We lost water on a Friday and called Raymond Brown on Monday morning on the recommendation of Spencer and Son Plumbing. There were here within the hour and replaced our pump, pressure tank, and pressure switch within a couple of hours and we had water by 12 noon. We were highly impressed with the efficiency and quality of work. They didn’t have to make any runs to get equipment which was amazing. I would highly recommend them and the price was very reasonable! Thank you all so much!

Our bored well ran completely dry due to the drought. Once we had our permit from the county (the most difficult part-took two weeks!) Raymond Brown took immediate action and sent out a crew that drilled late into Friday and even worked on Saturday! They connected everything on Monday and we had water by 5 pm. Going almost 3 weeks without water was challenging.The office staff was extremely pleasant and helpful and Dustin worked hard to find water with good flow. We cannot thank them enough and would HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

After coming out to check on our old well and determining that the old hand dug well had seen better days, Raymond Brown Well Co. came out to put us in a new well. Everyone was very friendly and answered all our questions and did everything the way we asked it to be done ( if possible). They even came to drill on a Saturday just to get the job done faster, as there were about 8 other jobs going on that time. Would highly recommend and we will be using them again in the future for maintenance and any other well related needs.

What a wonderful company! They installed our well and pump 10 yrs ago. We had no water this morning and started calling around. Finally my wife found the paperwork from when they installed the well and called them. The owner returned her call promptly and remembered installing our well from 10 years back! They came out and fixed our wiring issue and didnt try to upsell us anything more. Oh yeah, and they drove almost 2 hrs each way to get to us! The price was excellent and the service is top notch. Not sure if they normally travel this far out for service work, but were sure thankful they did!

They were very kind (Especially the person in the front office as I called for updates often and had a lot of questions). They took the time to get everything done quickly despite being put behind about a month because of rain. We appreciate them and their work!They also ended up being a few thousand under quote which was great!

I have tried to get someone in Wilkesboro to put in my well, after being put off, I called the Brown Well office.To my surprise friendly and very knowledgeable staff.Everyone I came in to contact with was a blessing to me.They came out when they said they would.They worked 3very hot days for me. This company is the perfect example of why folks should stay local if they can. Last spring, they replaced the liner in an existing well and saved us thousands in drilling a new well. Today, the guys came out and installed a new pump, tank and buried the water line. They were fast and efficient and very reasonably priced. Cant ask for better. Thank you!

Raymond Brown installed the septic system and well for our new home- it was the easiest part of our building process thanks to their expertise. They’ve done work for our family and the local community for decades. Never had any issues with any of their work- they follow through on all their contracts. They returned to move my diaphragm tank when the time finally came to do so just as they promised. Everyone I’ve interacted with has been friendly and helpful.

Great guys. They really know wells. They dont over charge, up sell, or do shady work.They saved us thousands of dollars a plumber wanted to charge us to replace our entire well when it was only a few wires and the bladder under the house that needed replacing. We paid under 1,000$.

If we could mark this with a 6th star, we would! We just bought our first house and before weve even made our first mortgage payment our well water stopped working. We had a different company out that dropped a marble into our well to guess the static water line at 350ft and then tried to pull our well pump unsuccessfully, and drew the conclusion that our well had collapsed and we would need a new well drilled by them. Afterwards, we found out the static water line for our well was at 600ft and the well itself was even deeper.We called Raymond Brown who came out the very next day and used an actual measuring device (instead of a marble) and was able to bring a large truck out and succeeded in pulling our pump up and out of the well. The other company completely failed at this and drew the wrong conclusion, and suggested a more than $15k expense would be needed to drill a completely new well and to buy a new well pump. We lost so much sleep over this worrying how we would pay for such a large expense after having just bought our home. Raymond Brown found a simple wiring issue near the top of the well, and a lack of insulation on the wiring, both of which they were able to fix for us in under an hour, in the pouring rain no less! They also diagnosed a separate (minor) issue with our pitless connector which we will have them back out to repair on another day. They charged us a very reasonable amount for the repair today, left us with working water, and proved to us clearly that we did NOT need a new well drilled down over 600ft!Thank you SO much, Raymond Brown! You are now our go-to company for this sort of work. We really appreciate your quality professional work.

After the pipe was put in the ditch was cut straight on sides for the pipe. It was filled back in. And the bobcat ran over it. I thought it packed the dirt. But think, the bob cat roller is wider and always on solid ground. All it did was smooth the dirt. Not pack it! Now the ditch is open. Dangerous. We are old and disabled. They should have packed the dirt. Im having a problem getting them out to check it. Only they are responsible. They also drilled 485 feet for water. Cost over $10,000.OK. Today they came and fixed the ditch. Time will tell if it will sink. But they were very nice and polite. Lets just hope it is fixed for real now. They said the dirt settled. But if they packed it, it would not have been a deep ditch showing the clean cut when they first dug the ditch. It just would have sunk a little. This was a lot.They did fix it today, and polite. We will see how it does.

This company was used to dig a well for our new home about 4 months ago. We had an issue( unrelated to their doings )and sprung a leak. We made a call to them after business hours and they were out the next day with problem fixed!! Very nice group!! Highly recommend them!

He came to the rescue of several families when the spring system they had used for years shut down before Christmas 2016. The Brown Well Company quickly responded to the urgent need of these families and even worked on New Years Eve!
