    Extremely responsive and helpful throughout the entire transaction. We had a water supply hose from our washing machine break last night. While we were able to stop the water, we were not able to call the repair company until the following day. I called Plumbing SFL first thing this morning, and we wound up having an appointment scheduled for the afternoon. The technician actually arrived before the anticipated time and was able to repair the hose with no problem.The communication throughout the entire process was fantastic. I would highly recommend this company for your plumbing needs.

    The owners of this company actually cares which is so refreshing. They are very professional, meticulous and knowledgeable. I have inquired many plumbers for the job that had to be done with insane responses and prices. This is the only company that knew what the issue was and the fix at a reasonable price and time to fix. They also provided recommendations on another project which was so appreciated. Again, these guys care about their customers and their reputation and it shows with the work and service.

    The best of the best! Excellent service, professional, honest and upfront. Our water heater was leaking, we called them today 9/16/24 at 10:08 am and Rober the technician was at our home before 10:30 am. He verified the issue and we needed a new one. He went to get the new one and was back in no time. He installed the new water heater and was done before noon. Highly recommend Plumbing SFL.

    I had a slab Leak that was causing water to leak into my walls and flood my bedroom and my home office. Jose from Plumbing SFL immediately responded to my phone call and sent out Brandon the same day. Within hours I had three technicians searching for the leak. They found where the problem was the same night and refused to leave until they stopped the water from leaking. Once they determined the cause they went into repair mode. Because the leak was in the slab, they had to reroute a new water line, which was not an easy or a fun job. Day two they had a new water line in place. Unfortunately, Phase II the cleanup stage was next. Jose with Plumbing SFL recommended another company to come in and assess the damage to start the repair and clean up phase with my Insurance Company. ***** 5 Stars I would Highly recommendSince this review I had another Slab leak.     I used Plumbing SFL to replace a water heater about a month ago - I was referred to them by someone that knew Joses Dad and used him for years. Damian and Jose were able to install a new water heater that day and it was a rainy Friday. They were honest, professional and efficient and I would recommend them for any job. Last nite my toilet started to overflow, and I texted Damian and he sent Robert out today, again Professional and honest and Robert will be back tomorrow to install a new toilet. I highly recommend this company for anyone that is looking for an honest plumber.

    My window was 9 - 11 and Robert arrived at 9:30 which was great! He was courteous, professional and did a great job on 2 toilets. I have no complaints in regard to the service. I would only observe that the prices for the necessary parts seemed a bit high to me as compared to those at the home stores. On the other hand perhaps I am just out of touch with the price of plumbers these days due to inflation. I am a senior citizen living in a 55+ community and I would definitely recommend SFL to my neighbors.

    I was recommended to plumbing SFL by a friend and I must say they did not disappoint. I had a list of repairs to faucets and shower head placement. I called the other day to set up an appointment and explain what I needed done. Once the repairs were done I couldnt have been more happy with how it came out. They were quick and efficient.     I could not be more happy that I decided to go with Plumbing SFL. I had a slab leak, and my house flooded. Before my GC recommended Plumbing SFL, I had three different plumbing companies come to my home to provide estimates. Every company had a different approach to fixing the issue and had completely different prices. Unless I wanted to pay for my entire home to be rerouted, none of the other companies could reassure me that they could find and fix the problem and stay within their estimate. So I decided to trust my GC, who had dealt with them before and hoped for the best. Luckily, the work and service they provided were exactly what I signed up for. They fixed the leak, did more work than initially estimated, and stuck with the estimate. Its very hard to find trustworthy people in South Florida; these guys are trustworthy and professional experts.

    I have used Plumbing South Florida for the last year and a half and their quality of work is impeccable. Their response time is immediate and they fit me on their schedule with-in the next 6-8 hrs. If it’s an emergency they come if it’s a valve swap or shower system they put me on their schedule and always show up early, get the job done thoroughly and fully communicate pricing before hand. Often times plumbers hit you with a surprise bill, South Florida Plumbing does not do that at all the price is always consistent with their prior communication.     This company is great! I realized that there was a leak in the kitchen sink. I called Plumbing SFL around 8 PM, spoke to a live person and arranged an appointment for the following day.
