Vista remodeled both our kitchen (2019) and our master bath. We were absolutely happy and satisfied with both projects. When we were planning for the master bath we sought out estimates alongside our estimate from Vista and our vista estimate included more work for less money. I am always happy with the finishes, furniture and ideas Kestas selects and suggests. The timeframe might be a bit longer than other contractors but the attention to detail and quality work can not be beat. And the timeframes worked well for our busy family schedule.

Kestas and his team were amazing! They remodeled our entire bathroom--it involved moving the toilet and converting an old calwfoot tub to a shower. Kestas did a complete bathroom remodel for us and I recommend Vista Remodeling with no hesitation. The best reason to hire Kestas is that he cares about the quality of the work he does and doesnt cut corners to save time. Sometimes he stayed later than he planned to stay or spent more time on some aspect of the job than he anticipated but he took the time to make sure that everything was done right and not just good enough. We are very happy with the quality of the finished job and if we need more work done in the future well be calling Kestas again.

Kestas worked with us on a master bath remodel. We couldnt be happier with his work and professionalism throughout. Hes extremely organized and provides exact documentation throughout. No surprises on supplies or labor here. Even better, Kestas helped us stay within our budget with recommendations on design and materials. During the project, Kestas pointed out several areas where the original construction had cut corners and took the initiative to set things right while the floor was torn up. It was a 3 week project and everything was done to our liking. We love that our input was heard and our expectations met. If I could give more stars I would! This was better than 5 star work and service.As anyone who’s trying to get something remodeled knows, it’s challenging to find good and honest workers. When we met Kestas he was a straight shooter from day #1. Everything he promised to do he did. And when we had a few minor issues once the work was done he happily came back and made sure everything was perfect. I can’t say how happy we are that we chose Vista Remodeling -- for our basement remodel. The work they did was excellent! The end result was beautiful and will stand the test of time. Vista Remodeling did a complete master bathroom remodel which included necessary demolition, a master closet expansion, and a shower and vanity renovation.Kestas and crew provided the professionalism, workmanship, and attention to detail that one would expect of a superior top-notch contractor.While the project was initially somewhat slow to move forward due the companys backlog, once the work began, we could see that we were getting quality craftsmanship.Kestas oversaw the entire project, and made certain that nothing was omitted or glossed over.Of course, we had some design changes in the middle of the project, but these were again handled professionally. Kestas even moderated husband and wife disputes on design opinion differences.The work area was cleaned up each evening, and all workers were instructed to keep a tidy workspace.We are extremely satisfied with Vista Remodeling and would highly recommend to family and friends.

We live in Denver in a 1940s tudor and hired Kestas of Vista Remodeling to completely redo our main bathroom. He removed everything from the existing bathroom and also converted a closet from the next door bedroom to add more space to the new bathroom. Kestas was very professional, clean, friendly, and timely in his work. He was very receptive to our vision of the final results and helped us pick out all of the new materials-for a very reasonable price! We couldnt be happier with the final result. I would absolutely recommend Kestas and Vista Remodeling. If we remodel other areas of our home, we will for sure use him again.

When we were looking for someone to finish a mother-in-law suite in our partially finished basement, Kestas came very highly recommended...and he did not disappoint. We were worried that the suite would not match the rest of the home, but it was seamless! Since that time, we have had Kestas finish half a dozen other projects and he’s always the first call I make when I need something done. He’s professional. Friendly. Very good at what he does. Affordable. Trustworthy. In a world of general contractors that is hit or miss, Kestas is a grand slam! I literally could not recommend Kestas and Vista Remodeling enough.

Vista Remodeling has been professional and knowledgeable of how to fix the issues in my bathroom from the moment they stepped into the mess. I had an unprofessional and unskilled contractor in there before that left a mess for Vista and myself to deal with. I interviewed a few contractors, and Vista instilled the most confidence in me that they could get the work done quickly and without sparing quality, and they havent let me down. Their quality of work, attention to detail, and speed is top notch. Vista has been willing to do things the right way from the ground up, even if it takes a little more time and work than originally expected. In my case, the flooring of the bathroom, shower walls, and a shower bench seat had to be torn out and rebuilt as the existing flooring was not level, and the walls were not sufficiently secured to the floor and ceiling to allow for a long lasting installation. If we had not fixed these issues, the tile grout would have likely started cracking within a year or two. Vista provided additional recommendations for my crawl space beneath my restroom and in my bathroom that I would not have thought of myself as I’m not regularly engaged in bathroom remodels. All in all, Vista has rebuilt my bathroom from the ground up complete with new plumbing, an entirely new shower with bench seat, new toilet, mosaic and flat tile work, rough carpentry, dryer venting, insulation, a ceiling fan, and all associated painting and baseboard finish work. The price is justified for the quality of work and professionalism received, and I would highly recommend Vista Remodeling to anyone who is motivated to get a quality remodel done in their home! I’ve personally already recommended them to a few friends and co-workers. They also provide detailed estimates to help a homeowner understand the full scope of work and associated costs in a very transparent manner before you get halfway into the project and change orders pop up because the contractor had a scope gap. Vista is tremendously honest up front and flexible, which is incredibly difficult to find in people and contractors these days! Highest recommendation I can give!

I dont believe that anyone can match all of the energy, effort, and dedication Kestas put into our remodel. Every time we walk into our kitchen, we notice the detailed exactness of his work; moreover, weve received many compliments from friends and family. Even though we ran into a number of unexpected complications during the remodel (due to the age of our home), Kestas went above and beyond to complete everything, including extra fixes as necessary. Even a year later, our new kitchen is still our favorite (and most used!) room in the house.

I am so happy with my finished basement suite from Vista Remodeling! From the daunting task of obtaining quotes to the beautiful end product, Kestas with Vista Remodeling was the epitome of professionalism, integrity and high-quality workmanship. Kestas was invaluable in helping me to plan out the mother-in-law suite in my walk-out basement, including a full kitchen, huge walk-in closet, and laundry center. His quote alone was a sign that he takes pride in what he does and is extremely knowledgeable about his business. His proud workmanship was evident in every stage of the process…and the inspections by the city were proof that he is outstanding at what he does. On a personal level, he was helpful in making decisions…even down to choosing the right paint colors and grout. He was good at keeping me updated on the progress and he was also enjoyable to talk with. All my neighbors are so impressed with the finish product…and I am seriously considering moving into the basement myself! I have been doing business with Kestas for the past 8 years. He has done big projects....6 weeks plus...complete bathroom renovation from top to bottom -- floor, shower, plumbing, heating/ac....you name it.....and smaller jobs as wellI have never been dissatisfied !He is a handyman that can think outside of the box ~ he comes up with useful ideas, suggestions - and cost savings at the same time .....I recommend him highly ~ He is honest - hard working and fun to be around....I for one always give him the opportunity to work on my various properties - only problem is that hes getting busy as his reputation grows !If you want someone to do a good job -- Go to Vista Remodeling.......You wont regret it !AJ

We had a leaking shower in our second-floor condo. We hired Vista to demolish the old shower and install a new one. The project ended up being more complicated than we expected - there was serious water damage to the floor, which needed some extensive repair to fix. Throughout the process Kestas from Vista was very helpful. He was ready for anything we needed done (including all the surprises that came up), he was flexible with whatever requests we made, he answered all our questions clearly, and helped make what was a stressful project for us into a successful one. He also gave us a very fair price, and when costs went us as new things arose, he was understanding and flexible in making the payments as easy for us as possible. I would definitely recommend contacting Vista for any home renovation project.

Purchased our home in Highlands Ranch & definitely needed some upgrades, kitchen, master bathroom & 2 other bathrooms. Being out of state was a challenge to find a contractor that we trusted, fortunately our daughter lives here to oversee if any issues. Changing out dated kitchen tile counter to quartz & adding subway backsplash. Master bathroom took out hottub & reconfigured walk in shower & Changed plumbing from outside to inside wall. Changed out dated vanity counter to quartz. Changed out 2 other vanity counters to quartz in 2 other bathrooms as well. Changed out dated tiles in all 3 bathrooms. The list goes on but if I could give Kestes 10☆ I definitely would. Kudos 👏 to Kestes/Vista remodeling, he did what he said he would do plus more. Our designer recommended where to purchase the quartz slabs which was the most expensive place in Denver. Kestes saved us $$$ recommended another place & very happy w/choice. Our neighbors said that his work crew worked 7 days/week on this project w/o any pressure from us. I definitely would recommend Kestes/Vista remodeling for any kitchen or bathroom renovations. His recommendations to the tiniest details was also helpful, he doesnt assume anything. Thank you Kestes & his team, if you need any referrals you can count on us.
