Tyler the sales rep was friendly, explained things in terms we could understand, and showed us some great technology using different layers under the shingles that helps the attic to breathe. The work took a little longer than originally quoted But no harm done I would definitely suggest asking for Brooke When looking to get some siding done. I was very pleased with the knowledge and expertise of the salesman. Came out even in the snow. They looked at attic. Gave me the seperate quotes based on type of shingles with and without new gutters. I was not happy with the down payment option so he called the lender to see what kind of options I had. In the end for my monthly payment down to something very reasonable. Wasnt pushy at all like a lot of other salesman. Thoroughly addressed all the ins and outs of the company including the warranty.

The pre-project explanations and advising were super helpful and very responsive to our situation and information needs. The installation itself was timely and efficient. The aesthetic outcome is excellent, as advertised. The final walk-through with the project manager answered out last minute questions and clarification needs. In summary, the two most salient attributes of this project were: 1) the knowledge and responsiveness of the management staff, and 2) the timeliness and efficiency of the actual installation.

Steph & Jorge were great! They came out to give a quote on our siding project that we wanted to get done on our house. They were able to identify and point out areas in our house that had dry rot and trim that was falling apart that we didnt previously see.They were not pushy with giving us a quote and at the end of the day we settled on a price that I think is great for the scope of work and the workmanship they advertise

Danielle and Allen did a great job. Very informative and honest about the conditions of our windows. Unsurprisingly to us as they are 100 year old OG windows. Was able to suggest different type of windows that would meet our needs and actually cut down on the amount of windows needed. Was able to get us a great deal that worked with our financial constraints and time line. Was able to address our concerns about the recent foundation work we had done and that their windows were constructed in a way that any shifting would be covered in the warranty if anything went amiss and went the step further to address that in the contract also. Super satisfied as of now with the sales team Dani and Allen. Will update when work is in progress and finished.

Unfortunately it was not our decision on who to sign with, and another company was chosen, however if it were up to us we would have gone with Slater and Devon at DaBella. Their products are quality, their contractors are knowledgeable and insured, and it was obvious that they truly care for the people and families they talk with. I sincerely doubt the company who were having to work with will be as compassionate or quality work as DaBella. I would choose them over the competition any day, if I were able. She was kind and professional. She did not try to upsale, but offered her opinions about choices and helped us navigate our options. She helped secure a quote that was in our price range and fit our needs. The only reason why I gave 4 instead of 5 stars is because the appointment was 30 minutes late and she had to go get samples leading to a late night. She took ownership of that, so no harm. We were very impressed with Austin and Preston in regards to their knowledge and professionalism. Price point didnt work, but Kevin A., Brian M., and Ian F were all super pleasant, sociable, and knowledgeable. I got to spend multiple hours with Brian and Ian as they taught me different things about windows and siding that I didnt know before.Im very wary of door to door salespeople and the used car salesman vibe. None of them gave that off. They definitely had the standard salespeople tips and tricks, but it didnt feel off putting at all in our conversations.Additionally, when the price didnt work for me, they called their boss and were able to come back with a significantly cheaper rate (about 2/3 of the original quote) in exchange for some flexibility with timing, which I would be perfectly fine with. I decided, however, that I didnt need to do any replacements yet, but Ill definitely keep them in mind if I change my mind and decided to want replacements in the future.Thanks to Kevin, Brian, and Ian for making my day better!Best,Gary Christiansen
