We had a nightmare experience that unfortunately happens to many people. Our septic tank backed up into a basement bathroom bathtub. I had never had this experience before. It happened on a weekend and I couldn’t find anyone to come and help us. Then I found drain doctor and they came out the same day. I called them pumped our tank which was a temporary fix. They came back the next day and found the real problem, which was my drain pop from the tank was not going into my fuel lines. They went right to work, even though I had failed to tell them about Some water and Sprinkler System obstructions. Our water was off for a short period of time due to this, and one of the guys came back and in the pouring down rain restored my water. They came back when the rain stopped and finished the job.
