I cant underscore enough what a great experience I had with Custom Granite. I am a homeowner GC-ing my kitchen renovation myself, and I used Custom Granite to fabricate and install quartzite counters and backsplashes. Their service throughout was professional, prompt and reliable, and the quality of their work was excellent. They greatly exceeded my expectations on turnaround time (which was especially appreciated as we sprinted to complete the kitchen before Christmas). They did a better job than any other contractor at cleaning up the site. They made a mistake in accidentally throwing out a component of the sink when they disposed of the sink packaging. I brought the mistake to their attention at 9pm, and the Custom Granite team rallied to make it right by 9am the following morning. Wow, I am so impressed. Thank you, Custom Granite!

Custom Granite Homes did an amazing job when we were in desperate need. Our stove top had gone out but the size of stove tops has changed over the last decade. The opening for our new insert was half an inch too small. We reached out to a few different granite shops but this was too small of a job for them to even consider. We had seen the Custom Granite Homes truck while driving so I sent an email. Custom Granite Homes reached out immediately, set up someone to come see if they could help, and were able to take care of our needs. We are so grateful for Custom Granite and will be reaching back out when we get ready to update our kitchen.

Custom Granite Homes pulled out all the stops to help us when we were in a bind, and the end result was beautiful. We had a water leak that resulted in the complete gutting of our kitchen during Covid-19, including broken granite countertops. After 2 months of contractor delays and malarkey, we ran into a countertop contractor that didnt want to do the long counter in one piece and was going to take 3 weeks to get the work done.We found CGH though a referral from Arizona Tile, and they were on the job right away. Christian came to get the measurements the same night we called them.They were in line with the other contractors regarding price, but so much nicer and quicker! I was able to come out to the shop to pick the section of the slab that we love, and they had the tops installed in 7 days.There was a small crack on installation, which we knew might happen, but you can barely tell its there. The installers did a great job.Cynthia is an amazing and funny liaison for the office, and a joy to deal with. She makes the process so easy.I highly recommend this organization. We love our new counters!

Everything was amazing! Juan and his team were absolutely wonderful! I highly recommend them!Juan was always very patient with us and was always extremely professional. You can tell that he and his team value their clients and the work that they do. What was also great about them is that they were also willing to try new ideas, since they were willing to create a design behind the range that they had never tried before. It came out beautiful!! I am ecstatic that I chose Juan and his team to install the granite in the kitchen, island, and bathroom.Honestly dont hesitate to contact them for your counter top needs, you wont be disappointed!!

Leon and his team are friendly, responsive, and professional. The install was done in a single afternoon and they left the area clean and tidy. I was in a time crunch with some other subs that I contracted, and Leon- the owner, worked a miracle for me. The installers that came out the day of installation took their time to mitigate the dust by taping off and hanging plastic. Its the attention to detail that is very hard to find these days, but this company provides it. Custom Granite Homes provides top notch service. You will not regret hiring them. We hired them to fix our previous contractors work that was poorly done. This included making the seams of our quartz shower look like one continuous piece. My husband and I were in the awe of the results. The team was extremely nice, efficient and truly take care of you. After the work was done, my husband and I noticed a couple seams that needed to be fix that we initially missed and didnt relay back to the team. Custom Granite Homes was more than happy to come back and fix everything we needed...not once but TWICE. That is truly the definition of taking care of their customers to the highest level. We worked with Cynthia to coordinate everything and it such a joy. She is so helpful, incredibly responsive/communicative and addressed all our concerns. After 3 Home Depot granite counters that each had fabrication and installation problems we went with CGH based on reviews, their professional webpage and initial contacts, and competitive price. We spent way too much on exotic stone and hoped to have a perfect fab and install and thats what we got. Im extremely picky and Im a very happy customer. I dont know how things could have been better.BTW, I regularly evaluate reviews for things but am too lazy to leave reviews myself. Leon and Rachel and their entire company have miraculously transformed my kitchen that was built in 1955. Just getting to my home in Lake George is a serious challenge and requires their truck to traverse a VERY steep mountain road. No other companies would come out due to the roads and distance. Janet did a wonderful job answering emails, returning phone calls, adjusting quotes, and calling after installation. I was able to choose my slab and had my counters installed in less than two weeks which was amazing for our timeline. Pricing was fair and everyone I encountered in my home to measure and install wore shoe covers, masks, and left things very clean. I would recommend them to anyone!

Hello! Custom Granite Homes installed granite countertops and tile backsplash in our kitchen. They did a great job! On the day of installation, they arrived on time (actually a little early). They were courteous and I felt they respected our home. They put down coverings on the floor to protect it during the demo process. After they were completed with the install, which took one day, they removed all the debris and had used the shopvac in the area. The tile installation was then completed by Tavo who also did a great job! Tavo also replaced our kitchen faucet. Cynthia was quick to send Jorge out to take care of an issue with the tile that was caused by the previous installation of the microwave. Thank you for addressing that so quickly! WOW, what an awesome experience. We called around and did some research looking for a good fabricator, and. after dealing with two other companys that didnt understand our vision we were fortunate to find Leo with custom granite homes. He came to our home the same day we contacted him gave us even better ideas and understood our vision. Very professional! I requested to have the counters installed before we went on a trip that Sunday. Leo had no problem fabricating installing and perfecting our counter tops, all in four days. We would 110% highly recommend this fabricator when looking for a company to install your granite countertops!We had been looking for quite a while for a reliable fabricator that could 1. show up on time when we had an apt for a quote, 2. give us a reasonable quote that wouldnt break the bank, 3. was professional and polite and knowledgeable. So after having 4 different companies that came by and gave us quotes, we still couldnt get responses to our questions from all these OTHER fabricators, we were going to pull the plug on getting the work done eventhough we had already put a deposit down on the granite. We were fed up and disgusted by the lack of response and unprofessionalism of the fabricators that we received quotes from.We then got a recommendation to use Custom Granite Homes, LLC and had Leon come out and give us a quote. He was responsive, professional, RELIABLE and his staff was SUPERIOR! I cant tell you how happy we are at the workmanship, detail and once again.. RELIABILITY of Leon and his staff. They laid down tarps on our hard wood floors, they put down plastic in the rooms so that they were not walking on our carpet and getting them dirty. The guys that tore out the old kitchen and bathrooms were so polite! everyone had a smile on their faces and Aidee was so responsive to emails and actually called us to remind us about tear out and install days and times!!! WOW! I am pretty hard to please when others do work, but I can say with confidence that the workmanship and eye for detail that Leon and his staff had exceeded my expectation 10 fold! If you are looking for an amazing company to come out and do your remodel, choose this company! You will not be wasting your money! We had several things we wanted done by Custom Granite Homes. We needed new countertops in 2 bathrooms, tile in one of the bathrooms, and a new toilet installed. Picking out the countertop was so fun because they have a huge selection to choose from!Within 3 days after making our choice, Janet called to schedule an installation time and that was only 3 days after. Our team arrived promptly and there was a huge flurry of activity as carpet was pulled up, toilet removed, countertops pulled and away we go. Installation took 1-1/2 days to complete. The boys didn’t even stop for lunch although we were ready to buy it. Donuts were a hit the next morning and again they arrived on time and jumped in on the work. Everything went so smoothly. They cleaned up everything and took away the old carpet and toilet.We were so impressed with the work ethic and professionalism of this company and the men who work for it ( and Janet!). This is rambling, but they are terrific!!

I had a fantastic experience with Leon, Rachel, and their installation team.Leon was able to figure out a layout that would only require us to buy 1 large slab of Taj mahal. All of the other contractors said it would require 2 slabs and the rest would be wasted. Their team is great at communication and I didnt hesitate to reach out to them for questions and concerns.Their installation team is also on time, cleans up well, color matches natural stone perfectly, and did a perfect job on the waterfall edge. The edges are seamless.Other contractors that come in to bid on work ask who did our countertops because they look so nice.If I had to install countertops or work with stone again, I absolutely would hire Custom Granite Homes.

I couldnt be happier with the counter top and service. Cynthia always returned my calls to answer questions very quickly. Leon and the installers were prompt and professional when they came to the home for final measurements and installation. When I first received the bid, I divided the total bid amount by the square feet of the kitchen counter and got a per sq. ft cost a little bit higher than I had expected. However, since I was sold on the professionalism of the company, we moved forward. At the time of installation, I found that my original per sq. ft cost calculation was WRONG. I had forgotten to consider the off-cuts from the slab (one of which was large enough for another full counter in my basement kitchen) and one other piece that I will use for a bar- or bench-top. My final price per square foot was well below what I had originally expected. I highly recommend this company.

Jorge Leon did an excellent job on my kitchen remodel. I asked him for a specific design for my island countertop and he accommodated with a great attitude. I also had him build up my fireplace and create a mantle which he created beautifully. I recently remodeled our primary bathroom, and needed new a new countertop and bath seat fabricated. Given the size of our project, we only needed a partial slab, which can mean you end up with really limited selection, however, I had a very specific look I wanted to achieve. After doing extensive research, calling around, visiting different fabricators, and getting quotes, Custom Granite Homes was the perfect solution. Not only was their quote very reasonable, but they had a large selection of remnants that I was able to select from. I ended up finding a perfect piece of calacatta laza quartz (marble look). They sent someone out to our home to template the project, and 10 days later they arrived on time for the installation. Their office manager, Janet, was very communicative throughout the project which made coordinating the project really seamless. The installers did quality work and left the space clean. We will absolutely work with them again when we replace our kitchen countertops in the future.

I moved into my house the first week of December and Leon made sure my countertops were perfectly installed prior to Christmas. It was a large job (6 bathrooms, 2 bars, and 2 kitchen islands), with exotic granite that was very fragile. They worked long hours and weekends to ensure the job was done well.
