    I had a water heater that needed replacing. Pauly and his partner did a great job. They showed up on time and they explained everything that was going on. They replaced the tank very quickly. They even did a great job cleaning up. Pauly even fixed a problem with banging noises coming from the washing machine and some faucets. I have another project in the future that I will be hiring All State to take care of. I recommend hiring this company. Good job start to finish

    We called All State Plumbing Pros because a neighbor recommended them for our plumbing needs. We just moved into our first home and had some water valves leaking and some other valves unable to turn due to age. Scheduling the appointment was straight forward with a phone call. Pauly came to do the work in the house and he did a fantastic job. When he showed up, he reviewed all the work that needed to be done and worked diligently to address our needs. He was professional and personable. He took the time to make sure each issue was addressed and fixed correctly. His finished work looks great and I would trust him again to complete future projects for us. I recommend Pauly if you need a plumber you can trust.

    Having 2 bathrooms remodeled and found drains backing up when both showers ran. Most likely hair clog somewhere. Called All State Plumbing. Reasonable rate and were here in under an hour.     This company really got the job done. Patrick was so thorough; he showed me where the problem was, he explained the problem and he fixed the problems. He also gave me options for a slow draining bathroom sink. I will definitely call Allstate Plumbing Pros when I have any plumbing problems.     Called All State after friends highly recommended them, am so glad I did! The house I recently bought in Brookfield came with leaking showers, all three toilets running, leaking pipes, and drain problems. Asim and his guys came same day, gave me a fair quote, and had everything fixed in time for me to host my in-laws! Highly recommend!!

    Used All State for the very first time and could not be more pleased. Pauly was right on time, diagnosed our problem and was finished quickly. Had all the parts needed on his truck.While here, he looked over the possibility of adding another bathroom in our basement and the estimate soon followed.     We recently moved to Connecticut and needed a plumber to fix our leaking shower head. I called a few vendors, but they were the ONLY ones that actually have a live person answering phone. We had a plumber in our house within the hour, which is super convenient. They assessed the issue and let us know what their recommendations. They came back first thing this morning to fix it. Benny and his assistant were great. Very knowledgeable and communicative throughout every step of the way. They also consulted their boss Asim from time to time to assure their work was on point, which I appreciated. They covered everything very nicely and also cleaned up after themselves. My husband and I are very pleased and will definitely have them on speed dial in the future if another need arises.

    We had a plumbing issue late last night which caused us to have to shut off our water. I called All State first thing in the morning after reading recommendations for them on the Ridgefield momā€™s boards. They were fantastic! Professional on-time, and got the job done. Weā€™ll definitely use them again. Hunter was the plumber that came out and he was again professional, timely, and friendly! He had to cut into our closet wall- he brought all the necessary tools needed, and was able to assess and diagnose the problem quickly.

    Asim from All State Plumbing is trustworthily. He is professional and knows his business well. Out of other plumbers that came out to look at my issue Asim was calm and explained the options to me. Also it should be noted that he has some real clout at Navien as that he was able to get my entire unit (2013) replaced free of charge covered under warrantee. None not one other had any interest helping me in this manner. Each of the others just try to scare me and push me in to buying a brand new unit. Quality craftsmanship, this installation of the Navien unit is so much better and more efficient. They did a terrific job and we very clean and cleaned up everything before leaving. Highly recommended. Update Patrick and his Boss were here, great work very polite friendly professional!

    I am very happy with the service. Five stars!!!I called at night after hours and they picked up and were very courteous. They came the next day to evaluate my job, we agreed on a fair price and they did the full installation the next morning. My plumbing problems were fixed to my full satisfaction.     John came to clear 2 of my drains. He was professional, polite, honest, and knowledgable. I selected All State Plumbing because the cost for a plumber to clear drains these days is very high. Every other company quoted me $350+ / drain.     Asim from All State came over and repaired my heating lines ASAP this year, earlier in January. It was dangerously cold since my pipes had frozen and cracked. I didnā€™t know what to do so I went on and Told my insurance. I told Asim Iā€™m not sure how to go with insurance because Iā€™ve never done so and I would need some time, Asim was very very very patient with me and kept in touch with me overtime. As soon as my check from insurance came I was able to deposit clear and send it to him without any issue. Asimā€˜s people that worked in my home were very nice and professional and did a very clean job. I highly recommend this company if youā€™re in Connecticut around the area, I was out of their coverage area but because of the emergency they came out and took care of everything without any question and that is what shows professionalism, respect and that is what shows how much someone cares about their business!     A friend recommended AllState Plumbing to us for a clogged pipe we had from our powder room. We called Pauly yesterday and while not an emergency call, he and he and his apprentice Elder showed up within 24 hours. Pauly was extremely informative as to what occurred, what he needed to do and how to prevent a reoccurrence. Elder was also knowledgeable and friendly, and both worked effortlessly together and were expeditious and efficient in diagnosing and resolving our issue. (No more 2-ply T.P. for the powder room!)     I donā€™t usually write reviews but this company deserves the credit. I have Used their services for many years. They are reliable ,trustworthy and fair priced . Iā€™ve had issues ranging from water heater emergencies to pipe leaks and they have never disappointed. my boiler went out in dead of winter and i Wouldnā€™t trust anyone but Allstate plumbing and heating with my boiler. We had heat and hot water within a couple of hours. Great family owned company.

    What started out as a small leak turned into a major restoration project. Haseem and his team identified the issue, assessed damage (including mold and mildew) and immediately (same day) recommended an outside contractor dealing with restoration work and insurance claims. The All State Team was professional, always on time and worked efficiently and effectively. They were extremely effective identifying the issue and saved us a load of headaches. I cant say enough and highly recommend the Company. More than happy to give a personal recommendation anytime.

    Asim and his team responded very quickly to a very scary situation where my oil boiler failed releasing a tremendous amount of steam early morning on a Saturday waking me up. They advised me to apply for a loan with the state, as the cost of the replacement was far more than I could pay out of pocket. I pursued the loan immediately that day, and on Monday morning was in touch with the loan department to be sure they knew it was an emergency with no heat or hot water. Asim and his team responded immediately to every text and email from me and the loan company to assure my needs were met. As soon as the loan was approved, he did the work the following day and made sure everything was working properly before leaving my home.     All State / Asim fixed multiple plumbing issues in my home and all systems are performing as they should after the repair. Asim and his staff were friendly and polite. They really want to fix the issues at hand....showing that they cared about our situation and care about their work. A small hiccup arose and Asim responded rapidly and resolved that glitch.     Asim and his crew were awesome. We had problems with an old tankless water heater and Asim (the owner) came to our house on a Saturday to see if he would be able to help us out. This was at a time when I had called 5 other plumbing companies in the area the day before and they couldnt get someone out to look at our problem for 2 weeks because people were on summer vacation. Asims visit included a lot of time on the phone with Navien customer support to see if our old water heater was under warranty as he didnt want to do something if we could get it covered by the manufacturer.Unfortunately, our model was out of warranty for a few years. After spending a good bit of time with us explaining the options.I decided to replace the tankless water heater with a traditional model and had them quote the work. Their quote was fair and the work they did was great. They even took the time to make sure they cleaned up after themselves.

    All State came highly recommended from a friend and having used them to do the rough plumbing for basement addition I understand why. In planning this addition Iā€™ve tried to consider future possibilities including running the lines for a future sink. Some contractors may have tried to run just a waste line for the sink without a vent line, which I wouldnā€™t have noticed until I went to install the sink in the future and at that point it would have been too late. When Asim walked me through the job when he was done I could see the pride with which he did his work. This pride in their work was consistent with the other workers in the company as well. I asked Stew a lot of questions and he answered them all and worked as if it was his house. Iā€™m grateful to have found a quality plumber and recommend them to anyone.

    Asim, the owner/operator of All State Plumbing, is a prime example of the conscientious, detail oriented professional trade person we need more of in this country!A true stand up gentleman who runs his business with integrity and respect for his clients and his employees.When my water heater decided to fail after only 8 years (Mercury retrograde in Pisces, water issues, go figure)I needed help quick!I called Asim at 3pm. and he was at my house by 5:15. He and two of his guys drained the water heater and secured itā€™s safety until we could work out the details of the manufacturersā€œlimited warranteeā€ replacement, which was a nightmare navigation of hoops to jump through. Asim himself was on the phone with them for almost 40 minutes! Caring, above and beyond the call of duty! It took two more days of searching before I found the documents they made me locate, but as soon as I did, the replacement got approved, and Asim was there bright and early the next day with my brand new water heater! His work was thorough, efficient and he even removed the rotting platform the old heater was placed on and had me get disinfectant for him to place so it wouldnā€™t create a health issue!Seriously, how did I get so lucky? When the job was done, he left my home cleaner than he found it. More recently, I had a general plumbing issue and Asim sent two of his employees, and frankly I was a little concerned whether they would be as good. I was equally delighted with these two men. No fall off at all. Benny is an excellent tradesman. He knows his trade and his ability to listen and respond to the customers needs was perfect. I will use them again whenever the need arises.

    Out hot water stopped working on a sat night. Called 4 different companies and wether they were too busy to come over the weekend or they didnā€™t service the tankless unit that we had. I contacted Asim from all state Sunday morning and he fixed the unit by noon. He was professional and efficient. He even went outside to check the exhaust even after he got the unit working. Canā€™t recommend him enough!! Thank you!!
