I am a woman that was home alone, recovering from chemo when sewage was coming up my basement drain. I unfortunately first called Clog Busters Drain Cleaning & RepairClog Busters Visit #1 Mon 10/14 = $800 with one year warrantyClog Busters Visit #2 Mon 10/21 = $200 but did me a favor by not charging because this section is not under warranty (the section that shouldve been cleared to start which is under our only bathroom)Clog Busters Call #3 Sat 10/26 = theres going to be a significant charge to come out AGAINTODAY Mon 10/28 = still the same clog so this time I called Bobs Sewerooter Services as suggested by many. They knew exactly what needed to be done. Done in 20 mins. They even moved a washer a dryer for me because there was no room for the size of equipment needed. The size of equipment that Clog Buster lied and said they used but obviously would not have fit with the washer and dryer in the way. Plus the Ring cam proved they did not use what they charged us for.Bobs price = $140CALL BOBs Sewerooter Services if you have any plumbing issues! I feel relieved that we have a plumber now who we can trust.

Great guy first off he was quick getting out he didnt quit until he got all those damn baby wipes out my drain lol, he kicked ass showed grit and toughness very knowledgeable we chatted a good bit about life very trusting guy and he even cut me a break even though it was one of his toughest jobs in his career hes awesome!

On thanksgiving day with several family members here our kitchen sink drain stopped working. A great time for that problem! Called Bob’s Thursday for a Friday morning appointment and he showed at 8:15 on Friday. Got the drain open in short order. These guys do a great job, they clean up after themselves and the cost was reasonable. Very good service. I’ll definitely use them again.

My bathtub, toilet, kitchen sink, everything backing up in the basement!! The horror! I called Bob’s on Sunday afternoon around 4pm. They answered on the second ring and knew my problem right away. I opted to have them come Monday and I was the first appointment of the day. I was back up and running in 20 minutes which made my day! I was also VERY impressed with the cost, professionalism, knowledge base, and the ability to be personable. Bob’s will be my first call from now on!

I have used bob’s in the past and I had to use him again today, Labor Day, off all days, for a sewer backup at one of my rentals. Mark and his side kick were there within five minutes. Got the job done in maybe ten minutes. The charge was very reasonable, especially considering the holiday. I will continue to use them.

Kitchen drain clogged. Initially called the outfit that advertises on TV all the time. When asked for a cost or cost range or typical cost or average cost—really, anything—was told that no, they dont have the prices in the office, and that I would have to have a service call and pay $59 to find out what they might charge me to actually do the work.Its all designed to extract the maximum amount from the homeowner. Im amazed that this works. Why on Earth would anyone think that thats a company they can trust? No wonder they have to advertise so much.Called Bobs Sewerooter Service. The person who answered the phone was the owner, who told me over the phone a typical price for what I was dealing with. They came out promptly, cleared out the drain, and charged me exactly what they said they would when we talked on the phone. No attempt to upsell me. Just honest folks.

Everytime I ran my dishwasher my kitchen sink would back up. I called Bobs at 11:30am and Steve arrived before noon. Honest, friendly, thorough, knowledgeable and most importantly supporting local. I will never go to anyone else. The price I paid to have it fixed is what it would of cost just for a service trip from the other local names I had called.

The repairman also gave me some info about HomeServe sewer line insurance, which was super helpful. Overall a great experience and we are so happy that there’s no longer standing water in our basement!

I called on a Sunday with a backed up drain line. Steve was out within 45 minutes, even with having company coming over that evening! He fixed our issue within an hour and was extremely friendly, competent, and downright a great guy for helping us out on a SUNDAY. He even educated me on Homeserve, which is insurance for your drain system. I highly recommend these guys and cant thank them enough for coming out when they did. For anyone in pinch with a drain problem, call these guys 1st to be taken care of the RIGHT way!

Had an upstairs toilet unexpectedly back up causing quite a leak in the downstairs living room. After calling multiple places on a Gameday Saturday, this company was the only one to answer. The gentleman was at another job site and said he would be right over after he finished up there. Texted him address per his request and within an hour he showed up. Did a quick assessment of all the pipes from roof to basement for best option. Ended up taking the toilet off, snaking the line, and repaired some minor damage all within an hour for a very reasonable cost. Very polite and friendly. Would highly recommend for any plumbing emergency.

I called Steve with a clogged sewer drain in the morning. Since he was booked for the day, he wasnt able to come out till the next morning. I was ecstatic when I heard from him early evening that he could fit me in as his last call. Out of four times I have needed a plumber, this is the third time Ive called on him. Very friendly, quick to get the job done (& right), and very reasonably priced. I highly recommend this company and will call on him again if needed.

The main drain was backed out to the street apparently. **Drain backed up into our laundry room and downstairs bathroom into the bathtub and toilet. Steve gave me a great education on drains and some home remedies to prevent our problem from happening again. Personable, timely service and great results. Call Bobs first, you wont be disappointed!

We had a clog between the wash room floor drain and sewer line that another company mis-diagnosed, $600 later we still could not flush a toilet or drain a sink without the floor drain flooding. Thankfully we were told to try Bobs Sewerooter who came out very quickly and rooted out a clog between the drain and the sewer clean-out that the other company missed leaving us with a $600 bill and still flooding drain. Bobs ran a rooter through the drain line and quickly cleared out the clog the other company said wasnt there and at a very reasonable price. Dont even hesitate to call them if you have an issue with a clogged pipe, just do it!

These guys are great! I spent 2 days trying to unclogg my kitchen sink. I used 3 different brands of chemicals and ran a regular snake from home depot. No luck.I called these guys and they came out, and had it fixed in less than 10 minutes! And it only cost me barely more than I spent on the chemicals. I should have called them to start with.Thanks again!!!

These guys were great- only other call for service was nearly a week out whereas Bobs showed up next day. Dont know about you but with smelly stuff bubbling up I dont want to wait multiple days! Super competitive pricing too, highly recommend giving them a call if youre having issues!

We have to have our kitchen drain cleaned every 2 to 3 years. Our kitchen is at the back of our house so the drain has a long way to go. I had Bob come out about 3 years ago and then again recently.He came the same day I called and his price hadnt changed in 3 years, his prices are very reasonable. They were here for less than an hour, cleaned up after themselves, and were professional.If you are in the need of sewer service, you have to call Bob.

He heard me out, then recommended checking inside the toilet for the blockage first, before he came out. Sure enough, that was my problem and he passed on getting paid. Our sewer drain in our house backed up and we needed help fast. We called them and they answered on the first few rings! We told them what the problems was and they told us that would be there shortly. They arrived within less than 30 minutes. They came in and got right to work! They were extremely professional, nice, and we very carful to try and not make any messes. They got the clog out at 30 feet in, and even went one step further and made sure they went all the way to the street, just to make sure there was not more than one clog! They were in and out in 30-45 minutes tops! Im not sure you will find a better price than them either! We paid the weekend price since it was on a Saturday, and even that was more than reasonable! Can not recommend this company enough, and will defiantly use them in the future.

I recently experienced every mom’s worst nightmare- my washer drain was backing up. Not only did I have a mess to clean but I also couldn’t do laundry (which I have plenty of). After a failed attempt to snake it myself and use draino to unclog, I Called Bob’s sewer services. They were able to come out and fix the clog the same day! Laundry crisis averted! They were professional, friendly, and did not break the bank! Highly recommend!

I called Bobs Sewer Service on a Saturday afternoon (his company says they are open 24 hours/day - he was the company that actually answered his phone) he couldnt get me in that day, but agreed to come to my home on Sunday, and stated it would be time and half and not double time. Steve got to my home at the time he said he would be there - was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and was able to fix our issue in less than an hour. The price he charged was extremely reasonable.
