I got 3 bids and picked Caddell because not only did I have a good feeling about them on the phone while setting up the bid request visit, they were competitive in their pricing. Not the lowest, not the highest but really, in the sweet spot for me in the middle.Then Lance (owner/master electrician) and his journeyman electrician Elijah came-on time as promised the day of-and they got to work to replace our old panel with a new Eaton panel and breakers and I saw them work and realized I had made the right decision. They had a lot of steps and they knocked them out as efficiently and safely as one could hope for.I attach some photos of the changeover to the new panel with my wholehearted recommendation that if you need quality electrical work at a fair price, choose Caddell as one to bid the job.As well I found them through The Good Contractors List which carries its own service guarantee with its registered contractors if you follow the process to engage a contractor through the list. Contractors cannot buy their way onto this list. They have to be invited, pass the vetting process and remain in good standing to be able to have TGCL offer the service guarantee.Next time you need electrical work - residential or commercial- give Caddell a call. You will be glad you did! And you’ll meet some really nice, professional electricians in the process.

This was the second time in 4 years that we have had storm damage to our home’s electrical feeder. In both times, we called upon Caddell to come and repair the damage prior to the utility company reconnecting our home to the grid. Both times, Caddell was expedite, respectful and vey conscientious about repairing our system and getting power back to the house. We are quite pleased with their response and corrective measures.

We needed to replace our breaker box, and I called Caddell Electric. Every aspect of working with Mr. Caddell was prompt and professional, including his crew. The bid for the work (the breaker box and some miscellaneous repairs) was reasonably priced, and they were able to get us on the schedule quickly. They showed up when scheduled, did the work requested, and cleaned up properly. We subsequently had 2 more jobs for them, and had the same great experience both times. I highly recommend using Caddell - 5 stars!

This is my second time using this company. I used them a few years back when I had to move an old electrical panel that was located in a bedroom closet to the garage because of issues with the electrical panel box (Recalled Federal Pacific Electric - FPE could pose a fire hazard). The company was very efficient and competent then and now. The quality and integrity have not changed.This last time, I upgraded my Ring Video Doorbell and wanted it hardwired because of frequent recharging of the original doorbell. The owner, Lance Caddell was proactive and checked with the Ring before installing the transformer and resister supplied (which by the way was the wrong type). He went the extra mile to make sure that my doorbell would work. A new part had to be ordered and because of Mr. Caddell, Ring did not charge me for their mistake. Today, Caddell Electric came back and installed it, but ran into a few problems again, Mr. Caddell was back on the phone to make sure that the doorbell would work - he troubleshot with the technician and it was working before he left.I will always call Caddell Electric for all my needs and would encourage others also to do so. I have used Milestone Electric (they are wanting to sell you more stuff) and other companies, and I cannot recommended them enough. Caddell does an outstanding job!

Great company that I had come out to install a Nest Hello door bell at my home. Elijah and Lance were very professional and clean. Lance was very knowledgeable about the job and educated me on how the doorbell functions. Now I am enjoying the Nest Hello without any issues! The company provided me with reminder alerts about the appointment ahead of time which I thought was very neat. Highly recommend these guys and will be hiring them again in the future to install a chandelier.

My husband had suggested we use Caddell (since he had a great experience in the past) to assemble and hang a chandelier in our living room with a 19 foot ceiling. The owner showed up with one of his employees. They were very knowledgeable, very straightforward with pricing, and did an outstanding job with the installation and cleanup. We will definitely be calling them back for more work in the future.

I had a fantastic experience with Caddell today - the owner and his stepson were very professional, kind, and knowledgeable. They were also very patient while I had two other repair people coming through the house. This was my first house purchase, so I wanted to learn about the electrical grids, and I also wanted to have a number of dimmer switches swapped out for regular switches. They even recommended the exact specialty lightbulbs I should buy for my ceiling and recommended a great place to buy them online. Everything was done perfectly and for a very reasonable price. I will definitely call them in the future if I have any issues!

My experience with Caddell was very positive. Jason Bailey, the technician, was on time, friendly, and very diligent. I needed two fans replaced, and it turned out to be a more difficult job than normal. Jason still did an excellent job. I would recommend Caddell to anyone and certainly use them again.

I contacted Caddell Electric through The Good Contractors List and was provided initial information about pricing and made an appointment. As promised I received a call 30 minutes prior to arrival. Lance and Elijah assessed my non-functioning GFIC outlets, quoted me the minimum to repair and performed the repair. Lance also noted that I needed GFIC outlets in my kitchen for safety. I was given a quote for the additional service and not pressured to add this service to my work order. This additional service required minor tile cutting to make the outlet space larger. Everything went smoothly and efficiently. I will call them again should I have further need.

I needed a professional, licensed electrical service company to connect an exhaust fan in a bathroom and attic. I found Caddell Electric on the internet and was reassured by their licensing requirements for their electricians. Their appointment procedure was flawless. On the day of the appointment, I received a notification call when they were on the way, and their uniformed technicians arrived right on time. One was a master electrician; the other was a journeyman. They were courteous and competent. They efficiently wired up the device for a reasonable price and left everything neat and tidy. I couldnt be happier.

Caddell Electric helped me troubleshoot and repair a damaged line running to an outdoor light and outlet. They also helped me place my new portable AC unit on a separate circuit so it would not affect my computer anymore. The initial estimate was close to $1000 but they worked with me to find another solution that cut the cost in half. They were professional, nice to work with, the pricing was straight-forward, and I believe they were reasonably priced considering the other electricians I had quote for the same work. I highly recommend Caddell Electric

We got up last Tuesday morning to discover we had no A/C, no hot water and an alarm system that was out. I had read the BBB reviews about Caddell Electric and called them. I was told no one could come out that day but the very nice man I spoke to suggested calling the power company to come and check the lines as we had a couple of different issues going on. The power company came out within an hour and confirmed no issue with the power line, but said there was something very wrong with our electric panel as he could hear sparking and one of the trip switches was very warm. I called Caddell Electric again and explained the situation. They had someone at my home within an hour and the issues (turned out to be two completely separate and equally dangerous ones) fixed in no time. I highly recommend Caddell Electric for their customer service, friendliness and expertise with which they get the job done.

My home is almost 60 years old with major electrical issues. An upgrade was done about two years ago by a competitor of Caddell Electric and it was way over my budget as well as the technician wanted to upsale me and wouldnt use items I had already purchased for the upgrade.This time, I just needed some basic electrical installs, and decided to go with Caddell Electric.The scope of work consisted of installing two (purchased by home owner) ceiling fans (one with light-kit), two ceiling lights (very basic), and one vanity light which gave the technician some trouble, but he made it happen!My technician was Damon. He completed all the work in about three hours, was clean, professional, and on time. He wasnt upset even when my dog barked at him.For peace of mind and quality of work, I would definitely recommend Caddell Electric to my friends and neighbors.Thank you Damon for making this experience smooth and easy!

Damon did a wonderful job, removing very old fluorescent light fixtures and replacing them with 2 ceiling fans with lights. It gave the room a much needed modern look, without the buzz , & I just love them. Damon knows his skill.Damon also added a light switch in the garage so us old people dont have to cross a dark room to turn the light on. After calling him to clean up after a few other lesser electricians, he has both been able to recover what was poorly done by others and do new work to help solve some unique problems with my home. First the bad...they dont do free estimates. They charge you $40 just to tell you what they would charge you for a project so I would not recommend them if you are trying to quote a project.What I would recommend them for is emergency work and items that you know they can 100% handle. I have used them twice in this instance and they were prompt, friendly and professional.I think you have to be picky on what you use them for as the $40 fee just to get an estimate is silly in todays world.

Lance and Elijah were the technicians sent to my house. They did a fantastic job and were very efficient. They met all of my electrical needs within my lunch hour. The technicians were sure to put disposable booties on in order to not track dirt in the house as well as took care when moving my belongings around. They explained, on a high level (I am not an electrician or even anything close to an electrician), the roots of the issues. They installed a very large ceiling medallion on our 18-foot ceiling, and two smaller medallions in other rooms. They also installed a standard outlet in the garage because our garage fridge kept tripping the GFCI outlet there.They did a very good job installing all the medallions, even though one of them was quite an intricate process and required a lot of troubleshooting. It was evident that the owner cares about doing the job right, and I appreciated that. They were careful to make sure everything was done well and that the medallions were securely installed.I would use them again. I appreciated their good attitudes and the owners integrity to do a good job.
