I’m mostly happy with the speed and attention to detail from First Chicago Plumbing.We had our main water valve replaced due to freezing pipes and this is the kind of service I recommend to anyone who has experienced such problems during the colder months.The technician I talked to was very knowledgeable and patient so now I know a lot about water valves.We are happy we hired this company and will be reaching out straight to them for our future plumbing needs!

Our water heater broke, and we called them to get us a new tankless water heater. We had a newborn in the house during that time, so we needed the replacement to be completed ASAP. We are really happy with the service. My husband and I recommend them with two hands.
