We have had great experiences with Aqua Systems. Most recently, Jesse performed our annual maintenance. His pre-appointment communications were excellent and helped us manage the appointment efficiently with our busy schedules. He did a very thorough job inspecting, cleaning, and testing the system and our water. It’s reassuring to understand how much the system does to keep our water cleaner, which promotes better health.

When we relocated to Huntsville in 2020, our first enhancement to our new home was the Aqua Systems SmartChoice™ Gen II High-Efficiency water softener. This system has significantly improved our daily activities by alleviating the high limestone content in the city-supplied water. We continue to see negligible limestone deposits in our water heater, washing machine, and dishwasher. Showers have become a more pleasurable experience, and we enjoy better-tasting tea and coffee. We are glad that Aqua Systems is diligent and efficient in supporting our system, as demonstrated by Jeremy, one of their technicians, who performed routine maintenance on it the other day. His punctuality, politeness, and professionalism are qualities we have come to expect from the folks at Aqua Systems.

Tech Jeremy came to my house the very next day and was able to fix the small part in our 3M Salt Water Softener... another plubming company in Huntsville made it sound like it was going to be impossible to fix and was pitching me a new system... I knew that sounded wrong. Jeremy fixed it in like 10 min for less than 10% of the cost of a new system. He was very good, and I just feel bad he drove so far to get to me. I was shocked a Pelham company would service Huntsville. Great work. Glad to know we can reach out in the future for our salt water filter, also the tankless water heater which he said they service, and also HVAC systems... just hoping I dont need yall for a long time. :-) Thank you.

I put in a water softener and a reverse osmosis system 4 years ago. My water is good and I know that with the reverse osmosis system, even if we ever have an issue like they have had in some many communities across the US, my water will be safe. Aqua Systems checks it and changes filters every year to keep everything running smoothly.

Bethany contacted me to schedule our annual maintenance service. She made sure we were informed from the time we made the appointment through the time he completed the service and left.Devon Gamble came to our house for maintenance. He was very thorough in his water testing before he worked on our system. He also answered each question that my husband had. He shared with us about upcoming services to help us to make plans, and he also made sure we knew about the Comfort Care service (which saves us a ton of time).Definitely recommend AquaSystems for water filtration maintenance!’ Excellent on every level!!

We had Austin for our install. Very professional and considerate of our time. He thoroughly explained how the system worked and encouraged us to call if we had any questions. While setting this up, their call center has been quick to answer and always friendly. The water was tested before he left and is great, no smell or chlorine taste!

I called to report an issue with my softener, and the team in the office was very easy and pleasant to work with. The technician Jeremy was prompt and did an excellent job of explaining what was going on. He corrected my issues and double checked to ensure my system was functioning. Overall a very good experience.

We are sooo excited about getting our water filter system! Scott came to our home and performed several tests on our water. He filtered a bucket of water and showed us how much soap was left in one of my clean towels. He washed a wine glass that I thought was clean and showed me all of the spots. The filter water had no spots. He also had me to wash one hand in filtered water and the other in my sink water. I could tell the difference between Scott’s filtered water and the water I buy. His water made me feel soft.I could go on and on.I didn’t say anything but I had already ordered a kit and tested some things and knew the levels of the water coming from my sink were not correct. The chlorine is so high that we shouldn’t swim in it! I was so upset that I called our water department supervisor and complained and was given a non-satisfying response. AQUASystems does ALL of the installation. They even had the utility company come and mark water, gas and electric lines for safety. This system doesn’t take up much room either. Cost about $12.00 a year for salt to put in it. It’s going to pay for itself pretty quick from what I figured. This gunk (pictured below) will go away too from my faucets, drains and shower heads. I’m so happy!!!!P.S. My sister-in-law has one and said it makes such a difference that she can tell it needs salt by the way her shower water feels and the feel of her clothes. No need for fabric softener anymore either.

We’ve had our system for about one year and love it. Service one year later was excellent. Easy to schedule. While we had a window for arrival, we could track our technician which allowed me to run a few errands before he arrived. He was in and out in about an hour, checking everything from water softness and purity, to changing filters where needed and making sure system was operating properly. Highly recommend Aqua Systems

I was glad to have servicing of the water softener, as well as a re-bed of the carbon filter, which was needed after four years and based on water use. An outstanding representative. All in All Aqua systems did a good job installing. Things they did well: 1. Showed up when they said they would. 2. Knowledgeable about the system 3. Would call and give an estimated drive time when they were on the way. Things that could have been improved. 1. Have all the parts needed to install in one day, versus four separate visits. 2. Better communication between the salesman and the installers. Several issues that had to be resolved. 3. Stop using the cheapest fittings for Pex. Overall the company did make every effort to make things right.

Devon takes care of us!! This winter our water and iron tank froze and we had to call Aqua Systems in to get us up and going after the weather cleared up.Devon was out that day to troubleshoot. Turned out we needed a new tank which he replaced the following day. Great company to work with. Prompt ,courteous and professional service as allways!!I wouldnt use anyone else!!

In a dependable and timely fashion, Aqua Systems lead field technician -- Austin Maddox -- made a warranty service call to replace my reverse-osmosis (RO) storage tank which was no longer able to hold pressure for sufficient water flow from the RO faucet. (The water flow was down to a slow trickle even though I had replaced all the filter cartridges -- precarbon, membrane, and post carbon!)After confirming that my tank was truly defunct, Austin efficiently replaced it with a new one of greater capacity and proceeded to purge the system to ensure the purest water quality. Very cool! Austin is knowledgeable and thoughtful, thorough yet efficient, and maximally courteous -- an asset to Aqua Systems.If I were President of my own water purification company, I would hire Austin Maddox at top dollar!

We have had our system 4 years now. We like to spend time with something before reviewing it. We are, at this point, still very much loving our reverse osmosis system!The technicians are very thorough and helpful with our system. Devon has been great, making sure everything is working correctly and helping with our questions so we understand our system better.The set up and install was pretty straight forward, we havent had any problems that have needed to be fixed...it was done correctly the first time and every filter change since. So its something we only need to worry about once a year. Even that is easy since they set up the appointment while they are there. Then they call right before the next filter needs to be changed. Hands off and easy to deal with the company.
