    We contacted Kyle Plumbing to replace our hot water heater. I booked an appointment on their website and quickly received a text confirmation. I was so pleased that I was able to communicate via text because it’s so convenient. When I inquired if we could get an earlier appointment, they were so accommodating and got someone out here a day earlier. Rick was thorough and professional. He left the work area spotless. I highly recommend Kyle Plumbing. In fact, I also recommend purchasing one of their service programs. We purchased the Gold Plan and received a discount on our service — enough to cover the cost of the program. It was a no brainer.

    Great company. Never had any issues. From calling there office, scheduling a day and time to come out for our yearly inspection on our commercial backflow, in a fast response.     Had the best experience with this company. Black Friday and they answered the phone. Had emergency, garbage disposal backed up. Had to have a roto rooter done. Someone came same day.     I needed help with my kitchen sink drain and Kyle Plumbing is headquartered nearby in Deerfield Beach and has an outstanding customer service interface to schedule the visit by the plumber. Moses was the lead technician on my visit and he and his associate were incredibly professional, personable and efficient in explaining the options for the services I needed. After agreeing to that, I could not be more pleased with the experience. I also got quotes for more work I want in the shower to replace the shower cartridge, tub spout and waste assembly. The prices are fair for top-notch professional work that is warranteed. Highly recommended!

    We had an after hours plumbing emergency. Discovered kitchen pipe causing a flood and house was about to be tented for 4 days. Pest control needed access to water so we had to keep water on. As always Kyle showed up when we called. The tech Moses had a quick solution with the best price option.     I contacted the Tempra tankless water heater people, I believe located in MA state, and was given Kyle Plumbing for installation. Three hours later their technician, Moses, arrived.     Kyle Plumbing was a pleasure to work with! Yazmin set up an appt for my friend in Pompano Beach on Friday. Eddie B. was there at 8AM sharp on Monday morning (and texted when he was on his way). He replaced an ancient garbage disposal after offering three repair options with exact prices. Even better, we thought hed have to snake one drain, but Eddie cleaned a filter (at no charge!) to quickly get it working again. Great job!

    We had an urgent issue and Kyle came out same day. I was advised of a $95 dispatch fee that would be applied against any work needed. The plumber saw the water stain, cut a mall hole in the drop ceiling and advised that the leak was coming from the unit above. Then he left and we got a bill for $175. I was not informed that the minimum inspection fee would be $175, I assumed they would inform me of any costs before starting work. I called and told the admin people they should better inform their customers what to expect when a teck arrives on-site. I dont know how their $175 per hour compares to other plumbers in our area, but at least now I know what to ask.

    I Just wanted to thank Kyle Plumbing and especially Louis their plumber who came out. From the moment I had a leak I was able to get ahold of Kyle plumbing and they came the same day.     Kyle P did the plumbing for my new bathroom. Eddie took out the old toilet; Kadeem installed new shower valve with some pipes, then installed new toilet and shut-off valve plus the shower trim. The office staff and plumbers are responsive, courteous, professional and they do very good work. I guess their prices are comparable to other plumbers, but a friend in the construction business said Kyle P’s prices are lower than others he’s seen. I would definitely use them again and would not hesitate to refer them to family and friends.

    I have used this company for a number of years now. I was a long distance landlord for many years and they have taken care of many issues without my needing to be on site. Off hours service is great, as I had two instances of a water main break that was taken care of promptly.     I got the number for Kyle Plumbing from my parents when our water heater started leaking. They were immediately helpful in giving us a likely diagnosis and were able to get someone out the next day. They were on time and efficient. After the water heater was installed, they called to follow up and make sure everything was okay. A week later, we had an issue (the timer was broken, likely the whole time and the previous owners hadn’t told us), and we weren’t getting hot water. It was the Monday before Thanksgiving and we have a 15 week old baby, and even though they were busy, they got someone out the next day to fix it for us. They also sent us a handwritten thank you note. We definitely recommend Kyle Plumbing!

    I had a major clog in my Guest House and did not know who to call. I called my Realtor and he recommended Kyle Plumbing. I called them at 8:30 AM and They showed up within 1 Hour. They found the Clog and spent time to make sure that they did a Perfect Job. Being in a service business myself the job with any other Plumber would have costed in upwards of $250.00. The bill was only $180.00 and they even took off $40.00 for me for a first time customer. The technician was a great guy and I had to tip him. Indira took my call, understood my issue and the urgency and was able to get a technician to my home quickly. Moses came to my apartment today and saved the day by fixing a really hard to find leak in my bath tub.This leak was such a headache and I thought it would never be fixed. A plumber from a different company came to my place twice to fix the leak and couldnt find it. Moses pretty much found it right away and fixed it very very very fast. He was so nice too.     I was pleased with the plumbing services performed by Kyles Plumbing. It was a job that I thought was going to be much larger and was ready for the worst. They showed up as scheduled and carefully surveyed the damage and what was actually needed. With a bathroom that has older one by one tile the plumber did his best to keep as much of original tile work intact so not to make the job much more expansive. He did the work well while we were busy working around him with other tasks in the small condo. He did have a minor delay did occur due his gas blow torch not being full enough. He was very apologetic for the mistake took full responsibility for the issue, and as quick as possible resolved the problem and resumed work.The office staff was friendly and quick to respond to all questions.It was also easy to schedule during the high season in South Florida.I would recommend Kyles Plumbing and will hire them again for my plumbing needs.

    Went to the Better Business Bureau website to find a plumber to install a garbage disposal. Kyle got good reviews and I made an appointment for a 10-12noon timeframe. In addition to the garbage disposal I wanted a toilet seat installed as I could not get the old one off and 2 shower heads replaced. Received a call on the morning of the appointment and was asked if they can come earlier, my response: OF COURSE!!! Andrew did a great job on all as well as me asking a few questions plumbing related questions. Definitely would recommend them.
