The technician, Rick, has been out to my house on a few occasions. He’s always polite, on time and gets his work done above and beyond. He then took me through a tour of my home and explained the things I should co sider having updated. He never once pressured me. This time we’re in Denver the issue was we needed an electricianMy family had used Mr. Sparky before. It was the first time for me. I called the local number for Mr. Sparky in Denver and was asked what type of problem we had.It turned out the issue was circuit breaker popping, but strangely enough for the dishwasher and for the washing machine.The electrician that Mr. Sparky sent name was Angel Nuñez. Angel is a certified electrician and came with the big red truck that you see for Mr. Sparky.It took him a day to find the problem, and after all that it turned out not to be an electrical issue primarily.The problem wants the dishwasher was leaking right onto the electrical plug underneath the dishwasher. When Angel found the water issue, he was very kind to the homeowner and to us saying it doesn’t look like it’s primarily an electrical issue.He could’ve laughed, but he didn’tI would highly recommend Angel Nuñez and Mr. Sparky for their assistance in solving this homeowners issue.Angel Nuñez

Mr. Sparky was great.I did the original install the light fixture, but in hindsight I did not do a proper install of the light fixture.I was very lucky that the the light fixture did not fall on the dining room table.The two people from Mr. Sparky installed the light fixture correctly . Where the the light fixture was mounted was about 16 feet above the floor. This was not an easy install.Where the light fixture was installed was about 15 feet above the floor. It was not an easy installation, but the two gentlemen were great.The two people from Mr. Sparky installed the light fixture correctly .Thank you Mister Sparky.

From initial contact, to scheduling appts, obtaining price quotes, and the work almost completed now…every member of the team has been professional, courteous and knowledgeable. One more appointment left, for the final hook-up of our outdoor sauna. We needed a devoted 240v line ran from the electric box on the opposite side of the house to the sight for the sauna. Will review again after the sauna is hooked up, but so far I would certainly recommend Mr Sparky.

Our Mister Sparky Of Denver electrician, Angel, (and yes, he is!) not only repaired but moved beyond every issue our old house suffered!! From the exceptional phone conversation with a live human, (I know, right?!) which was late Sunday night—to the immediacy of the very next day appointment with Angel, we were instantly impressed. And that was only the beginning. Angel took the time to explain a variety of improvements that not only protect the home but also save money for the homeowner. We opted to add a beefy surge protector to secure everything from potential disasters inside the home. He patiently described how it works as I watched him do the installation. At the end of his visit I felt like we were family and that is exactly how Mister Sparky’s ‘Angel’ wants customers to feel! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND ANGEL AND MISTER SPARKY👌🏽

Cheesy name, great company! TLDR: able to get me scheduled quickly, up front/ clear/fair/ on demand pricing, Knowledgeable electrician, on time and even early, efficient, friendly service. Will use again!This review is long overdue.We hired Mr. Sparky to complete several projects over a span of two days (install ceiling fans, recessed lighting, outlets, switches, some requiring attic access and cutting drywall across the ceiling). AJ Hendrickson came out the next day for a quote and was able to get us scheduled for the next week. We may have been able to be scheduled sooner, but our project would take two days and we wanted it to be done at the same time. AJ was knowledgeable about the work being done, explained the process clearly so we could understand but without demeaning us, and was able to give pricing at that time via his tablet. I like that we were able to have two scenarios created, based on our budget. AJ was friendly and patient with my many questions and ideas. He spent an hour on our quote alone. The pricing was comparable to other quotes and work we’ve had done. Communication from the company and AJ were great. I always received a text message before and after each appointment, letting me know that AJ was on his way and asking how the appointment went. AJ asked if he could arrive a little early on the first day, which was great! He also remembered my specific requests to prioritize work based on my baby’s nap schedule and was flexible when that changed (no sense working in her room while she’s sleeping!) He was patient and accommodating when I changed the plan on him again (“ can we add a dimmer switch instead?”) He was kind and interactive with my 13 month old. He didn’t complain about being in a second story attic on a 90 degree day. He was also thoughtful about letting me know things like that he would have earplugs in while sawing through the wall and may not hear me if I tried to talk to him. His work was quick and clean and thorough. He was very clear with what we should expect when he needed to cut through the ceiling for our recessed lighting- he gave alternatives and we chose to continue with the cutting. The cut was as clean as possible. He also explained things like how dimmer switches are actually adjustable with how dim they can get! If we need electric work done again, Mr. Sparky will be my go-to, and I would request AJ who has set a high bar for other technicians.

LOVE THIS COMPANY ❤. The fuse to my furnace blew and we had no heat to our house. AJ came over to our house first thing in the morning the day before Christmas and quickly and professionally assessed the problem and was able to get our electrical problem fixed and our furnace back up and running. I am fortunate and blessed to have found this company and AJ ❤. The other 2 companies I tried to contact had no electricians working until after Christmas even though I told them I had no heat to my house. This is now the only company I will ever use now for all my electrical and HVAC issues. I cannot speak highly enough about the prompt and professional service I was provided. I paid the $50 service fee and requested the quote for the fan install be emailed to me for future scheduling. I never received the quote or a receipt for the $50 I paid that day even after verifying my information on their tablet. I called their office twice to verify they had my correct information/email (they did) and asked for a resend. After still not receiving the receipt/quote, I reached out on their online chat function to request the receipt/quote. However, I have yet to receive the receipt/quote after these attempts. We will be using another company for our project, as this was a waste of $50.

Editing my initial review:After having a not so great 1st experience, I reached out to Mister Sparky to inform them of what took place. A few hours later I was contacted by a supervisor. We agreed on an initial resolution to what took place, which I wasnt too happy with.A little over a week went by and I had heard nothing back from the person spoke, so I left my initial review detailing my experience. I was contacted again the next by the same supervisor and made sure that things were set right by me.They really care about their customers and ensuring that they have a good experience
