nice guy, Very honest, easy to talk to and pricing is fair. They definitely want to do what is right for you. They have installed new sewer lines and drains under cement for us and also hooked up our new kitchen sink for a remodel, they just ran new plumbing for our new laundry room and have cleaned out the drain to the street a couple times. Only plumber I will ever use.

The leak was a challenge to find but the plumber took his time and kept looking until we discovered the issue. The fix was simple after that.     The service provided by AM/PM Plumbing was outstanding. The staff on the phone and the plumbers that worked on multiple issues in our house were friendly and knowledgeable. We were given a quote for all services beforehand, and they stayed true to that quote-- we were not overcharged. The work they completed was well done. We had a broken pipe underneath our basement floor, they knew exactly how to find out what was wrong and how to fix it. They were affordable and did a great job. I will use them for any other plumbing work we need done. I highly recommend this company!

    We called about our plumbing issue on a Saturday, they took time to talk through possible causes, and were up front about estimated cost, and time they could actually be there. We booked a time for Sunday morning, and they called that morning to set a specific time as they had promised, and then showed up early! We have had all kinds of experiences with service calls with other companies, but AM PM handled their appointment in a professional manner, and actually arrived as promised. Great staff that was very courteous and knowledgeable. Have added AM PM to my contacts, and will only use them in the future!

    We found out our water heater had been leaking (by finding soaked carpet in our daughters closet) so we called AM PM Plumbing. The receptionist was fantastic, listened to everything, had much more knowledge about plumbing than I expected and sent over a technician a couple hours later for a free estimate (since Im in the Des Moines area). We moved ahead with the work and we had the work done the next day. I am very pleased with the quick response, the service, the quality of work, and the honesty of this company.We were referred to them from our mechanic and I truly believe that this is the way to find quality companies. I definitely recommend AM PM Plumbing.

    I contacted AM PM Plumbing for an estimate on replacing a 15-year old water heater. Brian came out the same day (within 30 minutes of my phone call) and gave me an estimate on the spot.I later had to cancel the installation, but AM PM Plumbing was very understanding of the situation and polite about it. They were professional and responsive throughout the whole process. I would definitely turn to them in the future for any plumbing needs, and you should too!

    The folks at AM/PM plumbing are the best! Prompt service and so professional....willing to go above and beyond expectations. Ben arrived just as scheduled and with his expertise was able to rebuild my toilet tank therefore not only saving me money but keeping the matching tub and sink coordinated. He cleaned out the inline basement drain, checked the other fixtures upstairs and down for leaks, etc. My total bill was extremely fair and reasonable for such quality service.

    Price and quality of work was very hard to beat. We were finishing our basement and got 4 quotes for the work needed from various plumbers in Des Moines. AM/PM had the best price out of all of them by a sizable amount. Very responsive front office even when we had to reschedule a couple of times because of delays from our contractors on getting to a point where AM/PM could finish the hook-ups. Their employees were knowledgeable and courteous (cleaning up after themselves and answering any questions I had). Going forward, they will be my first call on plumbing needs or quotes.

    I had called a different plumber first to fix my leaking disposal (ultimately needed replaced), but they couldnt get me in for over a month. So a friend had recommended AM/PM. Im so glad.     I would recommend AM PM plumbing to anyone in the metro area. They are fast, professional, and reasonably priced! They fixed a shower valve for us for HALF the price quoted to us by another plumber in town (we saved nearly a thousand dollars with AM PM). Great customer service and appreciated them giving us an estimate over the phone before driving out for the appointment. We will use them again with any future issues!

    Huge fan of these guys. Up front pricing and friendly staff that know exactly what theyre doing. They treated our home as though it were their own...wore slip on booties instead of tracking the outdoors into our house. I have nothing but positive things to say. Highly recommend.(Update) Another top notch experience with these guys today. I had a high priority need with the whole house without water, awaiting a repair.     Wow, great staff, great prices, great customer service! We ordered a Kohler faucet through American Plumbing but didnt know that it was broken until AMPM plumbing arrived to install it. They went to another service call, allowing me to drive downtown to find a replacement because American Plumbing Do NOT give refunds, EVER!! Shane & other staff met me back at my house and installed it quickly & efficiently. They are prompt, friendly, professional, and like another customer said- knowledgable. Thank you so much for the great customer service. And, the fees are better than what other plumbers charge for doing a so so job, or in some cases, not fixing the problem at all.

    The recent cold caused a burst pipe in our old home that was flooding our basement. Called multiple plumbing companies and the earliest I could get someone to come out was at least a week out. Called AM/PM and they came right over, fixed the pipe and got water running in under an hour and at a very reasonable price, especially for an emergency call out. Cannot say enough good things about this company and their personnel and would and will call them again for all my plumbing needs and anything else they are willing to do

    I will be honest - I did not know anything about AM/PM before I hired them other than the good reviews that I read.Im going to add another great review because they were 100% responsive and professional in every aspect of the process. I was looking for a local business, because I try to support local as much as I can.The Plumbing Engineers were on time and respectful of me and my house. They took every effort to make sure I was comfortable with the project and explained the process.Once the project was finished, they thoroughly explained what they did and how the new systems control panel worked, for reference and to identify a potential problem.The Receptionist/EA I talked to was very knowledgeable and was great to work with. It was probably the easiest process Ive done with a servicer.Great Service! Great company!They will be my number #1 plumber from here on out!

    Am pm plumbing as been coming out to do our plumbing for bout 6 years now. We had a leak on our ceiling and I was sure they were going to have to cut a hole in ceiling to find problem instead they turned on water and worked from the top down. Found the problem and fixed it quick for a fair price and no big hole in ceiling. Highly recommended. The only plumbing company we use.

We were given a quote range for fixing leaking pipe, and they stayed true to that quote -- we were not overcharged. They were affordable and did a great job. I will use them for any other plumbing work we might need done. I highly recommend Shane! Shane also gave us 1 year warranty on his work, promising to fix any potential leaks for FREE.
