    To say that we are happy with what we had done is an understatement. Taylor and Jody did so much work in our house to get us clean, soft, hot water with pressure!! They were fast (less than a day) and Jacob came out for a follow up visit 2 days later. I also need to add that Katie was exceptional on the scheduling and keeping us up on a daily basis for the equipment that was ordered.THANK YOU ALL!!

    I recently had a leaking toilet issue due to a bad wax ring and reached out to a few plumbing companies for pricing and availability. I decided to go with 1Tom Plumber of Madison, and Iā€™m so glad I did! They were able to send someone to my home within the hour, which was impressive given the urgency of the situation. Their pricing was also very reasonable, especially for what felt like an emergency to me.Kaiti, the manager, was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable as she talked me through the initial process. Soon after our call, I received a text introducing Jacob, the plumber who would be handling my issue, complete with a photo. This thoughtful touch really reassured meā€”itā€™s nice to know who to expect, especially in todayā€™s world!Jacob arrived promptly and was one of the best plumbers Ive encountered. He was polite, efficient, and got right to work. Within minutes, he had my toilet removed, the new wax ring installed, and the toilet replaced. What impressed me even more was that he took the time to examine my toilet for any potential damages that I might not have noticed. His thoroughness was greatly appreciated.Overall, I couldnā€™t recommend 1Tom Plumber of Madison enough!     I had an excellent experience with 1-Tom-Plumber. When I had an issue with my sink, they were able to schedule a visit quickly. Jake, the technician, was prompt, professional, and very informative. He not only fixed the problem but also explained how to diagnose similar issues in the future and the next steps to more permanently resolved it in the future. His friendly demeanor and communication made the whole process delightful. Iā€™m thoroughly pleased with the service and would highly recommend them!Edit: I just got further service with Jody which continues my excellent experience with 1-Tom-Plumber. He was incredibly friendly and very experienced. They continue to provide excellent service!

    We had a shower valve that wouldnā€™t turn off. It was a scary experience being new homeowners and not entirely understanding the issue. I was able to book online the night of and they called me the next morning to confirm the appointment. This was really important since our water had to be shut off during this process and we were going into the weekend.When they sent the technician out to our house they provided a photo of who to expect which was a really nice touch. Jacob arrived and was super friendly and professional from the get go. He made sure to keep shoe covers on when going throughout the house and was really great with our two dogs. He kept me updated throughout the process with what was going on. He was also very transparent about the cost of the service and parts/repair from the beginning.Jacob was in and out within an hour and the shower handle works better than it did prior to the issue. Highly recommend 1-Tom-Plumber for all your plumbing needs. They were amazing! And highly recommend Jacob specifically.

    Jacob from 1-Tom-Plumber came to my home to do some work in our lower level basement which we were finishing off to include a wet bar etc, and a drain for the upstairs bathtub had to be moved to incorporate the sink. First of all, the scheduling was super fast and efficient, which was done by Katie. She was very responsive and pleasant to work with. Jacob showed up on time and I was notified about 20 minutes prior to his arrival, which was nice. From the moment that he walked in our front door he was very personable and respectful. He put protectors over his work boots right at the front door and would take them off and put them back on when he needed to go to his truck, which we appreciated. He did great work and we enjoyed talking to him. When he was done he cleaned up the work area really well. They are now my go-to plumber and I will continue to request Jacob for future jobs.

    Very professional from the front office to Jacob showing up to remedy the cause of a plugged kitchen sink & getting it running again. Explained everything from living in a condo with 3 other units using the same pipes, etc. & what issues that can present. Within an hour or so water traveling down the drain much faster than I remember.

    Woke up Sat morning, sewage back up in floor drain in the basement. Family coming over, needed it unplugged, asap!The first number I got an answering service. Someone will get back to you before 8 am tomorrow(Sunday)!Really and that is urgent assistance.Called the next plumber, 1 -Tom-Plumber.Katie answered right away, was very personable and said we can have someone come out today. Great what time...as it was now 10:40. She said between 1 and 3. Jake showed up at 1:20. Told him weve lived here 6yrs and we have had this issue several times.Husband snaked it all those times and we had a plumber out once.Only Jake took the time to listen, explain what he was going to do and then said he would talk to me about the issue.He was so kind and knowledgeable. Always smiling. My family and I played cards in the kitchen. When done he explained, showing us what the camera saw. Issue would keep happening as there was no pitch in the pipe from the bathroom to where the pipe drained into the main pipe to flow out. He suggested a few things we could do. He answered all our(my aunt, my two uncles and my uncles girlfriend) questions. He sat at the table and took the time! When he left, we all were saying he is so knowledgeable, feels like weve known him for a long time, will recommend him to anyone who has plumbing issues. I cant thank him enough. We finally know the issue and some steps to correct the problem. We will definitely call 1-Tom-Plumber in the future and will ask for our friend, Jake. Madison is blessed you moved here. Also, Jake, well have a Pepsi and some šŸ• waiting for you. šŸ˜

    From start to finish, Jacob was professional. He listened to my explanation of the problem, and explained the likely issue. When I wanted to see what was going on, he included me as he diagnosed the problem (cool camera into the ā€œgutsā€ of the pipe), then proceeded to unclog the system. Work done efficiently and effectively - and I now have a new visual perspective (and appreciation) for our homeā€™s plumbing.

    We found a growing wet spot coming through the drywall in our bathroom ceiling. We contacted 1-Tom plumbing and they sent plumber Taylor Swanson out in less than 2 hours. He was able to find the leaking waste line, repair it quickly and clean up afterwards. Taylor provided fast, friendly service and did a great job. We will definitely use them again.

    I had to get a leaky faucet repaired, and this place was super friendly on the phone, which is good since I dont much like making calls. We did have to reschedule an appointment, but they gave me a discount for it, which was nice of them. The new shower faucet works great, and they even answered my questions about installing a dishwasher down the line with them. Will definitely keep this place in mind for my plumbing needs!

    Taylor was awesome! He called to let me know he was on his way and arrived on time. He immediately put covers on his shoes when entering my home. He was courteous, polite and knowledgeable.     Couldnā€™t recommend more! Iā€™ve been trying to find a good and affordable plumber all summer and feel like I finally have! 1 Tom quoted me hundreds of dollars less than Home Depot or All Comfort for my water heater replacement and were so kind, professional, and helpful. They went above and beyond to work me into their schedule on a busy day, had overall great communication, and were so easy to work with. After the replacement they gave me some tips about my house (always appreciated as a non-handy first time home owner) to prevent future issues and were very genuine and helpful. If I ever have plumbing needs again I will definitely call them first!

    Called around for a leaking toilet, others were not able to come out until 2 or more weeks and had high service call/travel rates, I called 1 Tom and they were able to come out within a day and had very reasonable rates, specially with being able to come out so soon. The cost for repair was within reason and the plumber did an amazing job! I thought the text with the plumbers picture, letting you know they were on their way, was great also! I will definitely be calling them again soon!

    I had Jody Rowland come over to fix our toilet that was leaking. He is a great man, well knowledgeable and knows his work very well. He explained the issue very well and made everything to fix the problem. His work was clean, picked up everything after and even cleaned the surroundings.     Called at 6pm and was given a next day appointment. Jody Rowland came out to complete the work for me and went above and beyond his duty as a plumber. Itā€™s not often you find a guy willing to have a real conversation while heā€™s trying to compete his work, but Jody was. Hats off to a guy who understands the service he provides and is willing to go the extra mile by being personable and kind while exercising efficiency in his work. Great guy.     This was the best plumbing service Ive received in my nearly 30 years of living in the area. Ive had a leaking Jacuzzi tub faucet for over 15 years. Why so long? Because Ive had other more popular places in the area try to fix it only to get so far and essentially give up. Or, give me a bunch of leg work to do to get the job completely finished. Ive also had a leaky shower faucet. Same popular plumber in the area never really fixed it.I called 1-Tom-Plumber who promptly scheduled and sent Jody to my place in Sun Prairie. I requested my toilet tank flusher to be replaced, fix the leaky shower, and let me know what can be done with the leaky Jacuzzi faucet. First visit Jody fixed the toilet and the leaky shower faucet. Next visit he started working on the Jacuzzi leak but ran into issues. He evaluated the issue, came up with a solution and came back a second time and fixed it! 15 years and a handful of other attempts and nobody seemed to want to fix it until Jody came along.Call this place first if you have plumbing needs and need the job done right and completely the first time! I could not be more satisfied with the work done!

    No one prepared me for the day Iā€™d go into my basement to find my sewer backing up into my laundry room šŸ¤¢šŸ¤¢. I called 1-Tom-Plumber because they had the highest rating on Google reviews and for good reason. The dispatcher answered while she was driving but took my name and called me back as soon as she was off the highway! David was at my door two hours later and did a speedy job of clearing the blockage. He was really friendly and showed me the camera of my sewer line and gave me tips for cleaning up the mess. I was so relieved that they were able to come and fix the problem so quickly! I highly recommend 1-Tom-plumber.
