Call them at 5:00 on a Monday evening due to back up because of septic tank. Cody with drain doctor came and dug up septic tank to fix the problem so we would have working toilets. Had to come back today and pump septic tank since it had been several years since it had been pumped out. Was very professional and courteous. Will most definitely be using them again in the future.

Heath had our issue figured out in minutes even with the tank being under the front porch. Tank pumped and main line cleared in no time. Very professional work, friendly service, and all at a good price. Talked to him at 8:30 this morning, he got to my home around 3, and done by 4. If I ever need any drain or septic work done again, The drain doctor is who I’ll call. Excellent work.

I had a water leak that happened late Saturday night & had to cut off the water to my house. I called early Sunday morning & talked to Michael who was so helpful and said that someone would be at my house around lunch time. I received a call from Heath telling me he was on his way. He took great care to totally fix my issue and got my water back on very quickly. Such nice people to deal with. Quality work with good value. Could not have asked for a better experience and I would definitely recommend Heath and his business to other family and friends. Treats you like you want to be treated!

This guy is awesome. I had problems with my septic tank and had called 5 different companies and no one answered and then I gave drain doctor a call, they picked up and came to the house the same day. Heath is the owner and he was the guy doing the work and he gave me all the information I needed and done an excellent job. I would recommend if you have a problem omg with your drainage or any thing of that sort to call the drain doctor!!!! I will only use him from now on!!!

Great job on locating and pumping my septic tank. They also pointed out issues from where it was installed in 2004 that need to be fixed to keep from having much larger problems in the future. I will definitely be using them in the future.They also come out after hours when others refuse.

Our septic system backed up and flooded our house late in the evening. After calling 3 other 24 hrs emergency plumbing businesses Drain Doctor were the only ones willing to help us out at 10 pm. They pin pointed the problem, made a temporary fix so we had a functional sewage system to the house, explained what was needed for a permanent fix, than showed up the next day and put their plan into action. Highly recommend them over all others.

NO ONE wants to have to call someone for Septic issues. But I found myself with a septic back up on a Saturday and started calling multiple companies. A Drain Doctor Plumbing LLC was the first one to tell me they could have someone on the way. Cody and Heath seemed very knowledgeable and professional. They pumped my septic tank, got everything repaired under the house and let me know about some future issues I may need to address. I would def use them again.
