They came, diagnosed and started on my field lines. After a few hours of digging and applying pressurized water, their technicians left the two inspection holes filled with water in an attempt of soften the matieral in the field line. As promised they returned two days later and were able to clear a section of drain line which improved the overall function. As for the cost of service, I was pleasently pleased. Their work and care was above all expectations.

A-1 came today to pump out my septic tank. No problems setting up an appointment a few days earlier. They called ahead on the appointment day to let me know they were coming and arrived on time. Did the job, no mess, friendly, professional and gave me some good tips on how to manage my septic system. Would definately recommend them.

These guys blow everyone else out of the water!After 3 other plumbers and 4 city workers visited our home, who left scratching their heads with guesses, we called Rookie and the team at A1.They came out essentially the same day, very quickly identified what the issue seamed to be, and made a quick and VERY affordable fix. Bottom line, If you want it done right and honest, call A1!

Called A-1 . Experienced and Knowledgeable. Visited early to check the work to be done. Explained everything until I fully understood. Gave me the cost. I am 200% satisfied. I will update my review next week after the work is completed. This is the update on 06/13/2017. Great job. I recommend A-1 for your sewer and Drain Problems and especially in my situation sewer pump replacement and installation. Check them out use google. Do not hesitate to call A-1 pumping service. Avoid the headaches and call A-1 first. Update 06/12/2020. Called A-1 for my neighbor and again they proved their excellence and extremely knowledgeable. Perfect job. My neighbors 100% satisfied and great price. They make it look easy. Do not waste time and money call A-1 first. Trustworthy, reliable, high quality, experts, Friendly. Update 04/28/2023 A-1 still continue to prove they are all about their customers as a business they have no competition. If you go against A-1 you will for sure lose your shirt. Service excellence without a flaw.

I cannot recommend this company enough. They came and corrected a major septic plumbing problem that two plumbers and another septic company could not figure out. Rookie diagnosed the problem and fixed it the most economical way for us instead of the easier way that would have also been the most lucrative to him. He is honest, hardworking and we highly recommend his company for septic and plumbing repairs. Unfortunately we bought a house that had a lot of undisclosed plumbing problems and Rookie was the only person who took the time to find the problem and fix it. So grateful to have found this company!!! Highly recommend!

Today, 8/17/2017 I called A-1 to pump my septic tank and to have them look at why it was backing up. I was quoted a price, along with costs for extra problems that could be encountered. What was quoted sounded quite reasonable so pumping was scheduled for this morning.They arrived within an hour and for about two hours, the two worked hard in the heat and high humidity.When they finished, I asked the amount that I owed and to my surprise I was told the amount. There were no extra add ons They dug the wet clay by hand and it looked to average more than 12 inches deep from afar. I questioned and the base price was again confirmed. I then asked about my field lines, to which I was told that likely tree roots had blocked it but the roots had been cut back and the field lines should be fine. Wow.. What wonderful people and the service they offer.
