    If I could rate higher than 5 stars I would. I had a gas leak and the gas company wouldnt trace/fix it, they said call a plumber. High Mark said they did offer that service, would call me back with a time and they did! John came out the same day! Without going into detail this was a new experience for me as Ive had messages & calls not returned from other companies. John did a great job! He was friendly, professional and transparent with pricing. I highly recommend Highmark!

    This is the second time I’ve had Highmark Plumbing out to my house. The first time was just a little leak in an elbow under the house and they came quickly and the technician was great. This time we had to get a new pressure regulator. They came out very quickly and our service technician was very knowledgeable and very informative of everything and took before and after photos of all the work that he did. I just want to say how good of a job our technician (Cliff Gilland) did. He was very respectful and his work was top notch. I would highly recommend High Mark Plumbing to anyone needing work done, minor or major. You will not be disappointed!!

    Cliff came out on a Saturday for an emergency call, he did a phenomenal job and was very thorough and explained to me all that was going on with my plumbing. The owner is extremely kind as well and worked diligently with us to make sure we had a positive experience. Highly recommend them and will use them in the future for all of my needs.

    This company is Great! I called with a water main leak, and after speaking with a woman (i believe her name was Peggy, I’m sorry if that’s wrong) she connected me with Cliff and Jace to come out. These gentlemen had us fixed up in no time and were professional and thorough from the start. I highly recommend this company and had a great experience from the start!

    So glad I called HighMark today. Cliff Gilland came out right away to help with a leaky water heater line. He was very professional and courteous. He took the time to answer all my questions and concerns throughout the process and was super knowledgeable and patient. Got us back on track with hot water in no time. I will definitely call these guys in the future for any plumbing repairs or issues. Great to have them nearby.

    We had a repeat water leak (3rd time) in our yard. I called and was told the technician could be out in 2 hrs which was fine. But then Bailey (spelling?) called back and said that the technician was available and he would arrive @ 11:35 (this was at 11:18) and he showed up at exactly 11:35. The technician was Cliff Gilland and he was great. I told him about the problem and that it was a repeat issue. Cliff had to hand dig a hole big enough to climb into but found the leak. He suggested a true fix and got to work. He worked from that 11:35 to 4:15 but we now have a dry yard and running water! Cliff was great, very professional. The last time this happened we were without water for 3 days AFTER the fix so were glad this was only a few hours. From Bailey who took my call to Cliff who did the work EXTREMELY happy with Highmark Plumbing. Would recommend.

    We had just bought a new house a few months back. High mark plumbing helped us so much with multiple gas leaks. Coming up on fall we had trouble lighting our gas logs. We thought something was wrong. John came over on a Saturday, he lit the logs within minutes. John is very kind and helpful. David and all the Highmark team always answer the phone and are very helpful. I will continue to ask for John in the future. We will keep using them in the future! Thank you!

    I called this company because my kitchen sink was leaking and within 40 minutes they had someone come and look at it. Tyler came out here and put a small piece on and had it all taken care of in ten minutes. Tyler was very respectful and also has great knowledge at what he does.     I called Highmark around 5:30 on Sunday. The dispatcher was very helpful and was able to get someone to the house in an hour. Cliff was the gentleman that arrived and he was very helpful and was able to resolve the issue very quickly.     Had a water leak and called literally a dozen companies starting in Sunday the earliest they could get someone out was maybe Tuesday. Called Highmark and they had someone out in a matter of hours.Cliff was awesome. I showed him the issue and he inspected the site and gave me repair options.     Highmark plumbing,If you need anything call them very professional and exceeded expectations.Sunday and my water line broke called no answer was worried we would not get a call back. I was wrong they called me back with in 30 minutes that was great considering it was Sunday at noon.     Called them at 2:00 on Friday afternoon and explained issue, and relayed that the issue was not critical, and it could wait until next week. She called me back within 5 minutes, and told me the tech could be here in 17 minutes! Yes, 17 minutes! John arrived within that time, looked at the issue, quoted me a price, did the job, and was out the door within 40 minutes, with the job completed and he cleaned the area. Could not be more satisfied, and Highmark Plumbing is now a contact in my phone for any future needs. Thanks!

    We called Highmark Plumbing to request someone come out to take care of a sewage gas smell. Cliff showed up very promptly and got to work. Crawled under the house, checked under sinks, looked at roof vent and finally determined it was the toilet wax ring. He changed the wax ring out for a thicker ring, reset the toilet and was done in a matter of minutes. He is a very polite, hard worker and we are so pleased that the gas smell is gone. Thank you Cliff for taking care of our issue.

    Anthony and Tucker helped me on a remodel, and I can’t sing their praises nearly enough. They were in my house a LOT over several months and always provided the best service, attitude, knowledge, and laughs. They have become like family to us and make having to call a plumber a fun experience instead of a frustrating one, at least as fun as it can be. They always give fair pricing and look for ways to save you money if possible. I also trust them with all of my door codes when I can’t be home. We adore these guys and would HIGHLY recommend Highmark Plumbing for any plumbing needs you have.

    I had a pressure-down regulator that started to seep. The previous owner put in a cheap plastic one. They were able to respond the same day and complete the job the next morning, as they needed to get the new part. They used a much heavier-duty pressure regulator and also found that our pressure had been set too high.

    Our water heater started spewing water and my husband thought he could fix it (hes definitely NOT a plumber!). He replaced a pressure value which the water heater spit out so he broke down and called Highmark. Their response on the phone was were not sure when we will get out BUT probably within a half hour they were at our house. Turns out it was the heaters regulator and within less than 2 hours we were back to normal. THANK YOU High Mark Plumbing for being prompt and efficient. Hopefully, we wont need a plumber again, but if so, we definitely will be calling YOU!

    If I could give this company 10 stars I would! Top notch customer service.I was headed to my place in Chatsworth and I was informed that I had no water at my property. It was 10pm at night and I found Highmark on google and they provided 24 hour emergency service.Called and was immediately connected with service technician Cliff. Cliff drove to my property in 20 degree weather to see what the issue was. Not only did Cliff diagnose the problem he fixed it that night. Cliff finished up around 12am. Cliff was beyond amazing. Top notch guy. Very respectful and never once complained about the weather or try to delay fixing my issue. Cliff fixed it immediately.Highly recommend this company and service technician Cliff. Very blessed to have found this company.Considering the time of night — the price was very fair and reasonable. Thanks again!Will be my go to plumber in Chatsworth!

    My hot water heater stopped working Tuesday evening so I called High Mark Plumbing Service Wednesday morning for an appointment.     Sprang a leak between the house and the water supply July 2nd. Isnt it strange how pipes seem to burst on weekends and holidays? No fear! We called Highmark on July 3rd after my husband realized he wasnt going to be able to tackle it alone. They called us back immediately. He contacted the plumber working that day (David) and gave us a time estimate of when he would be there. He was here within that time window and he did a great job at getting our plumbing issue resolved. Price was reasonable considering it was not only a weekend but also a holiday weekend. From start to finish we were satisfied with their service and would recommend them highly to anyone who has need of their services.

    Called them at 9:30pm tonight because I could hear water running in the ceiling/wall in the basement bathroom and had water in the floor. Dispatch was so nice and said she would see who was available. John was here within 30 minutes. He found the problem and had it fixed in less than an hour.     I called them about a leak on my front yard, the receptionist lady was very pleasant and she called me to let me know when the technician was on his way to my house. He arrived and was very helpful, the leak was on Dalton Utilities side so there was nothing he could do, I called DU to let them know the leak was on their side.     Alan and Anthony fixed two broken pipes for us. They called in advance (around 30 minutes) to let us know they were in their way and fixed both pipes quickly. They were friendly and professional and left us happy to have water again. I highly recommend these two if you need a plumber. Plus since we had to turn off the water, the lady who ran the office (I cannot remember her name) worked us in the schedule.

    My husband tried to do a $5 fix and ended up twisting off an old copper pipe so that we had to shut off water late on a Friday afternoon. No one else would come out for a week. John came and stayed till almost 10 at night. But the problem was fixed and we now have water for the weekend. I appreciated his kind demeanor and the way he put me at ease about the problem.     Highmark plumbing is a very good a reliable company what I like the most is that they are open 24 hrs and also there isnt a charge for them to come out and see what the problem is I called them on Sunday and they were out there later that day to assess the problem suggested that it could be the septic but then had to call back and get them to unclog a drain Alan and Tyler came out and was done in about 30 min they are very fast and efficient I will recommend using them to friends and family and will use them agian if needed but I hope I wont have to thank you for your service. And also Anthony came out the first time and is a very nice and honest person very good to work with also .

    This company hit that High Mark with our home. We bought the house a d had very poor pressure and volume. After discussing what I wanted with the owner and he listened and gave some of his own ideas we came up with a plan that completely changed our water pressure in the house.     BY ALL MEANS CALL HERE FIRST!Woke up on a Friday morning. to a leak under my house that I couldnt get to...Called several plumbers in the Dalton area and most either turned it down and one stood me up. Seem like most of these Plumbers in the top search dont want to do a trial work just easy jobs like water heaters and installing faucets. Either waye calling around leading to me Wasting PRECIOUS time on a Friday.Later in the day after lunch I called HIGHMARK, Bailey (spelling? Such a nice person and pleasant to deal with) At dispatch said it may be next week if no one is available today and she called back at 5:30pm same day and said a team if guys was on their way. I was a bit nervous with it being multiple people, we know how expensive calls like this can be.Allen and Tyler showed up and got right on it. I explained what was up and where the problem is. They went right into the crawlspace which is narrow at the source of the leak with only about 2ft of working space, they went right under my house and crawled to the spot.I spent most of the day being nervous that Id have to rip up my recently remodeled kitchen floors to fix the leak. Allen go right to the problem under the house and walked me through what was going on. He hit me with a way more than fair price for fixing it.We also noticed that work I had paid for to be done to my water lines by a previous remodeler was not done. (Folks, check peoples work.) A poor job done by that remodeler was the problem. (Cringe)After about 45 min (After 7pm darkness) they had to problem fixed and my hot water back on.I will definitely be using them for my plumbing needs in the future!

    This is the second time that I have used Highmark plumbing. I had a fairly minor sewer line issue, and Cliff came out to look at it. He was professional, thoughtful, and on time. He diagnosed the problem, came up with a plan to fix, and then resolved my issue after getting the appropriate repair pipes. The cost was fair, and exactly what he qouted. Additionally, he was able to answer an unrelated matter regarding a future project. Cliff was a pleasure to work with, and I highly recommend him and Highmark plumbing. Great job again, Highmark

    I have limited crawl space under my house, which makes repairs difficult, but they located the leak and repaired it and did it in the same day. Very reasonable rates. They responded quickly when I called and show up on time. I highly recommend Highmark Plumbing!

    We had a clogged shower drain at 8pm when it was time for our kids to get ready for bed, so we called Highmark. Anthony had someone out within 20 minutes. Alan and Tyler were very professional and friendly. Alan had the drain in the bathroom and kitchen unclogged in no time! I would highly recommend Highmark to my family and friends!

    Our upstairs toilet was leaking water through the ceiling of our downstairs bathroom. The leak only got worse when my husband turned the water. I called High Mark Plumbing, who we had used before, at 8:00pm. I thought I would just be leaving a message, but a real person answered. She told me a technician would be at our house in ten minutes; he was here in seven. Cliff was professional and knowledgeable, and he told us up front what the cost would be and even warned us that it would be more expensive if it turned out that the toilet tank was cracked. It wasnt, and by 9:15 Cliff had stopped the leak and repaired the toilet. We are very grateful to Cliff and High Mark for being open after hours for emergencies and for fixing our problem quickly and for a reasonable price.

    I really cant say enough good things about these guys and their company!I emailed them late on Friday to see if they could install a water line to the new water main.They were over at the house on Monday morning 1st thing. Got me a very reasonable estimate to me before noon and completed the job by one oclock on Tuesday. This included digging the 100 trench!     I called fairly early on a Monday morning. They had someone out before noon. When they couldnt resolve the issue on their own, the owner came out. Ultimately, the city had to get involved and the owner handled the whole situation with the city thanks to his contacts within the department. I didnt really have to do much of anything and the situation was resolved.It did take a couple of days to get fixed due to waiting for the city; they made sure that I still had the ability to use my restroom in the meantime and stayed in contact so I knew what to expect in the meantime.
