Tomas is an outstanding plumber.His knowledge covers all aspects of plumbing.. last year he promptly replaced our water heater which was spouting hot water in the basement..This year,He helped find the shut off valve of our main water line outside, then came back the next day to replace 3 water valves in our old house.Tomas promptly returns phone calls and messages. He is always punctual, friendly and so knowledgeable.

Thomas is super professional and reliable. He solved a problem with my water heater that was plaguing my family for a week. I called him last minute, and he was realistic about what he could do. Nevertheless, I made an appointment. True to his word, he showed up on time. After fixing the problem, he made sure that the water heater was working properly again before leaving. He even followed up the next day to make sure everything was good. Id recommend him since hes responsive and works with you to fix the issue.

I first used Thomas in 2014 when my water heater was leaking & started to flood a section of my basement. Due to the urgency, I called a carpenter friend for a referral since I didnt know of a plumber I could comfortably trust. Not only did Thomas immediately reply to my call for help, but he adjusted his schedule to accommodate me right away due to the emergency. Knowing how appreciative I was, I expected him to somewhat take advantage by overcharging me. He didnt. In fact, his integrity and honest manner was not only refreshing, but awakening as well... seeing that there were still business owners out there today who value these virtues. Ive used Thomas several times between then and now... my most recent plumbing need being just recently, May 2019, & every time he has again proved I was in very good hands! Thank you Thomas! I dont usually take the time to write reviews, but youve earned it & therefore deserve it!

Tomas is my “go to” plumber. He responds immediately and is always available within a reasonable amount of time. Tomas’s work is excellent, he works fast and efficiently and cleans up when the job is done. He is a great plumber and I highly recommend him!

Eversource had an Gas Outage that lasted over 1 hour to repair, as a result of that all my plumbing pipes became frozen. I call numerous of plumbing companies either they were busy or they couldnt schedule me immediately. Luckily, I took a chance with Guarded Plumbing and with one One hour they arrived. Guarded Plumbing show professionalism, empathy and more importantly knew that we w needed heat and water. I could go on and on. Looking for a professional plumbing service. Tom installed two faucets in my house a couple of months ago. Tom is a true professional. He is quite knowledgeable and experienced in his area. I was first trying to decide if I wanted to repair or replace the faucets. He gave me the correct advice that the parts are discontinued so we should just replace the faucets. After he replaced the faucets, one of them had a slight leakage problem but he returned back the very next morning and fixed the issue and explained why the issue had happened. While he was at my house, he pointed to some other plumbing/water issues and provided his opinion on the matter. I had called him one more time for a different problem and he gave me correct advice over the phone. He comes across as very friendly and I would recommend him any day.
