    I have used these guys numerous times for clogs in the pipes and they truly are the best. It seems that every year to year and a half, I get mineral build up in the pipes and we need a service visit. Each and every time- I always get fast, friendly service, by a knowledgeable team. The pricing is very reasonable and the customer service is top notch. I highly recommend these folks.

    Was responsive, on time and courteous. Unclogged our kitchen sink and then checked to make sure the pipe was clear for as far as the snake could reach. Then pulled out a pipe camera to show me the perimeter house drainage which was really informative. Would highly recommend.

    Very solid company! The owner came to do the job. Perfect gentleman, explained the job, did it neatly, correctly and fixed our clogged drain. It was clogged 20 feet away from the sink! Highly recommend them.

    I had an emergency and Alan from Arc-O-Rooter showed up at his earliest, he came and cleared the line, everything was working but the water was backed up to the tubs again, so he shows up again with his camera and found a big drill bit lodged deep in the pipe, gave me a very reasonable price for the job.     I called arc o rooter for my parents, their kitchen sink was clogged. Guzman called and said hed be at the house in 15 min. Indeed he was. Brought in his equipment, worked quickly and neatly. Before we knew it he was finished. We also had a discussion about dish soap and tips to keep the drain clear. A truly valuable employee, so polite and respectful of my elderly parents.Thank you so much.

    We were very happy with the wonderful, service we received from Arc-o-Rooter. Alan scheduled us right away, telephoned 45 minutes before arrival, and did a great job. Thanks to this very handy technician, our kitchen sink is now completely unclogged (for the first time in years). We were very pleased with the way we were treated by this excellent company. Weve tried the other rooters, and have to say that this was the most thorough service we have ever received.

    Great experience from booking the appointment to the matter being resolved in about 3 hours; with the best (most fair) rates compared to the other companies in the area I spoke with. The person at the office was friendly, knowledgeable and able to book me a same-day appointment. As promised, the technician called when he was on his way and had a quick conversation with me confirming the reason for the service. He was at my house within a couple hours of my phone call with the office. He was professional, friendly and fixed the issue in a timely manner. I highly recommend!!!!!

    Just a great reliable family business. Plumbing line was plugged up that ran across the house, called the main number- spoke to a really helpful knowledge lady, they called me on my cell when they were on the way to my home I met them, a father son team, they were clean organized and know there business. Price was more than fair (truly about 1/2 of what I was expecting). Couldnt be happier with the service I recd.

    Called them for a clogged sink on a Monday morning and they were able to get somebody out to me within a few hours.Guzman was very professional and friendly! He gave me a call to let me know he was on his way, explained what he did to unclog the sink, and let me know where the clog was. He also made me aware that that I had a leak underneath coming from my faucet, and who I could call to get it fixed. One month guarantee and still no issues.Would definitely recommend and will use again! :)

    Used them a few years ago and was happy so used them again. Also, my regular plumber of 18 years told me he recommends them all the time.They came prepared, even sent 2 guys (i have a really long run) and the took the time necessary to do it right. I will definitely use them again

    After waiting for over 5 hours one day and then 3 more hours the next day for another company to show up, I called arc-o- rooter. They responded to my call, said they would be there in 30 (arrived sooner), and then was out the door in another 30... in all less than 2 hours, and my tub is draining!

    Gerardo from Arc-O-Rooter was incredible, knowledgeable, fast, clean and got the job done for a great price.Dealt with another national chain that didn’t have a plan on how to tackle my issue, didn’t know anything about my septic setup and wanted to take advantage of me on the price. Great experience with Arc-O-Rooter and wouldn’t ever use anyone else.

    We dont usually write reviews but this experience is worth writing about. We had an emergency issue at our house where the main pipe going out to the septic was blocked. Arc-O-Rooter came out of their way to come to our house within 45 minutes. Not only did they fix the issue but Alan also went through every step of the problem and how to prevent it from happening again. We couldnt be happier and more grateful for the service and would like to recommend them to everyone. EXCELLENT WORKMANSHIP Thanks Arc-O-Rooter.

    I have used Arc-O-Rooter twice now once in my old house and now in a different house. Both times they have produced superior service and go way way over the top. Joe was our service tech both times and he wont give up until he figures out the issue.Highly recommend this company.

    Had an issues with 2 of 3 toilets in the house, called Arco Rooter and within an hour Geraldo showed up and fixed the issue within 15 minutes.     We had the kast thing you want, a Sunday plumbing emergency. Both toilets, both sinks down for the count. Only one, and wed wait u til Monday. Called three plumbers advertising 24/7 service. The first only will help you only if you have used them in the past. The second wanted $250 just to come out plus $150 for each half hour. Ouch! On to Arco - $195 for the call, worked just over an hour, fixed things up. Total cost of $275.

    Had a blocked clay tile drain with a foot and a half of water in the basement and called Arc-O-Rooter. They were here in less than an hour and had the drain opened up in no time flat with no damage to the fragile century old pipe, and did it all for an incredibly low price.
