Tom C. showed up in a very short time and was very professional in completing the repair. I was impressed with Tom Cs work, checking the entire furnace out for any other issues that could be present. All technicians involved have been courteous and professional. Their monthly maintenance program is well worth it. Things being fixed 4 years after installation and no further cost to me! From Jared , Becky and Case was so nice and helpful. We had some issues along the way which was no fault of theirs just supplier issues. They stayed in touch with me to let me know what was going on and went out of their sending a tech to go get the parts from the supplier.. Becky was super nice and very apologetic and did everything they could to make it right in the end. All the techs are super nice and very professional. Definitely recommend them for all your heating and cooling needs. Great team and customer service keep up the great work!

They were fantastic to deal with and did an amazing job at explaining and being tidy with their work. Came out right away for an estimate. Gave a fare price on furnace, AC and hot water tank.The workers were great, clean, respectful and skilled. So far the equipment works well. We had a few problems but they took care of it right away. I think the company should work on internal communication and old fashion calling instead of texting. Also they asked for many reviews after estimate and a few day of completion. I usually wait a while before I leave a review. I have already recommended and will continue to recommend Shanklin.

There were bumps in the road getting the quote information and getting the install completed as initially scheduled. They attempted to communicate the bumps to us.The installers did great once they arrived. They did a fantastic job with the the install. We have had our new hot water tank for a couple of weeks now and love it. Overall, I would recommend this company.

Wow!! These guys are serious about customer service. Very rare quality these days. If you need hvac or water heater maintenance. These are the people. Water heater crapped out on Xmas. With any luck, hot water in 36 hours. Will update as work progresses…UPDATE: installed new water heater about 36 hours after I called them on Xmas night. Great job

Our furnace decided to no longer provide us with heat the day after Thanksgiving. Shanklin provided us with a diagnosis of our problem and an estimate. We had a small hiccup waiting on a warranty company, but once that was cleared up, Shanklin didn’t hesitate to get us on schedule for the furnace replacement. They also cleaned our ducts a few days later. Thank you all who was involved from the process from start to finish.

From start to finish it was a great experience!! I was called on a Friday from their office after I had set an appointment online for the next Monday. They had an opening that day, so we didnt have to wait over the weekend. Our AC went out and they made it a priority. A few simple parts and cleaning and we were up and running. We also chose to have our furnace filtration upgraded along with a motor. The unit is 16 years old and has never been serviced since we have owned the home, so it was time. We didnt feel pressured to do any of the additional work, but it all made perfect sense the way it was explained to is. We will definitely call on Shanklin again and refer them as well!!

Lowest price.Unfortunately, AFTER I paid for the unit, and it was installed, the tech informed me that the mobile app would not work until the unit was serviced -- a YEAR from now!!! Not okay. After several conversations, and two OUTSTANDING service calls from Tyler, I have revised my rating from 2 stars to 5. Still waiting on confirmation of my complimentary annual service, but otherwise AOk.

Shanklin went above and beyond my expectations. The whole team was very professional and informative. I needed to replace a 49-year-old furnace and was inquiring about getting an air conditioner (although I was worried about the electrical panel not being able to handle it). Derek came out and recommended what I needed in a furnace and air conditioner and even said that they can replace the old 100-amp electrical panel for a new 100-amp box. Kudos to the technicians that came out and installed the furnace, air conditioner, and the electrical panel. They were phenomenal and focused on what needed to be done. Im totally impressed with the new furnace and air conditioner and even was impressed how everything was wired. Also, Annie was super nice and answered some of the questions I had regarding the financing end of things.All in all, I was really impressed with the service and was impressed with the cost. During the latest h heat wave my 33 year old A/C unit began making noise so I turned it off. I called Shanklin at 7:45 am and Tom, the technician, came to my house at 11:00am. Tom diagnosed the problems, gave me a quote, and explained the options to repair or replace the A/C unit. I chose to have it repaired. Tom worked through a storm, driving to pick up necessary parts, and doing whatever was necessary to the unit. Tom wouldn’t leave my family without a functioning system in 93 degree heat. After nearly 5 hours Tom got the unit working. I am very impressed with Tom and Shanklin Heating and Cooling and would recommend them for your HVAC needs.

Our air conditioner would not start at noon 6/21/24.I called the office and Samantha said they would get someone out as soon as possible as they were really backed up which I understood. The night of the 26th ,we had 2 vans on in our living room and temp was 85.We went out at times ,but basically stayed in the living room Saturday and Sunday and the temp remained 85 until I called the emergency line on Monday mon and it was 79.I talked to Dalen and he told me someone would out between 8 and noon.He was a very courteous and helpful young man. Tommy showed up at about 9:20 am and he checked the thermostat ,air filter and when we went outside he checked every thing on the out door unit and told me what was causing the problem and fixed it.He told us it would take awhile for the humidity to lower and to notice a difference.My wife was doing work inside and noticed a difference after a half hour.I worked outside for 3 hours and when I came in ,it felt almost like it did before it went out .Its 3:25 pm and out thermostat reads 75 degrees and we are both comfortable thanks to Dalen (who I hope I am not misspelling and pronouncing his name) who took my call and Tommy who fixed our air conditioner and making our home comfortable again .Thank you Shanklin Heating and Air for hiring such qualified and courteous men!

I highly recommend Shanklin Heating & Air Conditioning. They are professional and very informative. Case did a maintenance check on my furnace that was installed last May. He explained what he was doing and helped me understand other services that Shanklin provides.

Shanklin has always been great to work with. The techs are friendly, efficient and very clear as to what needs attention to our system and the cost. Great to get a text before the appointment with a pic of the tech so we know which tech will be taking care of us before he arrives - well done Shanklin! Thanks to Brandon for our tune-up appointment!
