    I had an outstanding experience with Mr. Rooter Plumbing! After our water heater flooded our house, they quickly came to the rescue, making a late evening call to provide us with water for the night. The next day, they returned to replace the water heater and did an excellent job. Caleb, our technician, was both professional and personable, ensuring everything was done right. They even provided us with the necessary documentation for our insurance company. To top it off, they followed up today to let us know when our technician would be arriving and keeping us updated on the status of our service. Highly recommend Mr. Rooter – they truly went above and beyond, and I’ll definitely call them again for any future plumbing needs!

    Very nice. Company should show more professionalism. Letter head receipts. Let customer know if cash is required ahead of time. The gentleman you sent was very nice polite and patient. I don’t know how to work the camera. He has a picture on his phone. Please send receipt and e mail.

    Fantastic customer service. The plumber cdd cam out to give estimate free of charge , no hidden agenda if you decide not use them. No worried, you will want use them due to their fair pricing. They came out the same day to repair my little emergency , at no extra charge for same day . Excellent workmanship. From the lovely woman who answers the phone to book appointment and the knowledgeable plumber, it was a delight. I was kept informed by an actual phone call, not an automated text, when the plumber was running a few minutes late. This personal interaction does not exist in a lot of companies today. When the plumber arrived he had shoe covers on so as not to track dirt into my home. He was quick, efficient and explained everything before he started the job along with the pricing. The owners got it right and I’m thrilled I found Mr Rooter online. Look forward to hiring them in the future.

    Very accommodating professional company with wonderful customer relations. I bought 2 bathroom faucets from Amazon and hired Mr. Rooter to install them. There communication was outstanding and prices are reasonable. One of the faucets was defective and dripped. Mr. Rooter offered to install a new faucet at no charge, even though the defective faucet was not there fault. I would highly recommend this company.

    Caleb went above and beyond while working on our garbage disposal. He was incredibly respectful, responsive and professional; taking his time to walk us through the process and explain each step as he did it.He went out of his way to ensure we were satisfied and understood everything he did and what to do to extend the longevity of our new units. I would recommend Caleb specifically to anyone needing service in the area and if I could give him more than 5 stars I would.

    Managing several retail shopping centers there are always issues that arise. We had a sewer backup at 5pm on a Friday at one of our centers and after calling 2 plumbing companies we typically use they wouldnt respond or wanted to charge an additional $250 just to show up... I called Mr.Rooter and they were happy to assist. Eben showed up within 30 minutes. He was courteous, knowledgeable and immediately evaluated the problem. The repair was completed within 1 hour and the cost was extremely reasonable. Highly recommend. They are my new Go To plumbing company.

    Needed to locate the underground sewer lines/exterior clean out cap. Quick response time, person who answered call was knowledgeable. Technician was courteous, prompt and able to explain the situation in detail. Tech said they keep a file of problems that occurred so any tech can quickly know what was done and how to trouble shoot reoccurring plumbing issues so that you dont have the same service that didnt work long term over and over again. Fantastic company and a pleasure to deal with.

    Very good on the phone to schedule an appointment, technician showed up on time with a call, letting us know he was on his way. He did a great job. It was a very clogged garbage disposal and he cleared the problem. Service within a couple of hours from when I first called so that’s a major plus. Fairly pricey, but I guess you get what you pay for.

    We own an apartment complex with four units. We had a guest leave at 11:00 am and a new guest arriving at three. The previous guest plugged the toilet with an object, and a plunger wouldn’t work. We called Mr. Rooter, and they came out within an hour or so and removed the clog. They quoted me a fair price, and they stood by it. My new guest was able to check in like nothing ever happened.     My husband reported a problem on Sunday. We did receive a call back and was scheduled for an appointment today and I was notified ahead of time when the technician would arrive as I asked for them to call first because I have a dog and everything was done the way I asked And Nelson was great.     So picture this.... middle of the night, toilet is backing up and im panicking. I call mr rooter and they say they can be there within the hour. They are definitely there within LESS than the hour, but the only reason i didnt give them five stars was because of one of their dispatchers named Wendy. She was super freaking rude and to the point where I was about to cancel the whole thing because I didnt feel comfortable anymore. They sent a plumber named Mike out. And let me tell you that guy was so freaking nice and easy going. A far cry from Wendy their dispatcher. Mike made me feel secure that he was gonna do it and there was a certain calm about him. Changed my whole experience around. Im glad i didnt cancel because of Wendy. She had this attitude over me using a different card that belonged to a friend who was gonna pay for it because I didnt have my wallet at the time, and when i told her if she could just tone it down a bit because i felt like she was being super aggressive she gave me more attitude about how its policy. I get that its policy but, she could of been calmer and nicer the way she asked. Wendy made it seem like i stole the card or something and im not a thief. Maybe it was late for her, but it was like 830 so if she doesnt like to work or know how to talk to people correctly, then she should find another job that maybe doesnt involve people. But! None of that matters because Mike changed my mind! Its people like him that make a company keep going despite the Wendys in their company. He was helpful and knowledgeable and made my experience alot better. The manager was nice too. I got quoted just for the clog because thats what i needed. And they accommodated me. I appreciate everyone for making it easy after dispatch. Anyway, thanks Mike!!!

    LOOK NO FURTHER YOU FOUND YOUR PLUMBER!!! Brian and Michael came out to my property to fix a slap leak that Admiral Plumbing failed miserably at repairing!     I can’t say enough good things about Mr. Rooter - Deerfield location. My clients were under the gun to get a plumbing inspection for the roof vent / something the roofing company could not do. Francesca was absolutely fantastic in getting through the city’s red tape to get the proper permit and inspection. A small job for them; a major headache for my clients.     We had a handyman out to fix our shower yesterday and they left the bath in total disarray with a slow leak. Mr. Rooter sent out Brian and he fixed the problem in maybe half an hour. The handyman had told us it would be a 6 hour job & they needed to replace a whole valve. Brian was kind, professional and showed up right on time. My husband dealt with Francesca on the phone and she was also very kind & professional. She offered my husband all of the various ways to pay for the job and got someone out to us quickly to resolve our problem. We will be using them for all of our future plumbing needs.

    We had a leak coming from the hot water handle in our kitchen in sink. After consultation with Kohler, they sent us a repair kit. I first called Paradise Plumbing, having worked with them before. Their technician said the existing water handle assembly would have to be cut off and the entire faucet replaced. they gave a quote for doing that work (but with me supplying the new faucet)I then called Mr. Rooter, and Delvin came out. He said there was no need to cut off anything. He was able to remove the existing faucet handle assembly and valve, and started installing the new one from Kohler. He then discovered that the supply hoses had a different type connector from the one that was on the faucet. He got on the phone with me Kohler and they were able to figure out that Kohler had sent the wrong assembly kit to. They are sending the correct kits next week and Delvin will come out to install them. We would only pay for a 2nd service call (and Kohler has agreed to re-imburse us for that). Delvin then re-assembled the faucet and told us to call when the new kits arrive.Delvin was friendly, courteous and knowledgeable - everything one could want.To top it off, Mr. Rooters charges were less than the quote from Paradise and I dont have to buy a new faucet.

    I called on behalf of my 90 year old neighbor that had a slow drain. I’ve flipped and built houses from scratch for a living until i retired recently. Honest dude and trustworthy in my opinion. He knew his stuff, and ya i quizzed him on the roto reamer type, older 1957 built homes, interior wall pipes etc etc. So with the service call fee $75 and him running 30 feet of the reamer into the pipes, the total was about $275. And this old home did not have an exterior plumbing clean out port… so he had to do it through the kitchen drain port. Good guy, i would use him again. And no his truck doesnt have the fresh beautiful paint job showed on the website. Who cares if you are good at what you do?

    Mr. Rooter installed my dishwasher. We purchased it from Lowes and paid Lowes for installation. When the installer came, he wouldnt do the installation, because there is a small cabinet in between the dishwasher and the sink. He just up and left. Now I had to scramble. I heard about Mr. Rooter and called. I spoke with Sheryl and she could hear how distraught and upset I was. She got an installer to come out to my house that afternoon. He had no problem with the installation. He was very careful, clean and considerate of my home. Everything was very professional and my dishwasher runs perfectly. He checked a few things and said he would return the following morning with a colleague to get the job done. He and Mike worked to minimize damage to my wall and were able to replace the damaged pipe with PVC. They also proactively helped me find a water damage restoration company who arrived just as Mr. Rooter was finishing up. Mike and Henry were good natured, funny, helpful, and always willing to explain what they were doing, what they found, and what the next steps would be.
