CS Home Solutions did a great job for us. Steve, Aaron, and the rest of the guys were friendly and professional. We were very pleased with the outcome. They extended the walls at the bottom of the basement steps and added a new door. They textured the walls and primed them so I could paint. Will definitely use them again in the future.

Steve and his team are great! Professional, prompt, and responsive from start to finish. Jeff and Mike handled a variety of tasks for my new condo--from hanging a pretty tricky ceiling-track curtain set, to patching and painting drywall and hardware, to adjusting cabinets, to hanging a headboard and multiple paintings. Thanks to them and their expertise, my condo is now completely set up and feels like home! Communicating and working with them was easy and fun, and the process and pricing were transparent throughout. Ive worked with a lot of contractors and handymen, and these guys are among the best! :)

This is my third time using CS Home Solutions and they are the best! I wont go to anyone else. The first project they did had to do with replacing our back door frame. Jeff did such a great job. After two years, the frame still looks wonderful. The second project CS did was installing floating shelves. They turned out so flush and perfect. Jeff did a phenomenal job on-site. Most recently, Jeff came out and helped caulk and clean up my window frame leak. Jeff is always so kind and professional. I always email Steve and he is always on top of it and very responsive. CS has fair pricing as well. I will continue to use CS Home Solutions for future projects!!

CS solutions was great! They were responsive and timely. They called ahead to understand my availability and got the work scheduled quickly. I received and email update with my appointment and a reminder the day before. The tech arrived exactly on time and got the work completed fairly quickly. CS home solutions helped me renovate a bathroom. They did floor tile, bath/shower rebuild, new lighting & electrical, new toilet, really everything but the coat of green paint on the wall. CS was easy to deal with, they were respectful of our time, and the finished product is great!7/18/24 had a leaky hose spigot repaired. Plumber quoted me $1,000+. CS home solutions was able to repair the existing spigot at a fraction of the plumbers quote.

After a beautiful shower remodel and some subfloor reconstruction, I asked the CS team about constructing a primary bedroom up from the studs (including an elevated subfloor). ***1 year update***It has been 1 year since CS Home Solutions renovated/remodeled our property. They are always quick to pick up the phone/ respond and stand behind their work 100%. We had a minor maintenance issue with a subcontracted job that we reached out about. Within a week it was completely repaired at no cost.Could not be happier with the service and finished product!********************I’m a new out of state real estate investor. Finding an attractive investment opportunity was not nearly as difficult as finding the right contractor. Luckily, we received a bid from CS Home Solutions. They were professional, on time, and insightful with all their business dealings. After preparing a bid they shared their vision for the property during an on-site visit. I was so impressed I signed a contract shortly after.The scope of the project included:· Complete wall repair and paint job· New Windows· New Kitchen· New Bathroom· New tile flooring throughout· Design recommendations (fireplace surround, backsplash, shower tile/glass doors)During the project all timelines were met, costs were within Budget, and virtually no oversight was needed. There’s been a ton of interest in the property since we listed it. We are excited for our next opportunity to work together from 2k miles away!

What a great bunch here. I’m hesitant to tell anyone about them because i want them all to myself! Ive had many houses and many handymen. CS is at the top of the pack. Our basement recently flooded and Aaron and his team did a great job in the repairs. Their quote was extremely reasonable (the cheapest we received of 3) and there were no surprise hidden fees at the end when the job was done. Both Aaron and Steve communicated well through the entire process to make it as painless as possible. Aaron even went to three different stores to try to match our previous baseboards to prevent additional costs of changing the entire room. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend them to any of my friends needing renovations.

I wish I could give more stars. We had to do a basement rebuild after an unfortunate sewer backup and these guys handled the project. These guys are hands down the best contractors I have ever worked with - Aaron, Joel (and sorry forgot the name of the other crew member) - they were all amazing. I have high expectations and notoriously hard to please and these guys exceeded my expectations. They work extremely hard, detail oriented, patient with all my requests, and very much wanted to make sure I was happy. And they are super nice!! After they left, I did notice one minor thing that bothered me and they were happy to come back to fix it and more. They have a strong work ethic and take great pride in their work and it shows with the great work to do. They made everything look even better than it did before. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone and will definitely be saving their number if I have any future project! Hire them without hesitation!

I would like to say that CS Home Solutions are very fair when it comes to their pricing. I had a small project that needed to be done primarily in the bathroom however Rob noticed a major leak in the bathroom when he started the job. Unfortunately, Rob was not able to finish the job because the leak was too massive and I needed to contact my insurance to fix the damages. I’d like to say Rob was extremely helpful, nice, and friendly. I contacted his boss who I believe is Steve and explained to him the situation. Since Rob wasn’t able to finish the job because my insurance took over, I asked if he could work with me on the invoice that I owe. I want to say Steve was completely reasonable and worked with me when it came to the total amount due. Overall, I didn’t get to work with the company very much but from their work ethics, I would totally recommend them.

When I was ready to have my kitchen/bathroom floors redone, I started trying to find a flooring contractor and I found CS Home Solutions through Home Advisor. They had nothing but 5 star ratings and so after reading through all the reviews, I decided to go with them for my project. Aaron, came to my house and did the initial appraisal and even at that point I could easily understand why everyone was giving them 5 star reviews. Aaron, was very polite, respectful and was not trying to sell me something I didnt need and was very helpful in suggesting the perfect product for my project. He even brought sample flooring over to my house to help me make the right choice. When it came time to actually do the job, Aaron, Rob and Joel showed up ready to get the job done. My kitchen provided some unusual challenges in laying the flooring which Aaron and his team tackled with no problems. They were also able to get the bathroom floors done the same day!!! Aaron and his team worked tirelessly into the evening to make sure they could get it done. I know how hard they worked and did so without showing any signs of frustration or grumbling and remained very professional and yet also very personable. The work ethic and craftsman expertise that Aaron and his team have are second to none. They each drove in their own vehicles.Jeff measured the existing door, examined all the other door requirements late 1800s home. I asked for a solid wood door and he asked if I had paint for the door, luckily I had a old can with the color code on it. Since I needed them to come back a different day, they worked with my schedule.Jeff replaced the door and was meticulous about making sure it was hanging right due to houses age and tricky adjustments were required. He put a double coat of paint on the door. Yahoo! I now have a door that smoothly and completely shuts and correctly locks.He was proficient, polite, and easy to talk to.
