I have known these guys for years. I ask CWC for help when the situation is difficult. For example, 12’ deep sewer connection in freezing weather. Leak showing in a ceiling in a two million dollar house. Move tub to the other side of bathroom for new layout. Install 10,000$ toilet. Yes, problems have happened, but these guys always answer the phone, they don’t run away from issues. Five stars.

After thorough research and asking around, we found Chicago Water Connection and couldnt be happier we hired them. Absolutely reliable, very knowledgeable and pleasure to work with. We built an addition to our house and needed an upgrade to our water system to enhance water pressure. At our initial meeting, Tom gave us with an accurate quote, which ended up being our actual cost and provided us with helpful advise. The company completed the project in a timely matter. Except for a super slim, barely visible mark in the pavement, one couldnt say there was any work done. Very highly recommend!

I have used Chicago Water Connection for all my plumbing needs since 2012. I have been in the construction business for over 25 years. I am also a licensed realtor who recommended his services for multiple clients. He has done simple things like water heater and sump pump replacements to installing new plumbing for a whole house. He specializes in new outdoor water service , sewer installation and repairs. Hands down Tom from Chicago Water Connections is the best in the business.

Chicago Water Connection quickly responded, astutely diagnosed and fixed our issue at a reasonable price. It can be hard to find the right plumbers at the right price when an emergency happens, but we were very pleased with the team at Chicago Water Connection.

Chicago Water Connection personnel responded quickly to my call and scheduled the appointment for the next day. Tom arrived on time and quickly identified the problem with my sewage pipe. The problem was near the citys main connection, and the distance exceeded any heavy-duty drain rodding machines. Tom not only had the appropriate equipment but to prevent future clogging, he cleaned the inside pipe with the 6-8 blade and verified all with the camera at the end. Tom was quick and professional. Definitely, I recommend Chicago Water Connection for any piping or plumbing issues.
