    Tim from BMW was fantastic. He came out to help us find a serious leak that we were having trouble locating. Turns out it was our hot water heater. He was able to determine our heater was under warranty and replaced it with a new heater within a few hours. I highly recommend Tim at BMW!

    Tom my technician was very helpful. I amDealing with a major leak which has caused the need for restoration work. Tom was here for a minor problem with my garbage disposal. He noticed that a portion of the plastic that is covering my kitchen ceiling showed signs of another leak. He diagnosed where the leak was coming from and will be addressed by the restoration company. Without him I would not have noticed the problem. Now it can be rolled into the restoration project and corrected. Very helpful and nice guy.

    BMW is our go-to company for all plumbing issues in our home. We called this morning around 8:30 AM to repair a leaking toilet. Dan, our BMW technician, arrived right on time and fixed our problem promptly and efficiently. Dan left our bathroom cleaner than it was when he arrived. He took the time to explain everything including the extra work needed to fix our problem.

    Great service. I had a toilet installed and the plumber (Ed) was very knowledgeable and efficient. He was able to make the new toilet fit so that my wood floor would not have to be touched up.     Very good service and communications. Professional technicians. Our previous plumbers became unreliable with their availability, and most looked like cast from Game of Thrones. Only knock is that BMW is very expensive. Routine kitchen sink rodding and outdoor line with camera cost us significantly more than we’ve ever paid before. We rod annually as a preventative measure.

    BMW has always done wonderful work for me. This recent visit was no exception. I needed a replacement faucet for my kitchen sink and they not only replaced the faucet, they also supplied the replacement fixture. They also quickly found and fixed a shower leak.They came on time, did excellent work and let the worksite immaculate. I highly recommend them.

    Outstanding service. I had gotten 3 quotes for a job, I chose BMW and Im glad I did. They were not the least expensive and not the most expensive. They provided a detailed quote and an overview of the job that was to be done. they pulled the permits and completed the job under budget and on time.     Just incredibly responsive, thorough and knowledgeable. We live in a 75 year old home, so you can imagine how often things need to be repaired or replaced. We are grateful to have found BMW. They know our home plumbing inside and out. Most recently, they came the very same day when our 25 year old sump pump finally gave out. Within 2 hours we had a working temp in place and a clearly written plan for upgrading the installation site and a permanent replacement. Highly recommend.

    Our plumber was able to prioritize our various leaks and frozen valves and give us an array of options for what to fix and when to minimize our cost while preventing a catastrophic failure. In the end we spent 75% less than a competing quote from a less-experienced plumber. This saved us about $4500. We are repeat customers, and had a similar experience when BMW came out and rodded our drain line last spring.Highly recommended. We will definitely use BMW again!

    I am mindblown at the quality of the service I received with BMW. Andy’s management and communication was top notch. His reassurance that they would take care of the issue took away so much anxiety and stress. He sent Christian out who was able to tackle every issue that kept popping up with my kitchen sink (the previous owners cut alottt of corners). He was so courteous and professional and thanks to him I’ve had no issues with my kitchen sink since he’s been out.     Always the best and most courteous service!!!!So this is the second time that I have used BMW and they are great to work with. I had a shower faucet whose cartridge was broken and I had water spraying out the handle. I called Mike over the weekend and instead of telling me he was on his way, he walked me through the process to handle it in the short term so as not to have to pay for weekend service charges. We followed up on Monday and Ed came out on Tuesday morning and explained everything he was doing and repaired my cartridge quickly and efficiently.These are just great guys to work with, and I continue to be a big fan!

    Conrad was the representative of BMW. He was punctual and most helpful, and in addition to the reason for the visit (changing the batteries in my battery backup for the sump pump), I had arranged for him to look at a few minor problems with our plumbing. He was thorough and had parts in his truck to solve those problems, plus cleaning out a very slow drain in the master bath. The visit was, to me, top-rated.

    BMW has been wonderful for us. We had pipes burst during a cold spell and they not only fixed they pipes, we had no heat because the water froze the furnace.     Mike and his crew at BMW work in a methodical and systematic way to identify problems before embarking on a job. We had a number of plumbers out to look at a storm sewer drainage problem and they all quickly jumped to conclusions about what work needed to be done before really analyzing the situation. Thankfully, we didnt use those other plumbers as they were entirely wrong about the nature of the problem. BMW is not inexpensive, but the workmanship is first rate and thus worth it.

    BMW is very responsive to customer needs and they work with you to fit service into your schedule as well as theirs. The plumber explains what needs to be done for repair, what, if any, issues may arise due to age of the fixture being repaired or the configuration of the wall, floor, location of the fixture, etc. I appreciate knowing what issues there may be prior to an issue actually arising.I called BMW after I came home from vacation and found a pipe had sprung a leak inside a wall and the plumbing company I had used for over 20 years told me Id have to wait, they were busy, and it would be at least 2 days before they could work me in. Even though I had shut off the water at the main prior to leaving, it turned out it was broken and although it slowed the leak, it did not shut off the water flow 100%. Water was under my hardwood floor and had soaked the bottom third of the wall and was continuing to flow. I needed help immediately--BMW had someone out almost immediately. I will always appreciate that kind of responsiveness.

    I had a water pipe freeze up in my attic noted on December 23 in the evening,... left a message received a call 730 am on the 24th to confirm BMW visit at 8 AM a.m. on the 24th.The plumber advised immediate correction of insulation in the attic which I wish fortunately was able to do on the morning the 24th which saved potential water pipe leak and considerable damage.     Oy! Coldest beginning of Chicago areas winter in decades and -OF COURSE- the drain freezes on the second floor master and water backs up and pours out all over the floor first thing in the morning, down the walls and to the first floor (historic home). I called several places and none had the sense of urgency that I required. I do not know when someone can come out or Well, it might be this evening, but well get to ya. or (my personal favorite) yes, everyone has an emergency this morning... but not BMW. They answered the phone promptly, listened to my request and-perhaps- my frustration, put me on hold for a moment then mobilized DAN who was there in about 15 minutes. He worked independently, was very knowledgable and generous with his knowledge, helpful and considerate with the demands of the home, clean and courteous. While I cannot reference the bill as I have not seen it yet ( the repair is a multiple day deal) I can tell you that the service and experience is professional, prompt and efficient. I would strongly recommend BMW Plumbing. I will update, again, with a cost=value opinion once the bill is received.

    I have been using BMW for years and they have always been really good to our family. Today they really went above and beyond and I am so impressed with them that I had to write this review. I have been having trouble with my grills gas line and its been a tough problem to diagnose and fix, but they have been methodical and thoughtful in their approach and figured it out. They didnt charge me the last two times they came out because they charged me the first visit and stood behind their work. They are helpful, punctual, professional and I will never use any other company for my plumbing and gas work.

    BMW Plumbing of Deerfield, IL did a fine and timely job installing a new hot water heater. We chose to install a power assisted direct vent model and the service manager was very patient answering my many questions.
