I had lost partial power and called over a weekend. I got a prompt answer (no operator), and Witt guided me through potential fixes and helped me troubleshoot whether the issue was with Oncor or internal. I was able to get on the schedule the day of, but they made sure I contacted Oncor first before they came out and I was charged. Very helpful and very responsive. I’ll be saving their number for any future electrical issues.

Daniel was knowledgeable, professional and quick! I had partial power after the tornado/severe storms hit in May. Half of my outlets and switches didn’t work. After going back and forth with Oncor, they assured me that full power was restored at my home, that’s when I reached out to Electric Man. They were able to schedule me the same day! Turns out I was experiencing several electrical issues simultaneously. Daniel was able to diagnose the problems efficiently and I finally have full power after two weeks! Thanks, Daniel!

It is such a refreshing pleasure to be able to give a positive review for a service provider. Our electrician, Marciano, showed up very quickly on the day we first called for service. He was professional and polite — he spent a lot of time explaining to us what needed to be done, and why, and answered all of our questions to the point that we felt comfortable in trusting our electrical needs with him. This is an older home that has been remodeled a couple of times and we did not feel comfortable with the electrical service and quality of work that had previously been done. He identified areas of concern and ranked them by levels of importance for legs safety needs, which was very important to us. We are looking forward to his return later this week to perform the work that is needed to make us feel safe and comfortable in the new home.

I was looking through services and couldnt find circuit breaker box. Im a two time user of this companies services. The first service was for replacement circuit breaker box and grounding rod replacement. The Electricians that came out that day were very helpful and knowledgeable. I appreciated their input and discussion of electrical concerns of my home. The previous box I believe was from 1982 and a fire hazard. Was in much need of updating. Weve been very happy with the updated and upgraded box we now currently have for our home.The second visit was for an electrical concern where voltage was coming through out water fixtures both inside and out. However that quickly became a city side issue. Nonetheless ElectricMan dispatched in a responsive and timely manner to try and come diagnose the electrical issue. Although it wasnt their job to fix the city side electrical they did come out and do their best to find and address the issue.

We had power out to only sections of our home, I naively assumed this meant it was an internal issue, we had checked and tried each of the breakers to no avail. It was nearly 2 am, neither of my AC units were getting power and my fridge and freezer both were out. To me, this is an emergency in Texas! I began calling 24 hour electricians, the first had no availability, the second I had to leave a message, but the third, this company, sleepily answered my call, listened while I explained my situation and politely informed me that my issue was most likely the electric companies issue, and while he would gladly assist me when available, I should start with the provider first. I appreciate the prompt response, the honest response and the compassion regarding our circumstances. While I ended up not needing an electrician after all, I know exactly who I’ll call when we do. On short notice they were able to accommodate me by sending Brian F. The problem was outlets in two rooms not having electricity. On the main panel outside the house no breakers were off. Previously Ive had two electricians one service everyone is familiar with on television come to fix the problem the other electrician was a license electrician in the neighborhood. But in both of these prior instances the problem was never resolved, so I was perplexed, Im stuck dealing with this situation over the last two years as the problems were intermittent. When the problem resurfaced again yesterday, I knew who not to call but I didnt know who to call. I searched for an electrical company in the area and found ElectricMan, and Im glad that I did. Calling around 2: 20 in the afternoon they said they would do their best to accommodate me that day, Brian F. Called me at 2:50 p.m. saying he was about 10 minutes away. Brian arrived at 3:00 p.m. and started to assess the situation immediately. In 15 minutes Brian had made three trips to the fuse box, I checked all the outlets and switches in five rooms. He found the short in a guest room closet. He fixed wobbly light in the closet and put all the covers back on the switches and outlets by 3:35 he was finished, and everything was working. I couldnt believe his efficiency and knowledge tracing all these circuits and fixing a problem where two other companies spent a lot more time and were unsuccessful before. So I would definitely rank ElectricMan as I go to source if you want the problem fixed quickly and correctly at a reasonable price. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone with an electrical problem, I believe they would be very pleased with the outcome of the service they received from EletricMan just as I was.

Very pleased with my experience hiring Electric Man. First, the women (not sure of names but I think there are a couple) are extremely pleasant and helpful. Scheduling is easy and you get text updates for confirmation. The guys that did the work (David and Niko) were on time, cleanly, professional, and did a nice job on everything. The project manager (Whit) was very responsive and helped me walk through options. I had a minor concern once the work was complete and Whit addressed it immediately, even sending the guys back out free of charge. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company.

Again, since my home is older, one of the bedrooms did not have an existing box or switch, so they also installed that for me. I had a very nice service guy and when I called for an appointment, was told they were squeezing me in the next day so was thrilled for next day service. Long story short, my wiring in my old town home took him 1.5 hrs to find the problem and luckily didnt need anything major to fix. The only thing I would beware of is to watch the time. I was charged from 12-2:30, but I didnt meet him at my house until 12:05 and he was done by 2:20, so I felt that I was charged about 15 mins too long, which when youre looking at $100 per hour, adds up. He handed me the bill at 2:25 and when I asked about prorating since wasnt yet 2:30, he looked at me as if I was being petty.

James was outstanding. He went above and beyond. Long story short we got a new dishwasher installed, but the old one was hardwired in so we needed a plug installed. The dishwasher installation folks screwed in the dishwasher and my boyfriend was out of town in business. Let me tell y’all I’m a 23 year old prone clutz. James came in and moved the dishwasher out installed a plug and put the dishwasher into realize it was sticking out. So he went to get a recessed plug (which is an awesome new thing I just found out). He didn’t have one on his truck and went to Home Depot to buy one. The fact that this man didn’t want to do a half-ass job just warmed my heart. He got the plug installed and dishwasher back in. I am beyond pleased with the level of service. Not to mention James and I were chatting the whole time and it felt like talking to a friend. He answered all my questions. I will definitely be using this company again and requesting James.
